personally i think hoyas, aglaonemas and syngoniums are some of the easiest *rarer* houseplants to try out as first time plant parents. just saying :-)

#logbook #im biased also bc 2 out of the 3 are in my top genus anyways but like. .im right lol #hoyas love sun. so do syngoniums but they can tolerate less. and aglaonemas are a shade lover.#plus all 3 can survive with less water and care when theyre doing well. so theres that too.#dont ask me why im thinking abt this. has absolutely nothing to do with looking at buying plants. ofc not. ha.
