i fucking love the way the whole keroro platoon speaks in weird as hell ways. not just everyone’s Assigned Speech Quirks but the way one of them will just start saying some new random as fuck phrase and pretty soon they’re all using it. i dont know if sometimes its references that i dont get, or if its a writer making characters say things they think are funny without putting too much thought into who says it, or if the authorial intent really is just like. sometimes one of them starts saying the most bizarre non sequitur bullshit as a semi-catchphrase and then the phrase starts making its rounds through the keroro platoon
