I know I posted this picture on my story but I think we're cute and want to make a post about it. 😊 . . I'm proud of my mom for joining me in this health and fitness journey. She joined at a crazy time where she was super busy with moving out of the house we'd lived in for 27 years! But now that things have settled she is jumping into it - and dragging my dad with her! 😜 . . They've started the new program I've posted about recently that changes your relationship and way of thinking with regards to food. So far so good! . .
