I see a lot of soulmate au fics where someone can hear their soulmate sing, but they for whatever reason don’t sing for many years.
However, not ONE of these fics has gone in the direction of ‘no one’s singing to me, so I probably don’t have a soulmate, so I can sing whatever I want with no one to judge me for it’
