#dullblogging#im still ok but doctor was like...zero help so idk what the new ailment was about#and now my usual ailment is back again (breathing issues from GERDS)#its sooorta my fault and it just comes back in bouts but ughhh#it gets worse if i dont sleep but...keep putting off stuff for work n then having to stay up like now then cant sleep bc the gerds is bad
