do you ever feel like you're the worst person in the world even though the only examples you can think of to support that current point is shit that almost everyone else has done at least once

as in my brain says i'm a bad person, i wonder why, and rather than thinking of any of the truly bad things i've done/do, my brain thinks i'm a bad person for not saying excuse me after i burped that one time in 2012.

#at least everyone else you know #tbh i kinda feel bad about stuff that we do as americans even though literally every other american does it i feel like #im the only one thats truly evil for it #ughhhgghg #and no its not like being racist (even tho i do recognize as a white person i do perpetuate it to some degree and feel bad for that) its #small shit like eating fast food #or driving a car #like eating fast food isnt the worst thing someone in the world can do #and in order to get around where i live you need a car bc its more spread out and rural #you can walk 2 hours or drive 10 minutes to get groceries for a family of 5 #so it makes sense #but i still feel like im a shitty person
