Star and Stripe (Cathleen Bate) is a huge inspiration for me now and i actually have no idea why. It’s like. The whole way she just completely demolished things and then took out a whole big problem within Shigaraki and then just. Blipped out of the universe. She didn’t give two shits about her own life and I love that. She cared more about people she had never met, more about the world and the other heroes around her, than she did herself. She died and let her quirk get destroyed on her own terms even with the choice already made for her and I can’t get over how much that makes me feel like im going to implode.

It makes me feel that certain type of reader helplessness when you’re watching or reading something happen and you KNOW it has to happen and you can’t do a single thing about it but you wish you could cause they could have done so much more and they had so much more time and it’s just not fair.

How do you get over a death that in no shape or way truly affected you but still has changed you inside for the rest of your upcoming life? I’m completely floored.
