iMerchandise Fashion App

Do you love online shopping? Shopping for clothes, bags, or shoes or whatever your heart desires? Well, if so, then you're not alone. :D Whenever I shop online, I couldn't help but think if want I'm doing is correct. But recently, I've been introduced to this app which is iMerchandise. This app let's us snap photos right from the runway with our Apple product and create a board and use it to order online! Now isn't that peachy?

"This app also allows the user to combine fashion week photos and line sheets from multiple showrooms and turn them all into polished looks. iMerchandise can be used to develop and send orders to vendors and coordinate deliveries, all within your time constraints. You can easily input your merchandise budgets and keep tabs on your dollars, putting an end to over buying anxiety. This fashion app was created by a fellow buyer who understands that you didn’t get into this business because you love crunching numbers and filling in spreadsheets."

One of the things that I find loveable in this app is that you don't really need Wifi to use it! I like it that way because I don't have a pocket wifi yet and I don't plan on carrying our Wifi everywhere we go. HAHAHA, just kidding.

This wonderful app allows us to share to the whole world our favorite items from the runway. Since, I blog and share people my style. I think it's also great to share them the boards full of my favorite and combined items. Definitely an awesome app! 

In this generation, it seems like our gadgets are the only things needed to get the items we want online. Since our schedules can be hectic or chaotic, I agree that sometimes it's more convenient to shop online. Imerchandise was developed by a fashion industry veteran, David Secul and his team at Webservice USA, Alex Buzatu and Lucian Buzatu, in 2013. The concept was born out of frustration from watching his wife, Angela – a fashion buyer – come home to spend countless hours disseminating information after buying trips.As he observed her painstakingly cutting out images and putting them on boards, or trying to remember the details of a day spent viewing 400 garments, Secul knew there had to be a better way.

The Boards 

The excitement doesn’t have to end once the last model has left the catwalk. After each event, you can easily set up boards to keep track of all the eye-popping images you captured. iMerchandise allows you to organize and move around your pics as often as you rearrange your closet by categories like season, delivery or designer. You can even populate your boards by copying and pasting from your favorite fashion platforms or the line sheets emailed by your reps. This is one-stop shopping at its best.

Unlike the chaos that goes on backstage at a fashion show, navigating around your boards is simple and intuitive. Whether you want to shift a picture to the front or back, copy it or move it to a completely different board, just place your freshly manicured finger on the image and voilà! The Products

Assign a style number, ship date, season, showroom purchase price and MSRP mark-up to each of your products, and see the retail price for your customers. You can then attach the product to your event, category and supplier.

But that’s not all – find the right color and sizes you’re buying for each product, and share it on Facebook and Twitter, print it out for reference or email the info to anyone (or everyone). Each product will be assigned with the photo you took or the image you copied and pasted into boards from other fashion platforms.

The Photos

The Orders

The Settings 

Server connections - If you use Magento, your products can be uploaded right into your online retail store. Not using Magento? No problem! Just drop us a line, and as long as your server allows us, we’ll work hard to integrate it into iMerchandise. Easy uploading is also in the works for EBay, Amazon and WordPress, and this capability will be up and running soon. Imagine making pre-sales of your incoming orders? Budgets - Spending money on a buying trip is effortless but it’s not always quite as easy to stay on budget. With iMerchandise, you can set up spending limits with your staff before your trip, and never overspend again
