Quick question if you have been a fnaf fan since 2019 are you going to be considered to be a 'og fan' or 'new fan' ?
(not trying to discriminate or something but i want to know from others perspective) (this is base on ny experience i was a fan since 2019 but i'm ashamed to say since when i started to become a fan cause then they'll ask you alot of questions and if you don't know some of the questions i got hate because of it, i never really read the book cause i can't really afford it. I only play the games and watch some gamers play it, especially Markiplier I Love Markiplier his already there since fnaf started)
In my experience, I've been a fnaf fan since 2017. It's been my comfort media since then and that hasn't changed in the slightest. I know a lot of the lore and have watched many letsplayers play it, so I would probably consider myself an og/old fan.
However, I feel like just because you don't know all the lore or super in depth stuff like that, it doesn't mean you're less of an og fan. If you've been a fan of something for that long, it doesn't mean you need to be an absolute genius on it and know every single piece of lore and how everything connects. Of course, I do think you need to know the basic storyline and all that, but you don't need to know every detail.
I've been a fan for a very long time and Im still getting new information on the lore being found out everyday. There are any strict requirements to be an og/old fan. If your a fan of any kind, you're still valid and don't deserve to be bashed on or hated because of any reason.
I think you shouldnjust enjoy FNAF and not think too much about it <3 just enjoy yourself ^^
