today on is this my body being weird a heart attack or a panic attack
#uhm. its probably not a heart attack i think#but idk im anxious rn. which honestly leads more into the panic attack thing right#my chest is kind of tight but maybe im gassy???#im not exactly sure how one would describe lightheaded but it certainly feels wrong#and actually scratch that yeah#and my limbs feel wrong and if i dont keep moving i don't know what will happen anf im scared#and actually i should probably be telling my mother#personal posts and stuff idk#aethers rants#cw vent
