why are classic/retro game remakes always like that. Can't we have the game in the original pixel style instead of those horrible 3d-esque cartton animations and just improved puzzles + less pixel hunts and such
#im thinking both about the gk1 remake and the secret of monkey island remake here. but also games i havent played yet#that would technically be cool as a remake but realistically would just have the same issues as the other ones#also it makes me sad to think that theres only a small amount of that kind of game and they wont make a comeback. sad#txt
