#im sitting here cryjng but its for a positive reason i think#this is the first day in i dont know how long that i just . did things for myself#its the first day in god knows how long that i feel like continuing to live is an okay option#and in a way i feel conflicted because ive been just so depressed and suicidal for so long that its become my routine#and change is so scary and i dont feel like i deserve to feel happy most days i feel like im the most insufferable burden on earth#and i dont know how to feel right now#and it sounds so crazy i cant even believe im saying this myself
