i’m caving despite my social terrors to tell you how WRECKED i am over this fic

1) i’ve had my tumblr account for exactly two days, and although i’ve wanted to have one for a while osas was the straw that broke my willpower so i could follow you for details and gorgeous fanart

then ofc I got distracted by a half baked portrait of Rose from titanic that I drew when I was like 15 and ended up drawing a two hour long remake of the same picture

Hey Tomato! I've been following your tekken art lately and I gotta say your art style for them is actually what I prefer over the canon hyperrealistic style of the games. I especially love your Kazuya raise Jin aus, it is like the raising kids changes you trope, breaking the cycle of bad parenting, and morality pet trope all in one package. Anyways I have a trivia and dyk for you. Did you know in the early concept arts, Jin is named Mishima Jin or Jin Mishima instead of using Kazama?

BUT i have done the impossible and started at the beginning now! looking forward to working on the rest of it in the proper order!

and no, i didnt know that! i figured it was possible his surname was mishima at first, especially if they hadnt figured who his mother was yet. i would argue that his tk3 design in particular WAS very reminiscent of kazuya still, but different enough that its notably someone else. i have to say i ADORE how clear it is that he resembles his mother much more in later games, makes my heart sing (and i draw attention to that a lot at times in my fic >:) )

I'm glad you liked the little Chapter 2 sweater Seb!! That was the last thing I drew, because I couldn't stop thinking about him in Mark's oversized sweater(also conveniently hiding the plaid I didn't wanna draw again), and of course I had to add cat ears 🤭 It's fun to draw the chibis because I scribble that kind of thing every day so I dont have to think too much lolol, I wish I could've drawn more little direct references!

I couldn't help but have Seb show a little bit of midriff in the Chp 1 drawing, this is incredibly specific but, there's that vid of him from Australia 2011 with the sheep, right? And when he's bending over, his shirt is riding up and the top of his boxers are poking out, and that's been stuck in my head for weeks, so I absolutely had to include that(especially since he always wore such baggy pants) I agree with NAYQ!Mark calling them the ugliest shorts ever, I had a bunch of ref pics of his real-life shorts and I'm just like god...you're so right...who let him wear those so often...

LMAOOOO HAHAH NOOO ur not terrible lol - okay!!! so this is actually really hard. a sect i’d like to be a part of is the lan sect LOL. like, i am pretty lame and have always felt bad if I don’t follow the rules set out for me. and it would be so nice to be up in the nice and cool and tranquil mountains (it’s summer for me rn and im hating my life). AND i actually think the white and light blue uniform/robe/clothes colours are so cute/pretty. and i would like the set and rigid framework life would give me there (i don’t really like spontaneous change hahah it stresses me out so much)

HOWEVER i would like to think that i would leave the lan sect once becoming a senior disciple and become a rouge cultivator bc my world view would have opened up and i would have realised that i can do so much more good for the people by being a rouge cultivator. (OMG not me making up this self insert scenario LOL)

OH AHAHAH this is so lame and such an introvert thing but one thing that can instantly make my day better is when i can have time alone and can decompress!!! especially after social catch ups and work!!! i need that time to myself or else i feel like i'm gonna go insane!! basically me spending time on tumblr and laughing at stupid memes and crying at mdzs makes my day instantly better ahaha <3 it’s a necessity LMAO
