What if sans from im gonna change you like a remix was a higher up gem in Steven universe that was given a pearl aka Mc because his last one broke. What would that look like? Would he still dislike her at first? Would he compare her constantly to other pearls? Would he constantly remind her he doesn't need her and then threaten anyone who picks on her?

Welp, I’m not good at crossovers I’ll be honest there. But if this applies to SU gem canon and how Sans is personality wise in IGCYLR well, I can give an idea? I’m not good at getting my point across really so I wrote a quick thing to hopefully answer your questions? I did take a bit of a liberty using your previous pearl situation but this is still basically how it’d go down.

At first he doesn’t want another pearl, the last one he had betrayed him in the most scarring way they could, breaking on him, that he’d almost shattered because of it. He has a difficult time trusting other gems to begin with and now he’s expected to like this one because everyone else thinks she’ll be good for him? Help him move on?

And what kind of joke is this Pearl?

She can’t do anything without tripping over her own two feet. He asks for a simple task to be done and she can’t manage to finish without whispering an absent apology not even a few moments before uttering another one.

It takes her so many tries to accomplish what he’s witnessed other pearls do with barely a blink. She even loses his belongings more times than he cares to admit in her own gem!

He still misses his favorite hat damnit.

Sure she works to please him, dresses in a way she thinks he would approve of and works so hard just to make him crack a smile.

He just can’t bring himself to let his guard down though.

To forget the loss of his last pearl.

Sans doesn’t trust easily, but when he does he trusts wholeheartedly. And it frustrates him that when he’d finally managed to accomplish that, it came back to bite him in the coccyx. He doesn’t blame his new pearl for being what she is, after all what choice does she have in the long run? She was made for him, to serve him.

And she begs him, constantly asks him; “How may I serve you my gem? What will make you happy? How can I help?”

All with such innocence and genuine concern. With so much love in her eyes that it burns a hole in his being to be the focal point of.

One night he can’t take the questions anymore, her blind happiness to bend to his every whim, and snaps, and he can’t help how the words just pour out of him like vomit. So many of them twist and clash together in such a harsh reprimand, that MC actually collapses under his harsh tone and bitter gaze.

Something in him…hates that.

Hates how weak that makes her look.

Hates that he did that to her.

And then she surprises him as she pushes to her feet. Her eyes full of sadness, yet still filled with utter adoration for him, as she tries to placate him and alleviate his pain by starting to dance.

To his shock she’s good, her moves are fluid and she doesn’t stumble, she doesn’t so much as falter.

He’s never witnessed her dance before, never seen her attempt something so much more complex than anything he’s ever asked of her, and its all of her own will that she even does it.

A will she shouldn’t have but somehow does.

He feels his gem glow warmly as he watches the pearl embedded in her ankle light up and reflect in a colorful fractal around him, shifting and mesmerizing him as she moves.

Contentedness, so fulfilling and beguiling, overcomes him at the display.

When she finishes its with a bow on her knees, and he can only stare at her.

Pearls aren’t known for their free will, their abilities to make choices separate from their gem. Yet she still had, and she’d done it all in the name of trying to appease him despite how he hurt her.

He can’t bring himself to forget his last pearl, and the pearls before that one that were all just empty disappointments.

But…she is his pearl now.

This pearl who wants nothing more than for him to be happy no matter the cost to herself.

A part of him loves that even as it physically sickens him. Try as he might he can’t help but acknowledge the more she helps him, and declares her unwavering faith to him despite the fact that a lot of the trouble they get into is his fault, that she’s different from any other Pearl he’s known.

She continues to dance for him, delights in it.

And he can’t help but to smile, and let loose the odd chuckle witnessing her.

Reluctantly he comes to accept that this pearl isn’t what he wanted, but apparently is exactly what he needs. That maybe his brother and Diamond were both right in making him take her.

Gradually he begins talking to her, actually opening up very slowly, but enough that he begins to notice a change take place in her.

Where she always defended him and stood by him, though with her eyes downcast and sublimation in her shoulders, she now begins to stand tall, and looks at those that dare to strike out against him directly in the eye without hesitation.

They better each other.

Though he’s only had her a short amount of time she’s wormed her way into his affections, despite how much he tried to resist. He becomes devout to her just as she is to him and he starts to silently heal, slowly lets go of the pain the last one left him with.

She is his pearl and he is her gem.

And anyone who dares to mess with her faces a fate worse than shattering...

He’ll promise them that.

MGA SEASON 4 EPISODE 2 90 SECOND PERFORMANCE - - - [ 가시나 cover 0:09 -- 1:39 ]

hyunjoon has never been so nervous for something his whole life.

literally, he could count on one hand the amount of times he has been really nervous for something. there was the first time he cooked dinner for the family, it had been a big deal because normally he hadn’t been allowed to cook alone but this one he did all by himself. then there was the time he got caught backstage--he hadn’t been sneaking around--by cameo from empty enigma and he was so sure his rock idol was going to kill him.

and now there’s this.

in the long run his being here was his own fault. he auditioned due to his parents mocking him about not having any passion or anything and it had been enough to spark hyunjoons temper to get him at that audition. he never once expected to even make it past the initial audition, thinking that not only his younger age of inexperience and overall lack of real talent in anything but dance would have him out the door before he could even say his name. yet here he is, walking in with everyone else to a stage here he would have to put on another performance in front of 5 BIG CEO’S of the potential company he could end in if he makes it a significant distance in the show. Any of these five could pull him from the crowd and be like we want you and then he finds himself whisked away to trainee life. Something he never considered for himself.

But he’s here. He’s number one even #4001. He doesn’t know how he feels about being on the show LET ALONE being number one. He guesses one good thing about this would be he gets done with his stuff sooner and can just observe the rest. But it also means he sets the stage. He starts the show off for everyone.

They’re seated by numbers, odd on one side, even on the other. Leaving hyunjoon seated next to the junmyeon guy he remembered in episode 1. The one who had a lot of screen time and this only proves to further hyunjoons stress. Because the cameras are bound to be on this guy often enough already and with hyunjoon being right next to him. He worries this means attention will be brought to him as well. But junmyeon turns out to be nice enough, and hyunjoon is able to find his calm again talking to the older male. The teen actually responding as opposed his normal tight lipped routine. He was too tense to keep himself quite, the excitable 15 year old in him slowly making an appearance.

Besides, sungho hyung was right. No need for dramatics, it’ll work out, just be prepared. And that’s what he keep in mind to keep him going. His hyungs words keep him centered through recording, kept him calm as they waited for all contestants to be seated and for the performances to start--for hyunjoon to be called up. He knows sungho had been worried, the older male doesn’t outright show or say his feelings rather like hyunjoon, but the teen can just tell these things. and he wants to keep a brave face, and do his best too make sungho proud.

He walks onto stage once called with a calm expression, his body appearing relaxed something he is so good at faking and has been good at faking. He has always been amazing at keepin his emotions how he wants them, total control and all that. Hyunjoon knows what he wants to portray to the CEO’S knows what look he is going for. Because while initially he had freaked out about all of this, he realized not only could this be an amazing experience. But he wants to dance. He likes dancing, he’s liked dancing since he joined orion with haknyeon and juyeon. Came to love it during the idol dance class and getting to meet ricky once again. There’s a reason Taemin is one of his favorite public trainee’s from KT and why he likes NOVA so much. He’s a dancer. He’s in control of himself and he wants to prove that he isn’t just a closed off teenager.

Hyunjoon stands before the judges, his knees a little wobbly because this is so much more intense than busking for some random people in hongdae. “Im heo hyunjoon, 15 years olds and master of the wink. Im shooting arrows to capture everyone’s heart.” he has no idea what he’s saying but every newly debut rookie group always says cheesy things so he figured he could give it a try. He lives on stan twitter enough to know these things. As he spoke he made sure to mime the action of drawing back a bow and arrow and shooting it, winking as the arrow was released. “Thank you for your time!” he finished with a bow. The music kicks on, and he gets serious.

He choose gashina after going back and forth between a few songs. He hadn’t been sure if he wanted to come off as a hard dancer and do some intense dark boy group song, or a softer contemporary style. He has no real training for dance so he knew he wouldn’t be able to do a set style, and it was after going through a few routines they do during busking that he realized he could do a mix of both. Gashina mixes in some softer areas with the intense ones. Cute to serious. He could make it work and do both ideas he had for this performance.

The song starts him on his knees, he decided to open the dance with a more of a cute feel. He knows thanks to haknyeon that when he smiles his cheeks become more mochi like and he figures he could use that appeal by starting off with a small smile. His eyes curving just a bit, and expression he rarely ever lets anyone see mostly because it normally leads to someone pinching his cheeks. The music goes and he’s going with it, walking forward on the floor with his hands so he was stretch out a bit but making the move softer by laying on his tummy and kicking his feet back and forth a little, his chin cupped in his hands. He fuels his embarrassment for how he was acting into just making it cuter, knowing his cheeks were probably a touch red.

He slides up from the floor as the beat changes and the lyrics start. His expression shifting so quickly to a more serious, more collected one. Fitting with expression that should be displayed as he gets through the song. About thirty seconds the song hits the pre chorus, and the cute switch is back on. His hands raising up smoothly as a smile takes over. He’s back to his knees for a brief second, and as he stand back up, he changes the action with his arms to make it so he was pulling finger hearts from his shirt, an almost teasing smirk on his face. The expression of a playful teen who just wants to have fun dancing.

Then the chorus hits, his hands cup his chin, fingers wiggling a little against his cheek as he scrunches up his nose and smile. The cute appeal bleeding through right as he goes back into the serious one. The playful one. hyunjoon’s smirk stays as he does the gun dance, head moving in time with the movie. He follows along as if the dance had been made for him, the music and him fitting together in a way he hadn’t really thought he could do. Hyunjoons been dancing with orion for a few months now and he knows he’s improved. But this feels like so much more than just goofing off with dancing. He can feel himself getting into it. Just like during the audition, and during the idol dance class at NOVA. it’s so much fun that he can barely hold back his smile. Can feel himself wanting to slip out of the persona he was painting on stage.

The track he choose was a remix of the original, so after the first chorus it hits the bridge, the slower music lets him use this time to show off a more smooth look to his dance. His expression softening as he moves do. He knows his time is almost up. The song will end right before the chorus plays again. He builds up, the bridge speeding up a little before fading out and instead of ending with the gun move again, hyunjoon draws back his arms as if he were drawing back a bow and arrow. When the music ends he releases the arrow, winking once more to make his point from when he introduced himself.

Once back in his seat, hyunjoon finally lets the adrenaline take over for a moment. A happy grin pulling across his face for a moment, hand raising to cover his mouth. He’s sure his hyungs who were here would be so surprised to see how he did. Hyunjoon, even during busking, never really shows this side of him. He figured it would work in his favor here. Everyone loves an adorable kid who works hard, and if he could come off like that then maybe it would work in his favor. A laugh bubbles in his throat but he holds it back. Schooling his expression just enough to look calm, though the small smile on his lips stayed. He was so energetic from this, and he couldn’t keep it to himself.

He makes sure to pay attention to the rest of the performances, wanting to get a feel of what he might be up against should he make it past this round. He isn’t the most competitive, but hyunjoon would like to be able to make it at least a few rounds in. so he can have the validation of being here in the first place. If he fails here, then it kind of just proves his parents point--and proves to himself that he isn’t a dancer--but if he makes it a few rounds in. well, then this was worth it. The experience alone would be amazing for him.

His expression stays rather even during most performances, a small smile on his lips and eyes watching the performances closely. He claps after everyone, politely and supportively. After all, he went first so he has 53 performances to sit and watch. It’s a lot like when he’s forced to sit in on student council meetings for clubs and he has to be respectful of all the club ideas thrown their way. He makes sure to never have a sour look, keeping to the image of a curious teen who’s happy to be here. There are a few moments when he shows more enthusiasm. There’s when momo goes, he leans in more a bit more focused on one of his friends. And then haknyeon follows her and he actually cheers this time--responding to what his hyung does with owahs. Yoongi and Juyeon come a bit later back to back and again his attention is spiked. Cheering for his hyungs.

The big one is when jeno comes up a handful of people later. He isn’t sure if the fact they’re brothers has been made known. But he’s sure it will should they both stay on the show. And hyunjoon never hides the fact that jeno is someone he looks up to a whole lot. His expression filled with awe and pride as jeno performs.

Sana goes, followed by chungha, another two girls he’s friends with. Though, chungha is almost more like a parent with how she is with him. He claps a bit more for both girls, extremely proud to be on the show with such talented people. Then a real shock comes when sungwoon goes up. Hyunjoon remembers briefly meeting the older male--a friend of woojin--and being so confused as to why the older male seemed familiar, yet not at the same time. And his questions are answered when the older sings. The voice hitting hyunjoon hard and his expression is wide with surprise and shock, nearly slipping from his seat. That voice has been one that comforts him in dingy buildings late at night, a band he loves so much. Fucking squall is right here, on a show with me. Woojins friend my ass. Is all he can think, a grin pulling across his lips as he claps for sungwoon. Fully planning to corner him later.

#4050 goes and hyunjoon feels like he should also know who this guy is. His mind almost short circuited at how attractive he is too, and the teen is just glad he doesn’t start blushing. Then finally changmin goes and he bounces back.. Cheering for his friend who wrapped up the show, expression brightened having gotten to see his friends really show themselves off just now. But its also obvious that he’s a little worn from this. He keeps himself from slouching, but his smile is starting to fade.

He’s proud thought, of himself. Of going up there and stepping out of his comfort zone for once. Maybe this will be good and the judges will see that he has many faces he can show. That he can bring a different energy to the stage.

170827 ; Diamond Edge NYC Fan Account

ALRIGHT YALL IM FINALLY READY TO FACE MY EMOTIONS AND WRITE THIS OUT!!! It’s mostly for myself because it was honestly the best night/concert of my life and the more time passes the more I’m gonna struggle remembering SO HERE GOES WOOOO (very very long mess of words BRACE YOURSELVES)

BEFORE (4am-5pm)

SO I actually managed to get up at 4am and I didn’t get much sleep anyway because I was so damn nervous BUT we got ready, ate some breakfast, and managed to leave my house by 6am! We took all the public transport we needed and walked to Terminal 5 and my friend and I were ahead of everyone else and once we were close a huge sea of people wearing rose quartz serenity appeared outta nowhere in the corner. WE WERE LIKE SHIT HOW DID PEOPLE GET HERE EARLIER THAN US YALL DEDICATED and they immediately separated us into our different sections so our friend group split up and I was in VVIP with 3 other friends.

We had a really good spot in line until a group of people who camped out the night before (SOME EVEN SINCE FRIDAY LIKE YALL CHILL PLS ITS ILLEGAL AND UGH) so they got priority in line and I was so freaking angry BUT YA KNOW WHAT MY NIGHT ENDED UP BEING GREAT SO DFLJKGH ITS ALL GOOD

We waited in line outside until 11am blasting music and dancing! Some people even recognized me from KCON and I was like UMMM HELLO??? They recognized me from my hair and now I feel like I should never change my hair color ever again LOL BUT THAT WAS COOL IM HAPPY TO GIVE HARU MORE RECOGNITION THRU MY HAIR WEE WOO

So at 11am we were moved to the rooftop and stayed there until the hi touch! It was pretty fun for the first half up until let’s day 3:30-4pm ish??? we were jamming to songs and singing svt while they were doing soundcheck right below us and THEY COULD HEAR US WOW AND one of the MMT staff (I think I heard her name was Jaylee but imma just say J) filmed us cheering for svt and shit camille and i were in the bathroom and suddenly everyone started screaming so i ran out and someone told me scoups said hi LOL SO MAH GIRL AND I WERE DANCING BY THE BATHROOMS WILDLY AND WOO we made svt laugh thats fun! my friends and i also played kpop charades/heads up to pass the time and i did 5 rounds in a row just to get cherry bomb but i NEVER GOT IT AND IM SAD BUT OH WELL

When we only had like an hour or so left it was the longest hour of our lives omg the sun was blasting its full rays on us and it was just the tail end of endless waiting that we had to endure because everything after this went by in a breeze OHOHOHO

HI-TOUCH (5pm)

ALRIGHT THIS IS WHERE IT ALL BEGINS!!! So once we started lining up and walked down the stairs my heart began to race and it finally hit me that it’s actually happening and i’m seeing svt up close AH. They had a box to drop off fan gifts on the way so I’m happy I got to pass along to Jun the Hui Hui plushie that I made! I wish I took a picture of it beforehand but I forgot ;-;

NOW ONTO THE ACTUAL HI TOUCH!! Thanks to my lovely HARU peeps who have a much better memory than me the official order was: minghao, vernon, hosh, jun, jeonghan, jihoon, seungkwan, dino, wonwoo, dk, scoups, josh, and mingyu. SO NO ONE EXPECTED MINGHAO TO BE FIRST AND SHIT MINGHAO SHOOK ME SO HARD HE’S SO HOT IN PERSON MY HAND WAS SHAKING AS I LIFTED IT UP. To Vernon I said YO VERNON WHATS UP and he was like YEEAHHH wow vernon is so much more handsome and chiseled in person goddamn every angle in his face can cut mE. SEEING HOSH’S 10:10 EYE SMILE UP CLOSE WAS THE BEST AND HE LEANED AGAINST THE BARRIER LIKE WOW HELLO

When I got to Jun hoh mah gah how does he exist his hair looked so soft and fluffy and YALL HIS 60 DEGREE NOSE DESERVES ITS OWN MUSEUM ITS SO BEAUTIFUL JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER FEATURE IN HIS FACE AND (WHEEZE) I said “你是My I(爱）” which means “you are my i/love” AND HE JUST STARED AT ME AND THEN LOOKED TO THE NEXT PERSON SO I FELT KINDA EMBARRASSED but at the same time it was really hectic so maybe he didn’t hear me properly or was just overwhelmed or confused I DUNNO BUT GAH ITS OKAY

Okay tbh bc I was so flustered from jun I breezed through jeonghan, woozi, and seungkwan that my memories of them are kinda hazy BUT ONCE I GOT TO DINO I SLOWED DOWN BC ITS DINO YALL PLS STAN THIS TALENTED HUMAN. i don’t remember wonwoo much either bc dino but scoups and dk were the nicest and dk thanked everyone like bless this boy!! I said WHAT UP to scoups and YO WHATS UP JOSH TO JOSH AND MINGYU HELD MY HAND LONGER AND SQUEEZED IT AND WOW THE LATTER HALF WAS SUCH A NICE EXPERIENCE IM SO HAPPY

After hi touch, we entered the floor and we got a really good view of the stage only two people in front of us! BUT THE THING IS THEY WERE HELLA TALL WITH PHONES FILMING THE ENTIRE TIME but that didn’t detract from the amazing time we had! They played most of svt’s mvs like the ones they performed and once don’t wanna cry played at the end the music got louder it got darker AND SO IT BEGINS

WEN JUNHUI STARING INTO MY SOUL

Interactions get their own section because oh mah gah I’m so shook that it actually happened and wow I need to relive these on their own. SO

After the hi touch, I honestly thought shit jun thinks i’m weird omg i should’ve said something else but he kept on looking at me the entire night and i still can’t believe it happened???? I made an exact replica of my kcon ny poster that said ”我爱俊辉“ which means “I love Junhui” and I know for sure he noticed it in the first half of the concert!

During Highlight, he kept on staring at me during the chorus!!! Like we were on the right side of the stage (Camille and I were like OKAY RIGHT SIDE IS WHERE WE GET THE BEST VERNON AND JUN VIEWS) and every time the chorus came on and he was right in front of me, he literally stared at the me the entire time for all of the choruses!!!! and like I said before i couldn’t even move during highlight so he must’ve seen how shook I was and dfjghsjdklgf oh my god I couldn’t deal like having your bias stare you down the entire night and have you as his “target” is an experience. And his stares are like an experience in itself like they’re kinda sensual in a way with the way he looks at you. dfgjhslgjkhs

DURING MY I, for the second verse during his part HE STARED AT ME AGAIN while minghao was front of him on the ground and holy heck i was so triggered like of all parts it had to be that one and it’s my favorite part of the song because his “yeah” is so freaking cute and hot at the same time dflghsjdg

ALSO WHEN THE MEMBERS DID THEIR TALK RIGHT BEFORE DONT WANNA CRY, I caught him staring at me from across the room!! That sounds so cliche but he was all the way on the left side of the stage at the end of the line. I was looking at the members in front of us but when I turned my head to look at Jun I was surprised to catch eye contact with him like HELLO?!?! All i did in response was smile and then I turned my attention back to the members in front because fdkjlhgjskd I couldn’t man.

BUT MY FAVORITE JUN MOMENT OF THE NIGHT. During the encore some members had cameras that they would film with and Jun had one. So during healing, he came over to our side again and turned the camera towards us. I lifted up my Jun poster high up so it would be in the shot AND WHEN HE TURNED BACK AROUND HE GAVE ME THE BIGGEST AND MOST GENUINE SMILE EVER. Like ya know when he smiles really widely or when he laughs all his teeth are showing and his eye smile and nose scrunches a lil THATS THE SMILE HE GAVE ME AND IT WAS THE BEST MOMENT OF THE NIGHT. I’m so fucking happy all of these things happened with Jun and wow I’m glad I was his target/muse for the night and that I was able to give him happiness. :’)

One of the reasons why Jun is my ultimate bias is because of how into the performance he gets and “gets into character”. His stage presence definitely catches your eye and UGH HE’S JUST SO FREAKING TALENTED AND HIS MOVES ARE SO SHARP IT COULD CUT ME INTO PIECES!!! I LOVE WEN JUNHUI

HONORABLE MENTION: YOON JEONGHAN

OKAY, I knew Jeonghan was gonna wreck me in some way because he’s one of my main wreckers BUT OH MY GOD I DID NOT EXPECT THIS MUCH.

First off during Pretty U, he smiled at me twice at the part when they’re in a circle and Seungkwan does his high note!! The first time was when he was kneeling on the floor and and did the fancy hand arm move things and the second was when he got up to sing his part! I was smiling at him the entire time and wow such a lovely moment.

During the vocal unit stages, I caught him staring at me during We’re Gonna Make it Shine and ugh my god this is only the beginning. During Don’t Wanna Listen in Secret I caught him staring at me again during the chorus and I was also mouthing the lyrics so it’s like I was basically singing along with him AND DFJKGJSD IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL

BUT WHAT REALLY SHOOK ME AND I CAN NEVER LOOK AT HIM THE SAME WAY EVER AGAIN. During the encore, Jeonghan was drinking water right and since he was in front of me I couldn’t help but look at him. So when we made eye contact HE WIGGLED HIS EYEBROWS AT ME AND HOLY HELL I WAS SO ATTACKED LIKE UM EXCUSE ME SIR I UM DFGKJHS. i was so flustered all I said to Camille after was FUCK YOON JEONGHAN!! he did it while drinking his ater and ugh my god I really think he was lowkey playing with me the entire night and this was the final blow. i’m so wrecked by jeonghan i’m--!!!

DIAMOND EDGE (7pm-9:30pm) [HIGHLIGHT ;) REEL]

Literally the best concert of my life. I’m never going to stop saying this because I know everyone’s really tired because having concerts at every other day is crazy af and jun, wonwoo, and jeonghan looked the most drained. despite this though everyone put on an incredible and breathtaking show. They did a lot of remixes for a bunch of their songs.

PRETTY U WAS THE OPENER AND IT WAS LIKE THAT ONE CHRISTMAS PRETTY STAGE AND IT WAS SO FREAKING CUTE!! Beautiful live was also just a huge bundle of joy to see because the members were joking around and playing with each other onstage like jun and vernon had a bro moment where jun walked past vernon and vernon stuck out his tongue like YEEE BOI hehe

When vocal unit started singing We’re Gonna Make It Shine I literally started to tear because everything was so beautiful and the song has so much meaning to it and WOW IM GETTING REALLY EMOTIONAL JUST THINKING ABOUT IT AGAIN but all of vocal unit’s stages were absolutely breathtaking and hearing their voices and harmonies live damn REASONS WHY THEY’RE MY FAVE UNIT ALSO DK. OMG. THAT BOY IS SO MUCH MORE HANDSOME IN PERSON. And his eyes are so twinkly like I’m convinced actual stars live in his eyes I compared his eyes to Jeonghan and Seungkwan who were beside him and wow his eyes just light up the entire room :’)

OH MAH GAH LIT DOESN’T EVEN DESCRIBE HALF OF IT. everyone was so freaking pumped but y’all vernon’s stage presence stood out the most because he was honestly just letting himself go and having the time of his life and feeling the beat and feeling himself LIKE YAAASS BOI U GO. He’s definitely of the top 3 performers of the night HE. IS. SO. GOOD. when he said pretty motherfucker I WAS LIKE FUCK YES AND I MADE EYE CONTACT WITH HIM FOR A BIT FOR PRACTICE WHAT U PREACH BC CAMILLE AND I WERE JUST GOING AWF IN ON THE FLOOR. Also WONWOO!! He didn’t show much emotion(? for lack of a better word) throughout the night and seemed kinda intimidating but there was something about him that made me keep staring at him and wow seeing him for the first time live since we wasn’t at kcon ny last year i was definitely captivated by him. ALRIGHT. PERFORMANCE UNIT. H I G H L I G H T. OH. MY. GOD. OHMYGOD. (omg was amazing too btw dlfjghdsk performance unit is DFKJGDSJKG) I literally could not move while watching Highlight. It’s my second fave svt song after Pretty U and I was in awe. I couldn’t even scream or move (my friend was shook that I was so still and didn’t make a sound LOL) I was so in shock at how beautiful it was in person. As much as I wanted a fancam of it from my perspective i didn’t even dare to reach for my phone let alone look anywhere else because it was such a masterpiece. AND OKAY THEY DID THIS THING WHERE THEY ADDED AT THING AT THE END AND JUN SLOWLY ROTATED HIS HEAD AND WOW HIS ADAM’S APPLE CUT MY PUPILS AND SNATCHED THEIR EDGES HOH MAH. ALSO I’m serious y’all need to stan Dino like everyone that I talked to about Dino they’re like he’s too young. But you can still stan him!!! Romantic feelings are not a requirement to stan people!!! appreciate him for his talent!!! His stage presence and dancing is THE BEST in the group and i’m telling you I call him the child prodigy for a reason. Hoshi and Minghao are AMAZING performers as well and ugh every single person in perf unit is PERFect okay. I’m so thankful I got to see OT4′s version of highlight because it’s absolutely amazing live.

MY I. HOOOOOOOH MAH GOODNESS. THIS SONG. THIS PERFORMANCE. THIS CHOREOGRAPHY. CHINA LINE. EVERYONE STAN CHINA LINE. Again I was in complete awe. I couldn’t move I couldn’t breathe I couldn’t LIVE. The way they smoothly incorporated the ribbon was so beautiful and during the part where jun and minghao do wushu jumps after jun did his thing he was smiling and laughing bc apparently he messed up? I’m not sure my friend said he did but I could’ve sworn I saw him do his jump and i dunno seeing him being so smiley and cute was dkjfhgjdf AND MINGHAO STROKED JUN’S CHEEK AT ONE POINT LIKE WOW AMPLIFIED THE EMOTION OF THE SONG SO MUCH

So the encore was ughhh the cherry on top! I’ve always wanted to get water splashed on me like ya know how the artists get so hyped and ish with the water YEAH IM SO HAPPY MY FIRST TIME WAS WITH SVT. The first time we got splashed was with scoups AND IT GOT IN MY EYE and the second time we were kinda drenched it was beautiful i’m so happy that happened and us jumping along with them during healing was the best experience ever. when they did shining diamond i was so happy to clearly see the part where hosh is in the front and everyone’s leaning on their thighs such an iconic part and considering shining diamond has so much meaning behind it and the song that started it all i’m truly thankful to have seen it its full glory :’)

AND I CAUGHT A BUNCH OF MEMBERS STARING AT MY BONGBONG NEW YORK POSTER DURING THE ENCORE! Like I noticed Vernon and Jeonghan looking at my poster but Seungkwan!!! Seungkwan was the most memorable because it was when he started crying so when he saw my poster he started to cry more AND DFGJHSJ BOO BOO MY HEART. Making that poster stressed me out a lil bit but I’m glad it turned out nicely in the end at that they loved it. :’)

LAST THOUGHTS

Okay this post covers a huge chunk of the night but my entire google doc of my memories has a bunch more. i’m so thankful for seventeen and being a carat and watching them grow. from debut to now, i can’t thank them enough for all the happiness and positivity and hope they’ve given me and i’ll never forget this concert and everything about this day. i will never stop supporting and loving them and i already can’t wait until they come back. thank you seventeen for everything and giving us a phenomenal show.

What things make you smile and all warm-fuzzy inside? CATS no seriously, i can have the worst day, but when i walk home and get to pet a cat on the way, i instantly better. i remember coming home after my last final exam all upset and a cat meowing at me and purring and wanting to cuddle with me and i couldn’t help but smile!

What things make you feel a bit sad (don’t push yourself to answer this one)? my current family situation, there’s a bit of drama and fights going on.

What things inspire you to grow? anything and everything, to be honest. there’s new things you experience and learn every single day. things you conquer and master just fine and mistakes you make and all of them shape you into knowing what to do next time a bit more.

The last song(s) that you couldn’t stop listening to? i can’t really think of anything right now, uhhhh, i’ve been listening to the trust me durarara!! ending lately again haha

5. Are you an introvert/extrovert/ambivert? What kind (are you a shy extrovert, super confident introvert, or perhaps a really confused ambivert :0)?: i’m an introvert through and through. i wouldn’t say i’m exceptionally shy nor super confident. i’m somewhere in between. it really depends, around my friends i’m outgoing and cheering and with certain strangers, especially if i know i have to talk with them for literally no longer than 3 minutes right now (i.e. a cashier or someone you walk past) then i’m polite and rather talkative. i just feel exhausted even after spending a lot of time with friends, though the time was enjoyable, but i need my alone time for sure.

What calms you down? the triangle breath! it’s my favorite method to use whenever i feel anxious, upset, angry, or just need to stop and pause for a few minutes. you picture a triangle in your mind (you can even trace it with your finger, or if you can draw it on a piece of paper). you take a breath in through your nose, tracing one side of the triangle. then you breathe out through your mouth, tracing the second and third side of it. other than that, listening to music, taking a nap, petting a cat, watching videos of cats or other cute stuff, sometimes playing a video game.

A character that you really relate to (perhaps you have similar personalities, or maybe you came from similar backgrounds)?: this is gonna sound trashy, but saeyoung choi from mystic messenger and there’s a story behind it too. my friends were playing it way before me and told me “there’s this character that looks just like you, you know nerd glasses, messy red hair, always wearing a baggy black hoodie. he even acts like you, making puns and using memes ALL THE TIME!” and it’s true lmao. also, kaneki ken to some extent? like i really resonate with his personality, the choices he makes, his thoughts speak to me, he’s pretty harsh on himself and goes through ways that are self destructive if he can help others with it.

Hi Anders, how are you and what have you been doing since the start of the year? Hi, I'm doing very fine, I'm enjoying the weather here in Ibiza very much.  Since new year I have been concentrating on producing music, networking with all the cool people here on the island and I have a lot of cool new things on the way. How would you describe yourself musically? Musically I would say I am a very melodic and chord based TechHouse, DeepHouse and Techno producer. I really like when it has some nice dark edge to the track and still having a good groove that makes you happy and want to move. What came first for you, djing or producing and how did you get into it? That's a good question, I have been producing music since I was 16 years old and I always had a funny look at DJ's because I at that time just thought they only played what ever a producer has made. But when I was 20 year old I met my really good friend Allan Hannibal. He told me that I needed to start DJ'ing as well to get further. He help me by getting me a gig in a nice small Danish bar in Odense called Bar Rar where they played really cool house music. He told me in 1 week advance that I needed to learn how to DJ and find music for 6 hours. And it kind of took off from there! It changed my view on DJing for good. :-) You have a degree in Sound Techniques, how has that helped you and how do you think you have evolved since you first started producing? First of all I think it helped me a lot when I needed to learn to DJ. A mixer wasn't new for me and because it gave me a big basic knowledge about Sounds, Music theory, recording technics and having used compressores in live situations have helped me a lot. I think I haved evolved a lot over the last many years, but only in fine adjustments and now everything I do is just incorporated in my workflow. Describe your studio set up After moving to Ibiza last year I came from a big nice studio in Nyhavn, Copenhagen where I had good expensive studio monitors and a nice controled room. Now I have minimized every down to a small basic setup. and I love it !!  I'm producing everything now on my Macbook Pro 2013 with Logic Pro, Apollo Twin Duo Soundcard and a small travel Keyboard from Akai. Using a lot of UAD plugins and my favorite synth plugin at the moment is U-he Diva. And to mix, master and produce everything im using my headphones, which is really rare I think. But for me it's perfect. I think my mixes are very good working with them, so check out the danish brand AIAIAI. Tell us about your new 'Deep Gravity EP' on Favouritizm and what to expect musically? The EP is a journey with deep basslines and evolving sounds. Deep Gravity has a deep lead starting from the ground and up. And Black Soda has a very nice melodic top line, but also in the low end, the bass has a nice feature and almost takes over the lead. In terms of favourite artists, is there anyone you would love to work with? On the top of my list, I think Solomun! But I think David August is so cool producer too. I would love to make a track with that guy.  Also Guy Mantzur, I would love to do a track with him too! What part do you most love about your job, writing or performing and why? I absolutely just love that I can work with music everyday. That I can make my own, be creative and then go out and test it. I love to read the people I'm playing for and take them to places musically. To receive their energy from what I'm playing is almost like a drug. It's amazing !  I don't think I can choose between producing or DJ'ing the most as for me they go hand in hand. The best feeling is definitely playing your own stuff and see how the track just works. And what's been your biggest achievement so far? Oh, it depends on how you see achievements. Personally my biggest achievement is that I can compose, record, produce, mix and master everything myself. And that people are telling me my own mix and master is that best one. That makes me feel really proud.  But the response we received with my remix of "Don't Tell Me No" is incredible achievement for me! We passed 2 million plays on Youtube and received some big names as Tiësto, Don Diablo, Eva Shaw, Spartaque, Ian Carey and more. Describe your ideal DJ gig? My ideal gig would be a 2 or 3 hour set playing just before and after sunset outside somewhere packed with people ready to hear house! Probably in Ibiza of course :) I love this place! You now live in Ibiza, where do you play and what have you got lined up for 2017? Last year was my first summer here ever. I didn't know anybody when I arrived and I ended up playing 6 days a week at the place called Avenue Ibiza.  This year I have some nice events lined up and also a weekly gigs at Me Hotels. This season is gonna be awesome and I can't wait! What's been your worst nightmare / most embarrassing moment in a DJ set? Well, I have actually never really had a bad experiance or bad gig. I can think of one time I have tried to play infront of 400 carpenters in Denmark. Not that I'm saying they don't like good music, but in this case we were just not on the same page music wise :D They only wanted folk music and that was not really what I had. So I struggled with playing Disco and older classics :)  It worked okay, but it was not really what they wanted.  I think I'm pretty privileged to not have anything worse than that. What do you like to listen to when you're not in work mode? I really like to expand my music knowledge with new genres and styles. I often listen to more relaxing music, Chillout, Lounge, Jazz and downtempo stuff. But I think I've always got my work head on, even then I'm relaxing and enjoying music. What else should we be looking out for from you in the next couple of months? I have an exciting new remix coming out! I made it for Steen Thottrup again just like "Don't Tell Me No". It is the title track from he's upcoming album "Balearic Bliss". I got the honor of remixing it and I am very satisfied with the result, perfect for beach clubs.  But I also have a new track on the way. I can't say much about it yet, but I love playing it out!
