#delete later#im depressed again. the bone exhaustion is here and ive had rough evenings for the past week. so that's fun#gonna force myself to go out tomorrow. get a few things and maybe a treet#try some self care maybe. something.#pain is better at least. so theres that. something is like tapping at my mind like right around the corner but i can't get to it#which means im dissociated. but idk whats caused it. or whats around that corner. i can mske guesses that its work#and education stress and the mess that comes with that but not knowing for sure drives me mad#i dont have the screaming but it feels kinda like that whivh means something is like proper triggering me. dunno what it is#so dunno how to deal with it. other than weighted blanket and sleep
