alright so i know Hanahaki Disease aus have been made before but most of them ive seen the one who has the disease being smg3 and because of that i wanna do my take on it

so i personally think smg4 would be with the disease as in i think he wouldn't have much trouble accepting his feelings for 3 while i think 3 would be in a ton of denial due to how everything was in the past, how he bottles up his feelings, also i took him a long while to even say they were friends, that and hes smg3 (+ i feel like he would have a lil bit of internalized homophobia as a lot unfortunately do)

so when 4 eventually gets it he tells like no one because yknow hes smg4 it starts out as "damn how do fix this" turns into "how long can i hide my fatal disease before my friends find out because i have no idea how to fix this" and maybe "fuck i have to confess" dont know tho, i think the flowers would be forget me nots cuz the name would be for like 4 wishing not be forgotten after his death, their blue, that and their a symbol of love and devotion

will this have a happy ending where smg3 accepts his feelings and confesses or will 4 pass away from it WHO KNOWS honestly im open to doing whichever

i may flesh this out more but its late and i want to get my idea down lol

oh and remember this is just my take on it, any others take on this is just as good :D (AND I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM)
