i still think its fucked that for 23 years of my life i truly believed that you could get a cold from like. having wet hair in the winter cold or not taking off wet clothes quickly and stuff like that

#wind howls #i think its sillier still that i learned that those are myths from the RADIO #(yes ive been looking up cold stuffs bc i have a cold and i want to get rid of it so fast. but the real remedy is letting it run its course)#im on day 3 of feeling the symptoms so im going to assume itll be worse tomorrow. im not looking forward to that #since im gonna be entering the peak illness stage soon :( but it means i should be about done healing by the time i travel soon !!#which is good to know. i would be incredibly miserable otherwise #the sources say to drink plenty of water and eat well and rest well #so... i guess i should be going to sleep...#well 420 am isnt s bad time to sleep lol. goodnight !
