I've never. experienced this before.#i was trying to get ready to sleep but mind said ''no'' and started forcing me to watch visuals and scenarios.#and it was getting kinda bad and depressing. until. suddenly...#i visualize An Alter. pulling me into a hug. and i was just frozen there for a second like ''HEY W HAT THE FUCK???''#bc. that's never happened before. anytime i see visuals of alters. its just bad shit. fighting‚ arguing‚ bullying‚ etc etc#but. now. that happened. and im just.??????!!!???!????#i was filled with an All Consuming Desire to be able to actually hug him as a physical person. and for him to hug me.#it was so fucking. weird#...i wanna hug him so bad man ;;
