no you see there cant even BE an utena of video games because the insanity and complexity of utenas symbolism so heavily relies on a fixed perspective and the specificity of what you are being shown at any given time so i think the only way someone could accomplish the same vibe would have to be in the style of a stationary vr tech demo and even then that comes with the risk of a message not being conveyed properly due to utenas inherent reliance on being a drawn 2d medium in a way that enhances the display of visual symbolism
