Part of me wants Rei to be amazing when she’s using her quirk. Expertly using it, doing her thing, surprising everybody because she hasn’t used her quirk in years but she’s doing pretty well. Almost like riding a bicycle

That makes me wonder what it’s like for civilians who don’t use their quirk for anything special or job related but have to keep their quirks sorta under control because Society. If it’s been ages and they finally use their quirk again for an actual reason, do they have to figure out self-control or does it all come naturally due to quirk training?
