I'd like to imagine Yata grew a faint mustache as he aged which he was very proud of. That was until it began to get increasingly bleached and neither him or Saruhiko knew about it, that was until they search up the issue and find out he had just been eating Saruhiko out way too frequently.
Because of course, even Saruhiko's pussy is acidic.
by the way, Yata is very saddened bc now he has to shave something he took over ten years to grow.
Fushimi’s personality is so acidic it’s spread to his whole body (also assuming this is transmasc Fushimi here) XD Imagine how proud Yata is when he starts to grow facial hair, like ha who looks like a kid now. Fushimi probably vaguely tolerates it, he complains that Yata’s face is too itchy when they kiss and probably also makes comments when Yata’s eating him out too, Yata knows he’s doing a good job when Fushimi starts enjoying it too much to complain about the mustache. Yata feels like it makes him look cool and masculine, he’s just super proud of his tiny little mustache. The only thing is not too long after he’s grown it the hair starts getting increasingly bleached, Fushimi of course immediately snickers and teases Yata about getting old, maybe you’ll start balding next Misaki.
Yata insists that isn’t it, it’s way too early for him to go gray and anyway his regular hair is fine. He starts to worry that maybe there’s like something medically wrong with him, wondering if he should go to a doctor. That actually gets Fushimi to take an interest, not that he’d admit to being worried about Misaki’s health or anything. He does some research and imagine Yata walking in on him one day as Fushimi’s just staring at the computer. Yata asks what’s wrong and Fushimi grudgingly says he’s figured out the problem of Yata’s mustache. Yata’s like wait really what is it I’m not dying right, Fushimi is slowly like ‘…it’s acidic.’ Yata’s like what’s acidic and Fushimi actually looks slightly embarrassed as he points to his crotch. Yata’s like what does that have to do with…oh. Fushimi is just looking at Yata and Yata’s like well maybe it being bleached isn’t too bad, the mustache looks fine bleached doesn’t it. Fushimi keeps staring, possibly doing his best sad puppy eyes, and finally Yata gives this heavy sigh all I’ll shave it. He’s so depressed that ten years of work are now down the drain but what else is he going to do, stop making Fushimi squirm and moan using only his tongue? Even Yata has to admit this is for the greater good, though it just figures that his boyfriend would be that acidic everywhere.

Fushimi and Yata are asked to babysit some kids and it's lunch time. Like Fushimi, they don't like vegetables and Yata had been trying to persuade them and says they need the veggies to grow up healthy. One of them points out Fushimi isn't eating his vegetables and Yata points out it's why Fushimi is far from healthy. The kids still won't and Yata asks Fushimi to eat some to be a good example. He might be okay like this but Fushimi doesn't want the kids to be unhealthy so he tries to eat some.
Fushimi probably considers this playing dirty XD Maybe this happens when they’re still in middle school and they’re watching Yata’s siblings. Yata’s parents are going to be gone for most of the day so they left lunch in the fridge and also there are some vegetables around for Yata to cut up. Yata’s doing his best to wrangle his siblings while also dealing with his useless best friend, whenever something troublesome comes up Fushimi starts focusing very hard on his PDA and pretending he can’t hear Yata asking for help. Luckily for Yata Minoru and Megumi love Fushimi so he can leave them fighting for Fushimi’s attention while Yata gets lunch ready.
Yata sets lunch in front of everyone and imagine Fushimi immediately makes a face and starts picking out the vegetables. Minoru and Megumi are both at a picky age too and complain about there being too many vegetables. Minoru starts picking his out and Yata’s like you need to eat those, this is how you grow big and strong. Minoru gives Yata a look and then points at Fushimi and says Saru isn’t eating his. Yata’s like yeah, and he’s super unhealthy, shooting a glare at Fushimi. Fushimi clicks his tongue and keeps picking out the vegetables. Minoru says if Saru isn’t eating vegetables then he won’t either, and if he won’t then now Megumi won’t either. Yata’s all exasperated like Saruhiko can eat vegetables, he’s just…putting them aside to eat special. Fushimi looks up at that all ‘hah?’ and Yata elbows him as he’s like right, Saruhiko.
Fushimi looks down at the vegetables and mutters that he doesn’t like them, Yata’s like I know but the kids need to eat them, be a good example. Fushimi doesn’t see why he has to be a good example, these aren’t his siblings, and Yata’s just like come on Saruhiko through gritted teeth. The kids are looking at him expectantly and finally Fushimi sighs and is like all right, leave me alone. Yata grins and is like look guys, Saruhiko is eating a vegetable. Fushimi picks up a carrot and imagine him just very slowly putting it in his mouth, chewing a little and Yata has to elbow him like you have to swallow it too. Fushimi reluctantly does and the kids are mollified, eating their vegetables. Yata sighs in relief and Fushimi proceeds to discreetly dump the rest of his vegetables on Yata’s place, grumbling that Yata owes him one.

Fushimi is hanging out with Yata and his siblings and they end up watching whatever was the latest Disney princess movie at the time and Fushimi reveals he hasn't watched any before so Yata's sister suggest a movie marathon. Fushimi thought it would be lame but ended up liking them especially the older ones since, while he doesn't want to admit it, he could relate to growing up in an abusive household and wanting out. And Yata was like the prince who helped take him away from all that.
Fushimi watching the wicked stepmother in Cinderella and being like ‘you think that’s wicked, amateur’ XD Imagine post-ROK Yata’s parents are leaving for an overnight trip, maybe Minoru has like something for school so they’re going with him and Yata asked to watch Megumi. Yata figures it can’t be so bad, he can babysit for the night and anyway he hasn’t spent a lot of time with his siblings since he left home so he thinks this could be a good opportunity. He asks Fushimi to come along, Fushimi snorts all ‘I’m not going to help you babysit.’ Yata’s like I’m not asking you to help (and maybe muttering ‘besides, I’ll probably end up babysitting you too’), he just thinks it’s a good chance to spend time together, like in middle school — staying up together with no one else home but his siblings. Fushimi pauses and then he’s like ‘…fine.’
Megumi is extra excited when she sees Fushimi came along too (and Minoru suddenly doesn’t want to go on his trip because he wants to see Saru too, Yata’s over here like what am I chopped liver). Yata makes dinner for the three of them and then says his mom gave him permission to let Megumi stay up a little later. Megumi wants to watch Disney movies and tells Fushimi to pick, Fushimi has never watched these before though so he just stares blankly. Yata says those are girls movies anyway and Megumi gives him the teary face and says Saru should see Disney movies, suddenly Yata has been roped into letting his little sister make them both watch a Disney movie marathon.
Yata quietly apologizes to Fushimi for this, like I know you aren’t into princesses and stuff. Fushimi shrugs and says it’s fine, already having his PDA out and totally ignoring the movie. Yata sighs and resigns himself to watching kids movies all night. They start with Snow White and imagine Fushimi slowly starts paying attention (starting of course with the part where the dwarves show up and being like ‘look Misaki, your people’ as Yata’s like ‘shut up if my sister wasn’t here I’d kick your ass’). I imagine Fushimi becoming the most interested in Cinderella though he starts complaining about how unrealistic it is, she’s just toiling away working for her terrible family and then magic comes and saves her, how stupid. Yata says he doesn’t think it’s stupid though, like Cinderella had to be pretty strong to keep surviving even with her family being terrible, right. He gives Fushimi a significant look and Fushimi clicks his tongue and looks away.
Fushimi keeps watching though, as the prince comes and takes Cinderella away. Yata says these kinds of happy endings aren’t bad right, sometimes there’s nothing wrong with someone taking you away to a place that’s better for you. Yata’s probably thinking about Mikoto here but then he glances over at Fushimi and adds it’s all about ending up where you belong. He coughs and says that anyway, maybe sometimes you need a prince to give you a little push and get you away from all that bad stuff, like homes you don’t need. Fushimi turns to look at Yata then and Yata gives him a soft smile, Fushimi clicks his tongue again but quietly adds ‘I guess even a prince can be a dwarf too’ and Yata’s all I knew I shouldn’t have let her start with that movie.

Following the stressed!Fushimi, what if he exploded with Misaki (after ROK, they're living together), a few weeks after the end of ROK because there is still a lot of work to do. He realized he yelled at MISAKI so he run after him and found him at the bus stop where they met with Aya to catch the blimp
Aw poor Yata, imagine because this is so soon after the end of ROK maybe he's still not sure what the status of their relationship is and so it hits him a little harder than it might normally when Fushimi yells at him. Like say this is shortly after ROK, Scepter 4 is just totally swamped with work due to the Slate creating a bunch of new Strains before it was destroyed and still recovering from Fushimi's initial absence in the first place. When Fushimi moves in with Yata part of the reason for it is to keep him from trying to work, his leg injury is still pretty fresh and he needs to rest. Scepter 4 is getting overwhelmed though and Fushimi wants to go back to work himself, still awkward and unsure around Yata and dancing around explaining things like he promised. Yata's trying to keep an upbeat attitude but he's worried too, all he really wants is his best friend back but he's wondering if Fushimi's changed so much that maybe they aren't even able to get that closeness back again. Fushimi manages to convince Munakata to let him go back to work and he quickly ends up with a ton of stuff to do, constantly on his computer even when he's at the apartment.
This is getting Yata even more frustrated because it's like now he can't even talk to Fushimi in this time they have alone together because Fushimi's always working. Fushimi meanwhile is getting pretty stressed with all this work to do, plus his injury is starting to bother him but he's falling back into old habits and refusing to listen to the needs of his body. He's focused on trying to get some more work done one evening when Yata decides that he's tired of being ignored and that they need to talk, poking Fushimi like hey come on can you put the work down for a minute. Fushimi ignores him, focused on his work, and finally Yata snaps a bit and tells Fushimi to quit it already, walking right over and shutting Fushimi's laptop. Fushimi's irritation and stress immediately hits a peak and he ends up just shouting at Yata to leave him alone, he doesn't have time for this. Yata's taken aback for a moment, surprised that Fushimi's actually yelling at him and probably a bit hurt too, like Fushimi never really yelled at him this way before. He kinda stumbles out this little '...right, fine, whatever' and he storms right out of the apartment, biting his lip and trying to ignore the sudden lump in his throat as he wonders if it was even worth trying to go back to normal.
Fushimi finds himself standing there in the apartment alone, everything suddenly quiet and the usual self loathing washes over him. Fushimi clicks his tongue, trying to ignore the nagging feeling that he just ruined everything again, and sits back down at his computer. He can't concentrate though, thinking about Yata's pained face and how much it reminds him uncomfortably of when he betrayed Yata and burned his Homra mark, and Fushimi puts a hand to his forehead. He sighs quietly, like here was going to try and be better and he's just gone back to his old self, hurting Misaki again and really he deserves it if Yata never comes back again. That thought makes it suddenly hard to breath and Fushimi finally closes the laptop and decides to go look for Yata, figuring that even if Yata doesn't want to see him ever again the very least Fushimi can do is apologize.
Fushimi has no idea where Yata could be so he ends up walking around blindly, maybe starting at the park near Bar Homra where Yata found him after Anna was taken by the Center. Yata's not there and Fushimi finds himself stopping by other places he remembers, the old apartment and the building where they initially looked for the blimp. He spots something in the distance and there's Yata at the bus stop, sitting there silently with one hand touching his watch. Fushimi suddenly finds himself wanting to run, like if he doesn't talk to Misaki then Misaki can't reject him, but he steels himself and walks over anyway, sitting down next to Yata on the bench. Yata doesn't say anything and Fushimi shifts, not sure what to say. Finally he manages this soft 'If we'd gotten on the blimp, that time...do you think anything would have changed?'
Yata looks up at him, surprised, and then gives this rueful smile and shrugs like 'dunno, maybe?'. There's another silence and Fushimi coughs and then softly says 'I'm sorry.' That really gets Yata's attention and he sits up and stares. Fushimi looks down at his hands, mumbling that he's terrible at this. Yata's immediately like no no I was just surprised to hear you actually apologize that's all. Fushimi gives a rueful smile and says he promised to start saying things in a way even idiots could understand. That makes Yata smile a little too as he says he's an idiot after all and Fushimi shakes his head with this quiet 'You're not.' Yata gives him a fond look and sighs himself, saying that he wasn't upset with Fushimi, he just thought...maybe Fushimi didn't want to be with him after all. But that was just Yata giving up easily, and he doesn't want to give up on Fushimi this time, as long as Fushimi doesn't give up either. Fushimi feels that nervousness again, like he's going to ruin everything somehow, but he nods anyway and says he'll try. Yata smiles encouragingly at him and says why don't they go home. As Yata gets up Fushimi looks after him and then coughs and is like 'when we get home...do you want to talk?'. Yata's eyes light up and he reaches out a hand to help Fushimi off the bench like 'yeah, I'd like that.'

“Saru! If you don’t eat this veggies i’ll put “something else” in your mouth instead!” “Do it then” U know what What is it Ridia-sama😏
This gives me heavy 'fuck you' 'fuck me yourself you coward' vibes, which is very Sarumi XD Imagine post-ROK Sarumi are dating and Yata has made it his mission to get Fushimi to eat some nice healthy vegetables. This is not going so well because Fushimi is still a little brat, like he tastes half a leaf of something green and claims he can feel a tree growing in his stomach. Yata’s not giving up though, like he is going to try every vegetable he can think of until he finds one that Fushimi likes. Finally he's making dinner one day and Fushimi comes over to see what Yata's doing, clinging to him a bit from behind and resting his head on Yata's shoulder. Yata's trying to chop up a cucumber and he's like come Saruhiko be careful or I'm gonna end up losing a finger. Fushimi makes a face at the cucumber and complains that Yata's putting vegetables in the food again, he's not eating it with those in there. Yata sets down the knife and he holds out the cucumber as he's like you're going to at least try it, you're not a little kid you know this is good for you. Fushimi closes his mouth and shakes his head, all stubborn as he grumbles that he'll just eat the meat. Yata's like no meat unless you eat the vegetables and Fushimi's all you're not my parent you know. Yata's like that's right I'm your boyfriend so you're going to eat this cucumber or I'm gonna put something else big and thick in your mouth.
There's a beat as Yata realizes what he just said, his face getting all red and Fushimi just gets this lazy grin all really Misaki those are big words from a virgin. Yata can't back down now and he's like shut up I'll totally do it if you don't eat properly, Fushimi leans in all close and breathy by Yata's ear as he says he'd like to see Yata try. Yata swallows hard and Fushimi leans back, a wide smile on his face as he says that it's too much for a virgin after all. Yata slowly and deliberately sets down the cucumber as he's like don't test me monkey and Fushimi smirks as he's like what is it Misaki, aren't you going to give me something to put in my mouth. Yata steps forward again and Fushimi steps back, his back against the wall and Yata puts out one arm to block him in a bit – not that Fushimi's running, because the smile on his face is really driving Yata wild right now and Yata's like fine this is what you asked for, get on your knees. (In the end the food burns because they got too...distracted so they order Chinese instead, Fushimi picks out a bamboo shoot and Yata's like oh come on, Fushimi grins again as he's like if you want me to eat my vegetables that's really not the way to make it happen Misaki.)

When Fushimi & Yata first start living together, puberty slowly gets the best of them & they decide to 'experiment' together. So begins a friends-w/-benefits relationship (because they don't have feelings for each other! Of course not!) This arrangement continues even when Fushimi joins S4, only now they're enemies-w/-benefits. (Still no feelings involved! Expect hatred!) Benefits include: cooking meals for you, kisses, cuddles, taking care of you when you're sick, losing your virginity, etc.
I enjoy that the 'benefits' here aren't just them having sex but also, like, Yata still doing Fushimi's laundry because he's hopeless at it XD When they first move in together it's just like one long sleepover for middle schoolers, Yata feeling like this is just some new thrilling adventure and Fushimi just in general dealing with the whole reality of actually living with someone who gives a crap about his well being. After a couple months pass though that's when some things start getting...awkward as the growing pains hit, they're starting to get all these new feelings and don't really have anyone to talk to about them. I could see joining Homra being good for them in that sense, Yata's never really thought much about sex before but after hearing Chitose and Bandou go on and on about girls and one night stands he starts to have very non-virginal thoughts. There aren't really any girls who have ever caught his interest though and that's how Yata somehow finds himself spending a very long time in the shower fantasizing about Saruhiko without quite realizing it until he's finished.
Fushimi meanwhile would deny strenuously that he has anything like 'urges,' because those things are for people with emotions. Even so the day he ends up sitting outside the bathroom while Yata's taking a shower and ends up hearing certain things he shouldn't ends up with his hands down his pants, which would be mortifying enough on its own but even worse he gets caught, Yata stepping outside in only a towel and their eyes meet and Fushimi quickly tries to act as if he doesn't have a very obvious tent in his pants right now. They end up having a very awkward conversation that possibly ends in a handjob and from that point on the experimenting starts – the way Yata explains it, and the way Fushimi justifies it to himself, is that they really don't spend a lot of time with girls, right, but they're still entering that teenage phase and dealing with changes to their bodies and there's nothing wrong with a some benefits between friends. Yata has this vague feeling sometimes that maybe this is more than that and he pushes it away, while Fushimi just tells himself there aren't any feelings involved here because there can't be, because Fushimi doesn't do feelings. It's all just physical, just teenage hormones and nothing else, and it becomes almost something of a routine for them to regularly help deal with daily stress, or to relax after a particularly rough fight against Homra's enemies.
Then the whole betrayal happens and Fushimi intends it to be a clean break, like he doesn't want to see Misaki unless they're fighting each other. But then imagine the first time they run into each other after Fushimi's joined Scepter 4, they end up having a rough fight and like stumbling into an alley, breathing hard and bleeding and Fushimi has a crooked smile on his face as Yata pushes him against a wall. One moment they're face to face as enemies and then Yata's just like 'I hate you, Saruhiko' even as he plants a kiss on Fushimi's lips. Soon they're fumbling for each other's pants again and there isn't any emotion here, definitely not, this is all hatred and stress and another round of experimenting because there's no one else available to take the edge off. Yata tells himself that they aren't going to do it again, that Fushimi's his enemy, but a week later Fushimi shows up at his door in a rainstorm looking worn out and bedraggled and he's barely said a word before he's underneath Yata on the couch. He leaves immediately after everything's done but from that point on it's an unspoken thing again between them, that they're enemies but sometimes they'll meet in hotel rooms or Yata's apartment or seedy back rooms and work out some stress and that's it, that's all it is, and neither one of them dares to suggest it might be something more (though the visits to Yata's apartment always seem to be more intimate, familiar, with Yata making Fushimi something to eat or bandaging the occasional wound, and Fushimi tells himself every time that this is only part of the

Some terrible stuff happens and Fushimi ends up dying. He's a ghost that haunts Scepter 4 and scares a few people once in a while. He just hasn't moved on yet because he doesn't want to leave Munakata alone and has unfinished business with him. :(
Aw, just imagine sad ghost Fushimi hanging around the office because he has unfinished paperwork and he can't move on until it's done XD Actually angst version though, say Fushimi dies in the underground hideout of jungle and his ghost ends up haunting Scepter 4 because he can't move on while still believing that Munakata thinks of him as a traitor. Like imagine when Hisui's hideout crumbles maybe in this AU Douhan doesn't make it in time and Munakata waits there until the very last moment, just waiting and hoping that maybe Fushimi can still make it out. In the end though Fushimi never surfaces, Munakata later hears from a distraught Yata that Fushimi was injured when Yata last left him in the underground and Yata's just devastated and pissed off that they weren't able to save Fushimi, probably blaming himself for not dragging Fushimi out but also taking a lot of it out on Munakata in his grief, that if it wasn't for Munakata Saruhiko wouldn't have even been there in the first place. Munakata allows Yata to vent at him, not saying a word because he can't help but blame himself too, even though he knows that Fushimi accepted this mission knowing the likely outcome. Munakata can't help but feel that there's something wrong about this though, like he should have been the one to die instead of Fushimi, that he thought his plan was perfect and that Fushimi at least would survive and he'd never considered that it would be the other way around. He's still plagued by these thoughts when one day shortly after the jungle incident Munakata walks into the office to find Fushimi sitting there at his desk.
Munakata stops in surprise, wondering if Fushimi's somehow managed to return alive and unharmed. Fushimi doesn't even look at him, typing away at his keyboard, except Munakata realizes that there's nothing appearing on the computer screen. He starts to say something when Doumyouji suddenly gives this frightened yell and says that the keys on the computer are moving all on their own. The alphabet boys all gather over to see and everyone starts freaking out about a ghost, which is when Munakata realizes that none of them can see Fushimi. For the next few days Fushimi floats through headquarters not speaking to anyone or trying to make himself known, Munakata quickly realizes that he's the only one who can actually see Fushimi's form. He isn't certain if Fushimi is aware of this though, like Munakata will be in his office working on a puzzle and Fushimi will be there sitting in the corner holding his knees and staring at Munakata silently. Every now and again Fushimi's able to interact with the world around him, accidentally shaking a plant when he floats by or knocking things onto the floor and giving all the rest of the force a good scare to the point the rumor starts flying around that headquarters is haunted. Munakata says nothing and Awashima asks him if he's okay, Munakata smiles thinly and says they have nothing to fear and that she shouldn't worry about him.
Finally one day Fushimi's in the office again, watching Munakata, and Munakata slowly puts down the reports he was reading and quietly asks if there's something Fushimi wishes to speak to him about. Fushimi looks up in surprise and then gets this all too familiar irritated look as he clicks his tongue and asks how long Captain's known he was there. Munakata says from the start, and that he was waiting for Fushimi to talk to him. Fushimi looks away, saying that he doesn't have anything to talk about and that he failed the mission, since he didn't return. Munakata's like on the contrary, you are here now and Fushimi's fists clench as he says Munakata knows full well what Fushimi is now. Munakata's expression softens as he asks if Fushimi suffered at all and Fushimi says he doesn't remember, he doesn't remember much at all of what happened. He just remembers thinking that he couldn't die yet, that he had something else to do, and that's when he ended up back at Scepter 4. Munakata asks what Fushimi had yet to do and Fushimi just shakes his head, saying that it's nothing.
Munakata offers to help him with whatever he needs so that he can move on and he's surprised when Fushimi gets this resigned look, like he knew Munakata would say that because of course Munakata wants to get rid of him, wouldn't want the ghost of a traitor hanging around. Munakata's expression grows stern as he wonders why Fushimi would say that and Fushimi shoots back that didn't Munakata say it himself, in words that weren't what they'd rehearsed between them. Munakata pauses for a moment and then quietly says that he wished to say this to Fushimi from the start, from the moment he saw Fushimi back in Scepter 4, but that he couldn't because he didn't want Fushimi to disappear. Fushimi starts to ask what he means but Munakata continues speaking, saying he can't hold Fushimi here forever for his own selfish reasons, therefore he will say it plainly: that he apologizes for the words he didn't mean, that Fushimi's loyalty to him has been truly a gift and that saying those words to the person he loves without being able to take them back in the end was for him a fear greater than his own death. Fushimi looks at him in surprise, eyes shining and Munakata reaches for him, their hands touching for just a moment before Fushimi gives a rare smile and murmurs Munakata's name as his body slowly fades away into nothing.

When you mentioned that "weird sort of protectiveness on behalf of Intelligence" I immediately thought of them to being the group that started the Fushimi fan club. Like it makes sense right that they have all these resources to get information and pictures of Fushimi (they probably use most of their budget towards this). This later spreads through other departments once they've taken a liking to Fushimi but all the senior club members/executives came from intelligence and they are proud of that
Well someone had to start it after all XD Maybe they were the ones, like they were the first members who got to see how competent Fushimi really is and the first ones who ended up working closely with him so of course they quickly became attached to him and to his sad lonely outlook and deep need for affection. Like imagine when he first joins Intelligence they probably didn’t care for him at all, wondering why Captain had to stick them with this sullen brat and possibly also questioning why Munakata would assign a former Homra member to the Intelligence section of all things, that seems like an outright contradiction to them. But then once Fushimi’s actually there everyone can see how good he is at his job, even if they disagree with his methods or wish he would follow proper procedure more often no one can argue that he’s anything but competent. One day Fushimi’s missing due to being out on one of Munakata’s secret missions by himself and one of the Intelligence members feels like it’s not the same without him so she’s sitting there sifting through various pictures of Fushimi that she just so happens to have saved on her PDA. Another member walks by and wonders what she’s looking at, she tries to hide the phone but the other member sees it and is like ’…Is that Fushimi-san?’ Before she can reply the other member is like cool I have pictures of him too and soon they’re totally comparing.
Around this time Munakata starts encouraging everyone to form happy clubs around shared interests in order to strengthen the bonds between them. A few of the Intelligence members get together and decide to form like the Fushimi Appreciation Society, which is initially conceived in order to give Fushimi all the praise and encouragement he clearly needs. This slowly evolves from just trying to show Fushimi appreciation to actually sharing pictures and stories about him and soon it’s not so much an appreciation club as a fan club. Eventually members of other departments stumble on the secret fan club, like someone from requisitions sneaks in and requests to look at surveillance footage of Fushimi for…personal reasons and the members know they have found a kindred spirit. In time the fan club’s membership grows to include members from all departments including Special Forces (Hidaka was an easy recruit, Akiyama surprisingly easy as well), a couple members of Homra and secretly even the Captain himself.

Do you watch Handshakers? The anime is quite bad compared to K imo but I'm pretty sure Sukuna appeared in the first seconds of episode 11 lol (around 00:25; are they recycling characters?) So can you write anything about our fave boys as Handshakers? xD
I only managed about two episodes because it was so bad so I onlyhave a vague idea of the plot (assuming there was one beyond ‘look athow this girl’s boobs jiggle unnaturally at every movement’). Thoughmy first thought was imagine Yata becomes a Handshaker with Fushimias his partner but due to Fushimi’s mysterious past Yata has to holdhis hand constantly or else Fushimi will die. Unlike the Anna clonein the actual show though Fushimi can talk and is otherwise his usualself, so Yata is basically stuck walking everywhere holding handswith this complete asshole who is apparently his partner in someweird magical battle game. Yata ends up being inadvertently drawninto the Handshakers-style world when he saves hapless scientistWeismann from being beat up by random goons, Weismann invites Yatainto his lab for a snack as thanks and Yata stumbles upon the randomskinny kid in glasses asleep in the middle of the lab. Weismannexplains that Fushimi has a condition that requires him to remainasleep like this or he’ll lose all his energy and die. Yata feels sadabout that without really being sure why, reaching idly for Fushimi’shand. That’s when they are sucked into magical technicolor world andYata gets like a super awesome rainbow powered baseball bat. Chainssuddenly appear everywhere as they are attacked by their firstopponents, super dom Akiyama and his partner Hidaka, who producesmore chains the more Akiyama kicks and whips him.
After Yata defeats them Akiyama is very apologetic about all the messand drags Hidaka off on a leash while Yata turns to check on hispartner, Fushimi awoke during the battle but was mute and just keptstaring at everything blankly. Yata tries to reassure him, like heydon’t be scared I don’t know what happened either, which is whenFushimi scowls and is like I don’t need an elementary schooler toreassure me. Yata immediately gets pissed like fuck you I’m in highschool and Fushimi snorts all could have fooled me. They’re arguingwhen Weismann steps in to explain what the fuck just happened and howthey were dragged into the handshaker world and can get super powersfrom holding hands and oh yeah now that Fushimi’s awake you have tohold his hand constantly or he’ll die within like ten minutes. BothYata and Fushimi strenuously object to being stuck together likethis, Weismann just laughs sheepishly and shrugs, assuring them thatthey can handle it. Fushimi’s also annoyed because he currently hasno power in the Ziggurat, Yata has his bat but for some reasonFushimi’s power won’t manifest.
So the two of them are now stuck together, Yata’s mom is surprisinglychill when Yata introduces his new friend who he is obligated to dragaround everywhere, even as Fushimi mutters under his breath that he’snot Yata’s friend. The two of them do end up slowly growing closerthough, Yata’s kinda amazed at how actually cool Fushimi is eventhough he’s a jerk. They introduce Fushimi as a transfer student atschool and Fushimi immediately starts demolishing any test he’sgiven, Yata’s a little jealous that the dude who was apparently in acoma for years is already getting better grades than he is. Also thestudent council president Munakata seems weirdly interested inFushimi, despite Fushimi’s constant glares and rudeness. Yata doesn’tget why until one day after school he and Fushimi are brieflyseparated, Fushimi runs into Munakata while Yata meets the school’sbiggest delinquent (and super cool person that Yata looks up to)Mikoto. When Yata and Fushimi reunite Mikoto and Munakata startsniping at each other, finally Mikoto sighs and grabs Munakata’s handand suddenly they’re all back in magic technicolor fighting world.Eventually Yata just manages to beat Munakata and Mikoto, Munakata isintrigued at Fushimi’s lack of a weapon and decides to assist them infinding out how to draw out Fushimi’s power. The final battle isbetween Yata and Fushimi and Fushimi’s evil parents Niki and Kisa,Fushimi is finally able to awaken his power of creating a millionknives and Yata gets to slam a baseball bat in Niki’s face so it allworks out really.

I feel like always is Fushimi who has a harem, but what if is Yata who has a harem ? I think it would be funny XD
Hey, Yata deserves a harem too XD Fushimi would be pissed if he foundout about it though, like how dare all those Homra losers thinkthey’re good enough for Misaki. Maybe all the Homra alphabet boyshave always been a little in awe of Yata – he was just this punkkid when he joined after all and now he’s turned out to be superstrong and one of the leaders of the clan, plus he stuck it out withHomra when everyone else was ready to abandon the clan, he’s trustedby Anna and on top of that he’s all muscled and lean from all theskateboarding and physical activity. Even Chitose has to admit thatwhile he usually prefers girls he can’t stop staring at Yatasometimes, like the force of Yata’s personality just pulls him alongand it’s the same for the other alphabet boys, it almost feels likebeing near Mikoto because Yata has his own kind of charisma thatpulls people in. So then slowly one by one all the Homra guys fallinto the trap of wanting to get close to Yata. Maybe at first when hejoins Homra people are interested in him but Fushimi’s there and thatmakes people keep Yata at arms length a little too, like he’s justout of middle school anyway so they just think of him as one of twostray kids that got dragged into Homra. But then Yata grows to becomeso much stronger than that cute baby faced kid he was, plus on top ofthat Fushimi leaves and Yata’s all devastated and all the alphabetboys are surprised to realize how much they want to be the one tocomfort him. Even Akagi and Eric, who joined later on, can see thatsometimes Yata looks really sad and wistful and it’s oddlyattractive.
So then after Yata and Fushimi reconcile now Homra’s the one whereeveryone’s scrambling to figure out if they should proclaim theirlove to Yata before Fushimi gets in the way of things. The Homra guysare a bit louder and more rowdy than the Scepter 4 squad so I imaginethey’re all a lot rougher about it, rather than trying to win himover by being nice and getting him coffee or whatever the Homra guysprobably just keep being extra friendly and giving Yata strong patson the back and pointedly teasing him a little. Yata doesn’t reallyget that he’s being courted though because these guys are hiscomrades and anyway they’re always teasing him and stuff, they’re allclearly just friends. Fushimi on the other hand sees it the firsttime he comes into the bar after he and Yata make up, that a bunch ofthe alphabet boys have Yata in their sights and he totally does notapprove. Fushimi would probably be totally insecure about it though, like he wants to just grab Yata and proclaim ‘this is mine, youlosers keep out’ but he’s too unsure of his own feelings and ofYata’s feelings towards him to really do it. Instead he’s just extrasulky and glaring at everyone and Yata has no idea why Fushimi’sstill so hostile to the rest of the Red clan, like come on we’re allfriends here. Fushimi just clicks his tongue and doesn’t reply but hemoves a little but closer to Yata, just in case.
