drinking chamomile tea for the first time thoughts and prayers appreciated because this is a moment of desperation and i find myself mildly worried it shall backfire on me

#hot girl ibs autumn and all that!#i googled it chamomile is low fodmap it Should be fine.#but my cramping is awful today which it is apparently good for ?? and also it's apparently good for heartburn/gerd too #which is how it was even on my radar. in the first place #im pleasantly surprised tho like it....does not taste bad at all #ive been so anti tea all my life except for chai but i genuinely do fuck with this. a little floral a little earthy but not in a bad way #summer's text tag #anyways enough tmi about the state of my body (it is falling apart) (i am falling apart) (literally at the seams)
