discuss: what on earth is star wars’ aesthetic in key words? so far i’ve got ragged/gritty (retro)futurism and hints of scrappunk? although that doesn’t even cover the japanese influences in its style... perhaps star wars is an entirely new combination of aesthetics deserving of its own name.

also i am here to say that the next fandom era on this blog is probably gonna be star wars themed

Are you reading the current Star Wars comics? Do you like them?

uhhh im only caught up on the current main star wars series i haven’t started the vader series, dr.aphra, and bounty hunters lmao (i think theres also a star wars adventures series by IDW that i started to read but am also behind on)

but yeah i like the 2020 series! i need to go back and read the beginning few issues again bc i haven’t read them since they came out

i love the art a lot (i did NOT like a lot of the art in the 2015 series it was..... very obviously traced) its very pretty

i miss han a lot tho :( im still rereading the last issue bc flashback to han and the hanleia moments made me CRY!!!!! and im really looking forward to the next issue bc its THE HUNT FOR HAN SOLO and i have beef with marvel because theres no april issue :((( gotta wait till may

but leia and lando are 2 of my favorite characters as well so i love seeing them :)
