I just shortened all my nails to start over with the shape and my repair job was so strong that I struggled to get that one down. """This method only lasts a few days""" my ASS

I performed my first ever DIY nail surgery on a broken nail because I refused to shorten it down after I shaped them all so nicely, and I must have done a better job than I thought cause accidentally hitting that nail in ways that SHOULD by all means have tore it off barely made a slight dent in the crack.......

#my nails were so long it was insane but yeah couldnt correct the shape at this point #so away with everything for fresh start #but im glad i got an extra month out of the long coffin/ballerina nails thanks to the repair so i could enjoy it for a bit longer #compared to if id shorten all of them down right after spending so much time and effort filing and shaping #for the record some of it is STILL there cause i couldnt file shorter LOL #so gonna file that off as my nails grow #although its annoying cause everytime i break a nail that one grows shorter for a good while #the one i broke prior to this one has only now started to grow at the same speed as the others #after like 3 months of being slow #anyway imma throw on some nail polish later today or tomorrow if i only can decide which shade i wanna use #im leaning towards one of my newer dark reds OR a golden magnetic shade #... i keep going for the golds and brasses though maybe ill give the red a go now that i think about it #change of pace......#silvi talks
