he doesn't have determination to reset or manipulate the code of the world, but because he is the owner, theoretically, he has the power to delete the code. he never would. gods i need to rewatch 0.5 for the billionth time to see the little detials again, but the reason sans is insistent on not resetting is because there is already a happy ending. he doesn't think he can handle going through another timeline reset. he doesn't know if resetting will let frisk regain ownership, but at the same time he just, doesn't want to relive everything all over again. sans and frisk promised. and that's important to him.

One of the previous concept had luisa's room to be engulfed with stones/rocks/boulders etc ,and a secret area which led to an amusement park where she can finally just..have fun.
