right! my name’s katie, she/her, 24. avid nrb fan and so dedicated to making a fandom i made a whole sideblog about it! like i said above, you can also find me @farklelucas​ (general fandom shenanigans; mostly anime, supernatural, and personal stuff) and @jovenshires​ (a smosh sideblog)! i’m a freelancing writer, aspiring beautician, and a director, so kind of a jack of all trades. i really love writing and making gifs so where better to do it than here!

ah! like i said, i’ll be making fics, gifsets, edits, memes, playlists, and whatever else i can possibly think of. who knows im a wildcard babey. ill generate all the content for this fandom myself if i have to! im crazy!

look. everything i say on here is a joke. adam blampied and friends are very real people with lives and in no way am i tinhatting (tinhatting def: believing that people i have a parasocial relationship with are hiding something from their audience, whether that be their relationship, sexuality, etc., for personal reasons or for publicity reasons) or trying to persuade them into entering relationships with anyone besides their very lovely partners. but we can do a lil casual rpf for funsies as long as none of you are snitches. so im gonna write some ship fics alright what do you want from me. it’ll all be aus and i’ll expect niceties or i won’t post em period! we all gotta be real cool! this is all /j /seriously if adam blampied even looks in the general direction of me or anything i write i will demand compensation and quit the internet forever

🎲 but i’m anti-shipping / rpf.

and that’s cool and i totally respect that! i wanna make this fandom fun, safe, and respectful for everyone. that’s why i follow a certain set of rules that i implore all of you to follow too if you’re planning on joining me: 1. never ever put shipping stuff in main tags. i know this fandom is so young but that’s like. the number one rule for all rpf fandoms. never ever put stuff like that in the no rolls barred tag / any of the associated show name tags (ex: the tag ‘board game club’) or the tags for the full names of any of the people involved (ex: the tag ‘adam blampied’). sorry this one’s a little long but this one imo is the most important!! 2. severe warnings on all my content especially the fact that i’ll be writing fic. i’m pinning this to the top of my blog in the hopes that people will read it and know that this is part of it!! it’s also in my about and i’ve put it in my personal posts several times. i can put it in my bio upon request - i just haven’t bc i think it looks clean the way it is but if someone thinks that’s best drop me an ask or message. 3. finally: i will be tagging all my posts with even a hint of shipping with the tag ‘shipping’. this includes fics, any memes with ships in them, any posts under my ‘meta’ tag that talks about shipping, etc. i will probably also tag my fics that i post on here with the tag ‘rpf’ just to take extra caution so people can filter it. i welcome you - in fact implore you - to filter these tags if they make you uncomfortable! like i said, this is all for fun and jokes; the fics im gonna write are purely for me and some other silly goofs to enjoy. i take no issue with you not liking it and not wanting to engage with it. if this still crosses the line for you and you wanna unfollow or block me, that is also totally fine and i respect it! really, i have no problem with that. you’ve gotta curate your experience for you!! if i am not a part of your very best experience, please do what’s best for you, it will not hurt my feelings at all <3<3

🎲 why do you tag some posts as ships (ex: adam x carley) but not as shipping?

so this is a habit that carried over from my smosh blog - i’m not actually tagging the ship, i’m tagging the dynamic! when i tag ___ x ___, 90% of the time, it just means the post (video, meta, meme, etc.) involves those two people. so for example, if i or someone else wanted to see all my posts that involved or focused on adam and carley as a duo, they could go through my ‘adam x carley’ tag. so if that’s scaring you off literally dont worry ab it that’s just my over enthusiastic tagging system LDKNMFKFNF unless it’s tagged ‘shipping’ as mentioned above, it is not a ship post nor do i consider it one.

🎲 what’s coming up next?

whoa, kind of a loaded question. well, i’ve got a lot planned! lots of memes, lots of fics, lots of gif series (after the intro gifsets, i’ve got loads of plans, including but not limited to: nrb + taylor swift, dynamic gifsets, and maybe some individual episode gifsets. there’s also some one offs i’ve been thinking about that i’ve got up my sleeve...). i’ve got playlists simmering (individual and ship playlists), as well as some really cool pages i can add to my desktop theme. i’m also def open for suggestions or requests, at least for now, so hit me with em if you’ve got em! ficlets, edits, gifsets - i’m also def down to make some headers / icons, and might just make some anyway for people to use as they please!! but please lmk if y’all would be interested.
