Sorry to OCpost without context on main but I thought about Gale x Siraye again and I can't tell what's funnier. It starting off with Siraye as Tav, Sylphin as Tav or both.
Like either Siraye returns to Baldur's Gate with her new wizard boyfriend who's utterly in love with her and talks in a completely improbable way. Sylphin gets the sheer joy of seeing their (presumed dead) mom again at the same time as meeting Gale who would say the most cringe shit to them I'm sure.
Alternatively Sylphin and their party return to Baldur's Gate and make a beeline for the Temple which Siraye worships at. Tearful reunion, etc, Siraye comes to the Elfsong with Sylphin to catch up. Ends up talking to Gale for hours and then goes "Honey you didn't tell me you were travelling with such astute and pleasant company!" and then Gale telling them that their mother is delightful and they're on for brunch next Saturday or something. Sylphin just like Oh Okay! but going to fucking sulk bc there's No Way. There's No Fucking Way.
Siraye and Sylphin ending up on the Nautiloid together would be earth-shattering for Syl (in a mostly negative way though at least they don't have to worry about their mom being dead-) bc they'd just be trying not to disappoint her, while Siraye sort of judges/fusses over the whole party and vaguely flirts with Gale (if I haven't made it obvious, Sylphin is inclined to think he's a little bit of a loser)
#i still think realistically Tav!Siraye would not go for anyone romantically but If She Did#im sorry sylphin i write more about your mom than you. on my blog#im ngl thinking of Siraye as a Tav was like. always sort of a joke about how down bad all the companions are all thz time#and if i must be consistent...#oc: siraye#oc: sylphin#gale meeting a 300 y.o divorced elf cleric of His Ex:#bg3 oc#bg3 ocs#posting oc stuff feels embarrassing pb#*mb#i just struggle to write my thoughts down#in a way thats not repetitive or silly#ocposting
