You don't have to answer his btw but I'm just genuinely curious. (And sorry if this has already been asked) but why do you not like the fem or Mariah depictions of Blackfriday's Ethen? Is it just personal preference or is there a controversy behind it that I (personally) am unaware to?

And if there is controversy is it about the actors themselves or something fandom based?

hello !! thank you for being so polite about this, it has been asked before but last person that asked was pretty rude so idm answering it again :] theres no drama behind it whatsoever so if its something you enjoy youre perfectly fine to keep on enjoying it! its just something i personally find uncomfortable to see. so,, personal preference mostly ^-^ i'll get into it a Little more in the tags but thats kind of all there is to it

#anon<3 #i think the main reason is mostly like. im a trans man and ive been projecting onto him since the musicals release on youtube that it just #kind of hits a really specific nerve for me at this point to see him portrayed in a feminine way #not really. hits a nerve actually but idk a better way to phrase it #i think the concept is really cool and im really happy others are able to find so much joy in it !!! but it makes me personally uncomfy #im working on disconnecting myself from him so maybe one day i'll be able to unblock the tag but for now its easier to just not see #OH also a really shitty ex of mine liked it so i kind of. associate it with them lolsies
