i have obtained my testosterone prescription and have an appointment tomorrow afternoon to learn how to inject myself :O !!!
#i would really like to get my chronic pain to place where i can work out too to build more muscle#im making great progress with it tho. it was never fibromyalgia in the first place#its a musculoskeletal condition. just like i felt#and im actually treating it with something called nkt or neurokinetic therapy with a massage therapist thats great#im already at a point where ive been able to walk the 15min to and from campus each day whereas before i opted to take the bus#its been great!! ive built muscle and lost some fat and feel better about myself bc im capable of doing more things#glub glub
