dom!phoebe definitely loves marking you up but i think sub!phoebe would literally pass away if you were sweet talking her and sucking bruises into her thighs. she would literally be begging for you to put your mouth on her and you'd have to giggle at her and be like "patience pretty girl," and then move up to her hips and suck a hickey on one of her tattoos or leave a mark there.
