:0! You take request!? I did not know that! Can I request for Niragi having a pet kitty in the rpe borderland version :3?
yes i take requests >:D and of course, anything for you! (i used the words kitten, kitty, and cat A LOT in this oh my lord.) @a-simp-20‘s request!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BRING YOUR CAT TO WORK DAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
pairing: pre-borderland!niragi + his beloved kitty cat TRIGGER WARNINGS: none! :D
summary: “do you want to come to work with me?” “meow!”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ it’s been a couple days since niragi officially adopted a pet cat, a small one at that. he found her abandoned on a street corner, and didnt have the heart to just leave her. he’s had a job as a video game designer/engineer for a couple of years, and he’s had to leave his beloved kitty to go off to work and earn money. he was fast asleep until he felt a warm pat on his cheek. it was his unnamed kitten. he drowsily arose from his sleeping position to look at the furry creature.
“good morning,” he yawned. “are you hungry?”
“meow.”
niragi smiled a bit at the cat’s response and hurried to go get her some food. the cat watched as her owner’s weight was removed from the soft surface, and his warmth was retained within the sheets. once niragi poured the cat food into the kitten’s cat bowl, and then went to go get said cat.
as he walked back into his room, he attempted to retrieve the cat.
“hey, kitty! your food’s ready. c’mon, let’s go eat, yeah?” he spoke. the cat didn’t budge. he shrugged and went to go pick up the soft feline, but she slapped his hand away from her and gave a quiet hiss. she’d never acted out like that before, she always appreciated being held.
“hey! thats no way to treat your um..dad!” niragi whined while rubbing his hand. the cat turned away from the poor guy, who was still rubbing his sore hand.
“are you upset that i haven’t given you a name yet?” he asked the upset kitty. “well i’m sorry but i don’t know what to name you…” he looked at his clock hanging on his wall and realized it was time for work, was this what the poor kitten was upset about? suddenly, niragi came up with an idea which was so wonderful that if he had cat ears, they’d perk up.
“how about i take you to work with me?” he smiled, and the feline immediately turned around and gave an enthusiastic meow. so niragi hurriedly got ready for his job, and was even more excited that his beloved pet was coming with.
and so the time came, and niragi snuck the cat into his backpack which was empty to provide comfort for the kitten. niragi was practically skipping he was so excited, maybe even more excited than the cat. as he got to work, he released the cat onto his desk, and the kitten watched the man work.
after the long shift, it was nighttime, and the cat was fast asleep. niragi was tired himself, and as he looked at the sleeping figure of his pet he gave a sleepy smile.
“you were sleepy, huh?” he asked the snoring cat. wait…sleepy! of course! as he figured out his cat’s new name, he didn’t waste an opportunity to say it.
“c’mon, sleepy. let’s head home.”
when the duo finally arrived at home, niragi got changed into his duckie-patterned pajamas and rested the cat next to him on the bed.
“we should have more bring-your-cat-to-work days, shouldn’t we, sleepy?”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
AHHH THE END! im not so proud of how it turned out BUT IT HAS FLUFFY NIRAGI AND HIS KITTY CAT, THATS ALL YOU NEED (yes the cat’s name is sleepy i couldnt think of a better name leav me alone)

And then he smiled, and thats what im after. (Ch. 7 : maybe its a cruel joke on me.
“Come back here!” Kuzuryu yelled. Chishiya laughed. He laughed, and smiled. He smiled. Kuzuryu’s face turned back. Chishiya looked at him, confused. “Kuzuryu?” Chishiya said, stopping. He walked over to kuzuryu. “You okay?” Chishiya asked. “Yeah, im fine.” Kuzuryu replied. “Im just going to go to the bathroom.” He added. “But the bathroom probably isnt cl-” Chishiya tried saying, but kuzuryu already left. Chishiya went to where kuina was, and asked her why she thinks that kuzuryu left. “Im not sure.” Kuina said, shrugging her shoulders. They waited about maybe 20 minutes? Chishiya went to the bathroom to go check up on kuzuryu. He walked up the stairs to the bathroom, and knocked. Yet, there was no answer. He knocked again, but harder, yet there was still nothing. He tried opening the door, but it would move. He was guessing it was locked, so he tried kicking it open. It didnt work, so he called kuina over. Kuina tried for about 10 minutes to open the door, and they couldnt. “You know what, lets just go around the mall and look for things?” Chishiya said. Kuina went downstairs, and chishiya went upstairs.
Kuina found a bicycle, and chishiya found nothing. Kuina came back up, and tried bashing the door with the bicycle, and after a few minutes, there was a hole in the door. It wasnt too big, but big enough for chishiya to look through. Chishiya peaked through the hole, and saw a figure, with glasses, laying down on the floor. Chishiya leaned away, and kuina saw his eyes widen. “What happened?” She asked worryingly. Chishiya didnt say anything, and buried his face in his hands. He took the bicycle, and bashed it against the lock. In a matter of seconds, the door unlocked, and they both walked in. Kuina didnt see anything, until she felt something near her foot. She looked down, and to her horror, was kuzuryu. Chishiya sat down, and looked down at kuzuryu. Kuina looked at chishiya, and saw that he was on the verge of crying. Chishiya saw a hole in the top of kuzuryus head. Kuina saw a tear fall on the floor, and when she looked, it came from chishiya. When they got back to the beach, they went to mira and hatter first. Mira looked upset, and a little sad, but not too sad. Chishiya went to kuzuryus room to see if there was anything that could tell him why it happened. He knew it wasnt because of a visa. While chishiya was looking, he found a note. On kuzuryu’s desk. It read: mira, dont you think this whole smile thing is kinda unfair? I mean, you make them smile, you die, and then they live the rest of their life probably never wanting to get close to someone again. I kno That was the end of it. Chishiya took the note, and left. Chishiya finally figured out what it was. Citizens needed to make someone smile, and once they did, they would die. Chishiya was angry, but at himself. When there was an executive meeting the next day, chishiya’s nose was red, and his hair was up. The meeting was about kuzuryu and that just made it worse for chishiya. Niragi sat down next to chishiya, in hopes that after that meeting, they could talk.
After the meeting, chishiya was the first to get up and try to leave, but niragi grabbed his hand, and stoped him. “Shun?” Niragi said. Chishiya turned around to look at niragi. “Im sorry about what happened.” “No need, its not as if it was your fault, anyways.” Chishiya said, pulling his hand away and leaving. It took chishiya weeks to stop crying (or stop crying every night). He still cursed himself for getting close to someone. He was afraid, too. He didnt want to push kuina away, but he didnt want something to happen to her, either. The executive members had buried kuzuryu infront of the beach. And chishiya went there every single day he could. Today, he went to kuzuryus grave first thing in the morning after brushing his teeth. “You dense-” chishiya tried spitting out, but failed, as he didnt want to swear at kuzuryu. “Poop.” Chishiya finished. Yeah, that sounded okay. “You dense poop!” He yelled, laughing at the end. His nose was already red, and a tear had already fallen down his face. He wiped it with his sleeve. He heard 2 laughs from behind him. He turned around and saw niragi and kuina. “Dense poop?” Niragi said. “Really?” Kuina added. “Dense poop.” Chishiya said with a nod. “Now, we will give you a choice. Either stay in borderland as a permanent resident, or go back into the real world.” The voice on the PA said. Permanent resident. Thats what kuzuryu was. Kuzuryu told chishiya that when he got out, he should try to talk to his dad, or get a therapist. Chishiya wasnt going to stay as a resident, as much as he loved kuzuryu. Kuzuryu and told chishiya he regretted staying as a resident. “Go back, not just for you, shuntaro, go back, for the greater good.” Kuzuryu told him. Chishiya had been in therapy for a year now, and had graduated from medical school. He was doing much better, yet never quite forgot about kuzuryu. He was much kinder, and open now. And he was sure that if kuzuryu was there, he would be very proud of him.
One day, he had a patient come in. “Hey werent you that guy whos heart had stopped, and was bleeding out when you were in the hospital bed?” Chishiya laughed and gave him a nod. “Son, thats rude.” His dad said. “Oh, no, youre fine.” Chishiya said “So your name is….kiro….kuzuryu?” Chishiya said. “Mhm!” The kid confirmed. Kuzuryu. The kid started talking again, but the father shushed him. “We have to go visit your uncles grave with his friends soon.” The father said. “But all his friends are gonna do is say how its sooo unfaiirrr he died, and some more things they learned in law school.” He whined. The father gave him a glare. Chishiya saw the fathers face, and thought to himself oh if looks could kill. The kid was fine, and they left in a matter of minutes, but chishiya couldnt help but thinking if it was kuzuryu they were talking about, or if it was just a coincidence.
kay, well i lied - ish. Its angsty, but it ended in a happy way. I was legit crying and couldnt end it in a sad way. Sorry, even though i promised. I hope you liked this series and imma write the sequel if i have time. I might not, though, so dont rely on that. Love you all! -insecure

Drives With Them
Alice In Borderland
Only doing Chishiya and Niragi because they're the only two who have access to cars hahahahahaha-
This song makes my brain go 'brr'
Chishiya
Warnings: Swearing, arguing
- He hates driving
- Learns it's the only way he can get alone time
- With you
- Can talk about stuff with you, and there's no one else to interrupt
- He usually asks you by spinning the keys around on his finger and saying "Wanna go?"
- He drives pretty nice, honestly
- Hasn't crashed, doesn't make you pray for your life before you get into a car with him.
- Enjoys taking the longest way possible home
- Gives zero fucks if a group need the car for the games
- Usually ends the drive somewhere scenic to watch the sunset or if it's raining, he just parks the car and talks to you
"Wanna go?" Chishiya asked, spinning the keys on his finger, interrupting the conversation you were having with Arisu. "Sure! Sorry Arisu-Kun, gotta go," you said, excusing yourself from the conversation. "No problem. Have fun," Arisu smiled, leaving. You chased after Chishiya, grabbing his hand. He pulled it away and you scoffed. "Jerk," you muttered. "You know who is watching," he whispered back, nodding to Hatter. "And?" You asked as you left the building, heading over to the cars. "He could use it against us. I don't want you in danger because of me," he said, opening the door on the passenger side for you. "What a gentleman," you said rolling your eyes, getting in the car. He shut the door after you, getting in himself on the drivers side.
"I'm sorry," he said into the quiet atmosphere after you two had been driving around the empty streets of Tokyo for a couple minutes. You only huffed, looking out your window. "I'm get that you don't want to make our relationship out there and shit, but I... I have feelings too Chishiya. I want to be able to hold your hand around the Beach, or just show you love in front of other people," you answered, he kept his eyes on the road, listening to your words. "I can understand that. But... you have to understand that I don't want you getting caught in the middle because you're with me," he said after a few seconds. You felt bad about being mad at him, especially when you knew he had good intentions. "I know... I'm sorry Chishiya," you apologized, looking at him. "It's ok. It's upsetting, I get it," he said, slowing down a bit as you got closer to the inner city.
"Sucks there's no radio," you said, holding his left hand on the glove compartment as you two drove around, the argument you had earlier having been talked through. "It's better, in my opinion. We can talk," he said. The sun was setting, the sky painted in an array of pastels, golden sunlight fading from view. You smiled at his response. "You know, when I first met you, I thought you were going to be a bitchy, antisocial, I hate people kind of guy, who would've pushed me off the roof for talking to him, but I'm glad only half of that is true," you giggled. "Oh? Which half is true?" He asked, as you noticed the car slowing down. "The 'I hate people' part. You just have no empathy towards them," you said, leaning on his shoulder. The car had stopped on a bluff that overlooked the ocean. Chishiya got out of the car, telling you to do the same. He climbed up on the hood of the car, making his way to the roof of it. You did the same, sitting besides him. You stared out into the ocean, watching the sunset as he sat besides you. "Beautiful..." he whispered. You looked at him. "It is," you said. "I'm not talking about the sunset. I'm talking about you you know," he said, cupping your face in his hands. You blushed, looking to the side. "I thought you said no PDA?" You asked, looking back at him. "I think... I think I'm willing to protect you if worse comes to worse. Hold my hand around the Beach. Kiss me around the Beach. Do what you want," he said, resting his forehead on yours. You smiled. "If they use us against eachother?" You asked. "If we go down, then we go down together," he said. You laughed, kissing his lips quickly. You kept doing that before he said, "If you're going to kiss me, kiss me." Before kissing you passionately.
Niragi
Warning: Mentions abuse, bullying, swearing, weapons
- I'd personally pray to the gods before I get in a car with him
- Honestly pretty fun
- He goes fast, reckless, but somehow hasn't crashed
- He loves driving with you because it makes you both forget everything
- Asks you by going "Im going for a drive. You coming with me doll?"
- Late night drives after games that were especially hard on either one of you
- You had CDS and got the radio to work somehow. (Yes he helped)
- I feel like he's a car guy for some reason?
- Like, he knows his way around cars. But would rather drive them
- You know those cars that don't have a roof? It's just open? Yeah, those are his favorite.
- Ends drives with driving around slowly while you two talk about anything and everything
You sat anxiously awaiting the arrival of Niragi's group for the games. Your leg bounced up and down, scanning the groups that walked in. You swallowed thickly, trying to rid your head of the dark thoughts. You two hadn't been put in the same group for tonight, as the militals all got split up.
You heard a couple girls whispering and laughing. You glanced at them out of the corner of your eye, and listened in to what the were saying. "She's so heartless when others loose people, but there she is anxiously awaiting her boyfriend's return," one of them laughed. "I hope Niragi dies so she can feel how others feel," the other responded with a giggle. You growled, grabbing your riffle, walking towards both of them. "Oi, if I were both of you I'd stop talking," you threatened, pointing your gun at them. They tensed up. "W-we didn't do anything!" One of them stuttered. "I fucking heard you. Bitch, I'm not deaf, you want me to feel pain as if I haven't before," you said darkly, glaring at them. "I lost my best friend when I first came into the games, I don't have family here, he's all I have left. You two think I haven't felt the pain of losing someone important to me because you don't know me, so shut the hell up," you said angrily, putting the barrel of your gun facing towards the floor. You gathered yourself again, walking back to where you were sitting. "I still hope he dies though... he's such a dick, I don't know why she stays with him," you hear one of them say. "Okay, that's it," you shouted, turning back to them. "You think I won't fucking shoot either one of you?! I'm not fucking scared to do so! And if Niragi doesn't come back then I'll just kill one of your boy toys and see how you like it! He's not... he's not a bad person. So shut up about people you don't know!" You yelled, getting angrier by the minute. "Well I bet he's already dead anyways! It's what both of you deserve for using so many of us as pawns in the games! You need to feel pain, and he deserves to die!" The other girl yelled. "He's not dead! He doesn't deserve to die!" You shouted back. You took your gun, firing a shot in between both girls. "That's a fucking warning shot, next time, the warning shot goes through your damn skull," you threatened, walking out of the hotel lobby, out to where the game players come back. You sat on the sidewalk, watching cars coming back, none containing your boyfriend. You saw Chishiya, and ran up to him. "I'm going to seem pathetic asking, but have you seen Niragi?" You asked, him swallowing back the tears of worry. Chishiya noted this want a time to joke about him being dead. He was a dick sometimes, but he also knew when it was enough. "No, I haven't. His game was on the other side of the city though. Maybe it was a longer game?" Chishiya answered. A soft 'oh' left your lips, and you nodded, thanking him. You went to a corner, sitting down facing the entrance. You brought your knees up to your face. "Please be ok... please... I need you here," you whimpered.
About an hour later, you heard the engine of a car come into the beach. You looked around, counting how many cars were already there. Only one was missing, which meant this car was the last one. You ran over quickly.
To your relief, you saw Niragi standing by the car, talking to Aguni about something. You ran to him, hugging him as soon as you got there. "Woah, hey there princess," he said, hugging you back. "You stupid jerk, I thought you died!" You cried into him. You weren't one for crying, but it had been a night. Aguni looked at you strangely as he had never seen you cry. Aguni excused himself, giving you time to be alone. Niragi looked down at you, feeling a tinge of guilt. "I- I thought i-i was- I was gonna b-be alone again!" You cried, snuggling your face into his chest. "Never. You'll never be alone again, ok? I'm not going to let some measly game take me out," he said, giving you a kiss to the top of your head. "Im going for a drive. You coming with me doll?" He asked, holding the keys in his hands. You nodded, drying your tears.
The drive wasn't like most others that started fast and reckless. It was slow. The kinds of drives you two had on the late nights. "What game did you have tonight?" You asked, trying to break the silence. "It was weird. A 5 of hearts. To win we had to kill the past in a way," he said, looking out. "That doesn't sound like a normal hearts game," you observed. "That's what I thought. Games of betrayal. The rules were simple. If you failed to kill the past, you failed. You had to say what part of your past you were killing too, or else you died... There were items all around the building, each from different people's past. There were films of people's memories, toys, pictures, audios, books, glasses... If everyone didn't manage to kill their past, the buildings boiler would explode," he explained. "What we're your items?" You asked, looking at him. "Glasses, notes, there was a video, a baseball, a pack of cigars and an empty beer bottle," he said. You pieced together the items. "The glasses you wore in highschool, the baseball that broke your nose more times than you can count, the notes kids used to pass you in class that said horrible things on them, the cigars your father burned you with, and the bottle you used to silence your sorrows," you said. ''Clever girl," he chuckled. "Your game?" He asked. "4 of spades. We had to diffuse a bomb in the that was at the top of this building, the elevator was out, and there was 20 flights of stairs. Oh, and a shooter. God was it fun shooting that motherfucker after he pulled my hair," you aaid. Niragi laughed slightly. The cool night breeze passed by you, and you closed your eyes. "When we go back to the old world, we should do this," you muttered, reaching for his hand. He grabbed your hand, intertwining his fingers with yours on the glove compartment. "I agree."
He had stopped the car on a bridge, although there was no water under, just gravel. "I used to come to this place, look down, and think it would be a quiet place. So I started going there after school, hiding. Until they found it. Then you found me there. I don't know why you talked to me in high school anyways," he said, looking over the railing, down to the gravel covered ground. "Because I knew you didn't deserve what people said or did to you. And I also thought it was a nice quiet place," you said as he put an arm around your waist. "What did you run away from? Something or someone in your past that scared you?" He asked. "My family, my feelings. The monsters that lived in my head," you said, leaning your head on his shoulder. "I really love you, you know?" He asked, looking up at the stars. "I know. I love you too. Love you more than there's stars in the sky," you responded.
I'm brain rot, helpppp-
Also, this is just like if you are in an established relationship with them. I feel like they open up a bit more to you, so that's why they might be OOC.

Hey guys, it's me, ya girl-
Um, so anyways, I have found out my cat has a sickness we can't treat, and he's going to die. My parents are telling me I have to decide on what I want to do, and if I want to put him down or wait a bit, and like if I want to cremate him after or what I want to do basically. I'm really sad because he's been my best friend for 5 years. So, this is my attempt of comfort, I'm sorry if it seems selfish for me to write something like this, it's just the way I want to express myself. This will still be a (Y/N) thing, so yeah... side note, I cried a lot while making this, so if there's any spelling mistakes or whatever, blame it on my 5th mental breakdown this week, mmk? I love you all so much, thank you for the support, l hope you
....
Enjoy?
.... this attempt at writing....
Comfort for the loss of a pet
Alice in Borderland
Arisu
"Hey, shshsh, it's ok, breath," he whispered, hugging you tightly as you cried into him. You were a wreck, and it was apparent. "I-i I'm s-sorry," you whimpered, tears streaming down your cheeks. You weren't used to showing emotions like this. It made you feel weak. "It's ok, you don't have to apologize. Just let it all out, ok?" He comforted. You snuggled your face into his chest, your body shaking in sobs. He held the back of your head in a protective manner. "I-im going to m-miss them s-so much," you cried, grabbing onto his shirt. "I know, I know... calm down. Breath," he whispered, rubbing your back with his other hand.
You had fallen asleep after a few hours of crying, and he kept watch over you. You had never cried over people dying in the games. Maybe it was because you didn't care for them, but even still. And here you were, crying over the death of your pet. He was always going to be by your side, of course, and he understood why you would cry so much. They had been your best friend. They were probably the closest thing to company when the games started, and now they were gone. It made him feel horrible that he couldn't help more than comforting you. He heard the bed move, and he looked up, snapping out of his thoughts. "Arisu?" You asked sleepily, looking around. He stood up, going over to the bed. "I'm here. I didn't leave. Are you ok?" He asked, sitting besides you. You immediately grabbed onto his arm, leaning your head on his shoulder. "I... I think so... They were my best friend you know... It fucking sucks that life gave me something good. Something amazing for once. A piece of happiness. And it... it... it t-took it away," you stated, a whimpering tone growing towards the end as you tried to keep in your tears. "I know they were. You can't rant to me about it. I'm here to listen. I'm here for you, ok?" He comforted, giving you a kiss to the top of the forehead. He knew that losing a pet was like losing a family member. He knew how much hurt you must be going through, and it hurt him. It was like he could feel your pain. "Anything you want or need, I'll give it to you. If you want a bit a space or alone time with your feelings, you got it. Just say the word," he said, looking out the window in the room. "I just want some cuddles right now. And sleep... maybe if I sleep enough the pain will go away... it's like there's a hole in my heart, and it hurts so much 'Risu... please don't leave me alone... don't leave me right now..." you whispered. "I wouldn't dream of it angel," he said, laying you back on the bed. He laid besides you, holding you tightly in his arms. "I'm here for you."
Chishiya
He didn't understand why you were crying, at first. He had just walked into your room to discuss some things, when he saw you crying. You never cried in front of others, or cried period. He didn't get it. "Is something wrong?" He asked, standing at the end of your bed. "No, th-thats why I'm crying," you answered sarcastically, rolling your tear filled eyes. He remembered what some people were talking about. That someone's pet had died. They had described what yours looked like, and he hoped that they were mistaken. Maybe you were crying over something else? He watched as the tears fell down your face. He sighed quietly. "What's wrong then?" He questioned, walking over besides you. He had heard what had happened, but still wanted to make sure that was what you were crying about. He didn't want to seem stupid. You sniffled, holding onto the pillow on your bed. "(P-p/N) died. Their g-gone and I-I can't bring th-them back," you whimpered, hiding your face into your pillow. A part of him felt a pang of pain. He had always liked your pet. He knew you never cried over the deaths of people at the games. Usually, you two spent the nights together after games. Dates, of sorts. But, now you were crying over the loss of an animal. He couldn't help but feel a feeling of pitty. Which he quickly extinguished, knowing that pitty was the last thing you wanted or needed. You needed comfort.
He laid down on the other side of the bed, pulling your sitting figure next to him. You turned to face him with tear filled eyes. "W-what are you doing?" You asked. "You're obviously upset. You never cry, so this must be very important to you. What kind of boyfriend would I be if I didn't at least make you feel better," he answered, tucking a piece of your hair behind your ear. You sniffled, but nodded. You put your head on his shoulder, hugging him."I know my opinion doesn't matter, and that these words might seem empty to you, and I promise they're not, but... they were a good (boy/girl). The best. I quite enjoyed their company, and I'm upset that their gone as well. Obviously not more than you, but still," he said, sincerity in his tone. He cut himself off before he rambled to much, and made you feel worse. A habit he had that he absolutely dispised about himself. "Thank you Shi-Shi... It means a lot to me," you whispered. He ignored the fact that you used a nickname he hated (he likes it, just thinks It's embarrassing), deciding comforting you was more important to him in that moment than scolding you. "No problem darling... Take your time."
Niragi
He had gotten back from his usual patrol, and saw you just laying on the bed of your shared room, staring at the ceiling. A totally blank stare up. He couldn't see much, as he's blind as all hell (sorry, I had to make myself laugh for a second because I'm crying a lot), but he could make out that much. He sighed to himself, seeing as he'd have to put on his glasses. (I'm still trying to make myself laugh, please don't judge me) He did, and noticed the tears cascading of your face. The droplets leaving a trail behind. "(Y/N)? What's wrong?" He asked, going immediately to you. You didn't answer. Now, usually, he would be a bit mean to you if you were crying. But you only cried when... well, that's for his memory, and his memory only. (Still trying to make myself laugh, it's not working) You were not one to cry. You were also not one to be quiet. Which worried him the most. You were awake, obvious by the way you were staring up. He shook your shoulder lightly. "Princess, come on. What's wrong?" He asked. You had finally looked over at him. The smallest smile was on your face. "You're finally wearing your glasses you dummy?" You questioned, your voice shaky. He ignored that. "What's wrong? Why are you crying?" He repeated, sitting you up, putting your legs over the edge of the bed. He dried your tears, and watched as you bit your tongue, and looked up. (That's how I try to stop myself from crying ahaha) "(P/N)... d-died," you stuttered. You bounced your leg, trying to stop the tears. His eyes widened a bit. "Oh..." was the only sound he could make. He wanted to help, but didn't know how to. He knew how to treat physical wounds. But to help someone heal from a broken heart? No. But, he thought about ways to help.
He picked you up, sitting you in his lap, before laying down. You stayed laying on top of him, your head pressed to his chest, hearing his heartbeat. "... are you ok? I mean like, obviously your not ok, but I mean like I don't know what else to say, and gods I sound dumb right now," he rambled. You laughed slightly at this. "Was that your attempt to make me feel better?" You asked. "Maybe," he said. Maybe him unintentionally bringing out his awkward side would make you feel better.
