"Master Plo" Yoda hummed, "Take people in, you must not"

Plo nodded in reply, "I must take people in, to help the boys to learn how to rely on not me but each other"

The council stopped and stared at the man in confusion. Did he not understand? Many people often get confused by Yodas wording, so it wouldnt be unusual. But Plo had been on the council for a while.

Obi Wan leaned forward in his chair, "Master Plo, no more boys"

"More boys?"

Due to the mask he wore, and him shielding himself with the force. No-one. Not one person. Could tell if Plo actually didnt understsnd, or if he was just being cheeky. It could be either. A 50/50 shot. Quinlan once said that Plo mentioned he was 385 in Kel Dor years. Whatever that meant. Maybe his hearing wasnt all that good after all this time.

"Master Plo-" Mace sighed rubbing his forehead.

"I understand that it is my duty, as a Jedi, to guide these fine young men to figuring out who they are and becoming fine additions to society at the end of the war, as well as winning the war of course"

"Master Plo! No more boys! Or girls!" Eeth Koth called louder than the others, maybe then he would hear.

"Ah yes my bad, of course!" Plo nodded gratefully. Finally, they can move on. Mace nodded and was about to continue onto another discussion about their next move in the war. The air in the room settled

A groan resonated through the chamber. Shaak Ti held a hand to her mouth to hide the humorous smile of her hologram. A few other master giggled at him. Yoda was silent.

"My door is open to all those who need me!" The Jedi Master preached, as if trying to convince the council he was doing his proper duty as a Jedi.

Now there was some chuckles mixed in with the groans of frustration.

Shaak Ti giggled, "Well then Plo ill be happy to let you know that you have a few squads of very confident clones headed your way soon" she earned herself a couple of glares. She winked at Plo and there was a suspicious shuffling under her robe. Obi Wan couldve sworn he saw little hands and feet sticking out.

Plo somehow, somehow, beamed at that. Anakin laughed and jumped onto the bit.

"I think I may have to get some more boys into the 501st, I need some fresh meat every now and again. And I'm feeling kinda fatherly as of lately"

Anakin then got the glares.

"No, Plo, no more!" Mace shouted, like hes talking to his grandfather, trying to get him to stop, giving the kids candy, but he cant hear him and no-one can find his hearing aids. "No more troopers!"

"Ah yes more troopers! We will win the war! And make them healthy young men who know how to handle their emotions, we should start on Kamino" Plo agreed.

Mace groaned, covering his face with his hands. He was tired. Already had to deal with the shenanigans of Jedi Knights and Padawans. He didn't want to deal with this. Yoda chuckled at his misery.

"Adjourned, this meeting is" Yoda declares before making his way to the door. He nods at Plo on his way past.

One by one the masters left, feeling either disgruntled or laughing due to the antics of the Kel Dor, until only he and Mace remained.

"I need to look up Kel Dor hearing so that we can avoid this issue in the future" Mace muttered to himself.

"My hearing is fine" Plo commented, "And the issue has passed, now I must go find my boys"

Mace stood staring at where Plo once stood, staring. Before shaking his head and chuckling. Its not like he could argue, he also liked his own boys.

today i went to my parents house for the first time since moving out

there was a lot to process

visiting my room after allthe major furniture was a bit weird, it really settled that i dont live there anymore. i found myself flitting about, not really sure what to do after i picked up the rest of my things. i ended up pestering my mom and dad a lot to see if they needed help, and to catch up with what i all missed since i moved

turns out i missed a lot

my aunt lost her job and is now in rehab, or about to go into rehab due to being addicted to her anxiety medication/over-medicating herself. on top of that she’s developing a hoarding problem that needed intervention. my parents and relatives basically spent the past week and a half purging everything while my aunts been dealing with doctors.

the house is bad. real bad. 

i remember cleaning out my grandpas (my aunts dad) mobile homes after he died. he was a hoarder as well. there was stuff everywhere. but compared to the footage and photos my mom took, that was tame compared to my aunt. theres black mold everywhere and feces from the dog she kept in the basement, along with mice and cockroaches.

i feel terrible for my cousin who lived in that mess for years. im glad he’s out of that and at college now, but at the same time i cant help but worry about how much that affected his psyche.

my aunt isnt aware any of this happened. im certain there will be backlash with this, i can only hope that its after she’s taken into rehab and adjusted to an appropriate prescription and therapy regime

seeing and hearing all of this makes me paranoid for the future. my dads side of the family has a lot of anxiety and hoarding problems, and my moms side has a lot of drinking and history of depression. im paranoid that as i grow older and encounter more stress i might become like one of my aunts, either becoming an alcoholic who refuses to take medication or becoming a hoarder and getting addicted to pills.

after visiting my parents i headed home and unpacked the rest of the things. i ended up going on a slight unpacking cleaning spree trying to organize my shit to combat those feelings of paranoia.

theres still  a few boxes i need to unpack and the thought is gnawing at my brain. but at the same time im just so bone tired. dealing with family is draining. on top of being tired from the long work hours i now have.

it sucks, but i need to remember so long as im mindful of both my physical, emotional and mental health i should be in a good place. part of the reason i feel onto hard times was because i would ignore how i was feeling with the vague hope that things would get better with time.

cleaning until im exhausted isnt healthy, just as refusing to eat until everythings unpacked isnt either. taking breaks is good and fine, and people will forgive me if i decide to take some time to focus on clearing my head and identifying what im thinking and feeling.

Ive been really busy at school for a while, an ive developed a really terrible habit. Because i’m so busy and stressed and overwhelmed im just exhausted all the time. this results in me getting tired really early in the evening. so i cant help but falling asleep, or taking a nap. the problem is, theyre not naps anymore because i just sleep for hours and wake up in the middle of the night. sometimes i just think id wake up and i dont, and sometimes even an alarm wont help. 1/2

i know its wrong to take a nap in the evening anyway but im so tired. this causes me not only a terrible irregular sleeping schedule, but i also waste really valuable time that i planned on spending on more productive things. also i dont eat dinner and my skincare routine suffers as well because i wake up half asleep and i dont always do the full thing. it seems to have become a routine and i dont know how to stop it! 2/2

This is actually a pretty common problem with students. We get so busy that we’re tired and then we nap or stay up too late and it throws off our whole sleep schedule! My first suggestion is that if you do take naps, don’t nap for more than 20 minutes. 20 minutes is enough time to give you the burst of energy you look for when you take a nap but it’s not enough time for you to enter a deep cycle of sleep that will interfere with you sleep schedule.

I know it’s hard to be productive and stay awake when you’re really tired but there are other ways to help wake you up besides naps. You could try doing some exercise, drinking some coffee, or even drinking some tea. Drinking coffee isn’t ideal for some people in the evening because it will keep them awake all night but it really depends on how your body reacts to caffeine and how used to it you are. A good option is always green tea because it has caffeine but a fairly low amount so it should give you a little boost without getting you too energetic.

The next thing you might have to do is reset your circadian rhythm. Your circadian rhythm is your internal clock that tells you when it’s time to sleep and wake up. If your sleep schedule gets off, this might be affected and might be what’s causing this new sleep schedule to become a routine. In order to reset it, you have a couple of options. First, keep track of what time you’re normally going to bed and waking up. Try to back the time you sleep up by half an hour, let your body adjust to that and then keep doing that until you get to an ideal bedtime. This might take a while though. Second, you can try to stay up for 24 hours and then the next day, go to bed at an ideal time. However, this is essentially planned sleep deprivation so if you do this, you have to be careful and don’t drive or engage in any important decisions or activities. This website has some really good tips on resetting your internal clock as well as how to promote healthy sleep. It might take a little experimenting to figure out what works for you, but keep trying to figure it out. It’s really important to get good sleep!

Ok this is a major rant to get things off my chest and f have trigger warnings for suicide and depression and such things, dont read. Ps this post i an absolute mess of a rant.

Ok so I’m only 2fucking4, and i am already wanting life to just bloody end. Literally life is killing me. Not to be a whiny millennial but life is fucking difficult for any singular person to get by. Everything in governments are pretty much based (at least it seems in the uk) on relying on a good network of people around you.

I have a loose network of people and none i can depend on financially. I mean this as nicely as possible and ill explain why. My best friend that help me is dealing with trying to find her own way in life and save money and i working nearly all the time to get by. All grandparents are either working full time still at their age or medically unable to help out.

When i was childless i had an ok life but i was still with mum unable to save up to move out. At least not by myself. But i had plans for uni out of my home county. Courses that require me to not be pregnant.

I fell pregnant as contraception failed me. The guy i was with didn’t want kids but I’m against abortions unless needed. I was medically healthy and at the time i had lots of support from my mum so I made the decision to keep. I managed to get a fairly good job that worked around my lifestyle and my mums hours and was coping great.

Then things slowly fell apart. My mum kept changing hours to the point i was unable to have a stable baby sitter for when i needed to work. The other grandparent works full time and so would be unable to help. So i regretfully had to resign from work to stay home.

Now a lot of people see to think people on benefits live great lives and have lots of money. No we don’t.

Bills still need paying. They rack up while your waiting for said benefits to go through. I already suffer anxiety and depression and this just really set me off. Ive only been on benefits for 1 year and a half but i can already see the difference in spending. When i first started i could spend 30 out of my 60 I get a week for minimum amount of food and the rest for bus fair for appointments or to get around as i had a child in a buggy. The rest went on bills and replacing things that seemed to keep breaking and my rapidly growing child (i got a further 70 from another benefit a week which wa used on the stuff i just mentioned) i never had extra one so Christmas was a far off dream and pretty much sucked. I never felt so bad as unable to get anything great for my kid other than a few small items or cheap stuff or had my mum help me with.

Over the course of my time on benefits I’ve ended up spending more on food weekly as food prices (often nearer to 60-70 a week now) or bus fair rises (3;50 to being 4 pounds). My benefits don’t. From before where i had no extra money to begin with I’m nowhving to try and rebudget.

Over the course of the year my laptop broke that i use to battle depression by writing and job searching. My phone has broken and at the moment I’m burrowing old models from my best friend. I own literally nothing. Yet these things are required to be able to function in everyday society. I cant use library much as it requires bus fair to get to each day if i wanted to go and. Can’t go in each day anyway with a child that refuses to stay still. My son is energetic and even at 3 doesn’t sleep through the night. Wakes up 5;30 each morning at the moment.

As it is I’m sat at home each day every day wondering how the fuck am. Going to adjust next week money to pay so so bill?! Im already spending nearly 15 on jut electric alone at the moment. 12 for tv license, 40 for water and 10 for gas and finally 20 for council tax. Take in what i earn above plus adding once a month I get 80 which. Use for my water bill and bus fair each month.

All this is before i even get to my actual tv packages which are basic and my phone contract to be able to keep on the net and contact with family members that all live outside of my county.

If I didn’t have my son right now i honestly would have given up on life. I’m just tired of just fuckng going hungry to make sure my kid if healthy and happy. My body has pretty much gone into survival mode where every bit of food i do eat is stored in me making me actually gain weight even though i eat like a mouse!

I’m fucking tired of government trying to make it worse by cutting back certain benefit and yet giving themselves wages that rival footballers.

My son i what keeps me going his cheeky smiles and love and innocence gives me life to keep on. My bet friend also deserves thanks as without her support despite her own struggles and buying me food every now and again i would not be driven to do certain projects or would of had complete meltdowns. Bless zach’s other grandma that helps us as well when she can an buy’s us food occasionally.

Don’t take those that help you for granted. Cherish those that offer a hand despite everything else.

sorry if this took me a while to reply to!! also not rude at all but yaa i’ve been taking fluoxetine for just over a month! i’m still adjusting to it though? it makes me more anxious and drowsy but hm my doctor said that it effects people very differently? i havent been doing as badly at all, and i was worried before that i wouldnt be able to feel sad but hey im still sad!! but im not as lifeless man i am alive and its sometimes numb and unreal but before i agreed to take them i talked to a counsellor and she was just like “well if you have a choice to not be so depressed all the time why not just try it out??” and thats a good point! if they go very badly you can stop after a month, it’s commitment but its not a super scary thing (like i thought it would be) idk i think about how worried i was about taking them but it’s just a tiny little pill its just like taking a vitamin but instead of that sweet vitamin b12 supplement its just a hey take this so you can stop being sad to the point of erosion kind of thing. (sorry it’s late and im too tired to read through this but what i mean to say is don’t worry about it! it won’t do any harm, and if it does there are always ways to solve it like switching medications or just talking to your doctor.) ALSO I’M PROUD FOR YOU (i cant validate myself for this but) IT’S A GOOD THING that you’re getting by and caring for yourself!! its a good thing (i know meds are controversial) but anything that is healthy for you and can make you better in the slightest is good, and they really have helped me so far! i can talk to people without being very drained and sad i think since taking them and also for me it feels like theres a sort of shield around the depressing abyss that is the core of my brain! so far there hasnt been a drAMATIC change but im thankful for that it;s not like a jump into new waters its just a little less painful to be alive and its easier to be ok!! (sorry im really not a motivational speaker and it is so late) but yes much love to you my dude we can be happy together mmman

I originally decided to take my car into one of their many One Stop shops, where i would only have to pay the 250 dollar deductible and have my car completely repaired. Since then i was laid of from work and have been going through alot of money trouble. I have been considering just having an adjuster come out and write a check for the damages and repair only some of the damage at a friends shop. So I was in a car accident recently, pretty minor, but the damage to my car exceed the value of my car by A LOT Damage total $2500. Car 91 integra, not worth 2500 anymore. The damage to the front end is a lot of cosmetic, but there is also frame damage, ac compressor broken, head lamp broken, and bald spots on the tires from me breaking so fast. First question in an accident were the at party person assumes responsibility of the car and both parties decide to not go through insurance both parties have to come to an agreeable amount right? Seems right, right. Second- If the party not at fault is not happy with the agreed amount and decided to go through insurance instead, but the damage exceeds the value of the victims car, is the responsible parties insurance going to pay out the amount of the damage done, I got 4 estimates or it the insurance going to pay only the value of the car and salvage my title? Second, can the responsible party pay out the amount that is agreed upon and then expect to get the victims (my) car in return? Or is his considered extortion? Cause there is no f-in way I the person who is not responsible for the accident can find a reliable car for 1500 bucks, but could part out, or retire my car, sell my car and get more plus the 1500 she agreed upon. My father has his own jeep insured in his own name.He has owned the jeep since 2005 and he still has it this day.He has a 9 year no claims bonus on it.He is insured with FBD insurance.His insurance is commercial. Before finding this broker the cheapest I could find was at State Farm and they were charging $720/year.
