i have to delete this whole paragraph bc it’s made completely irrelevant bc its supposed to be comparing a male translator to a female translator but it turns out it is NOT! fuck!

like i go off on chappell’s writing style (which I will still say sucks, no one in their life has ever referred to a guard dog as a “watch-bitch” that’s just not a thing, sophie grace) and say all this shit about the male gaze

tldr look up your sources for citation before the day your paper is due, bc sometimes sketchy PDFs you got off the internet are very out of date
