Genuine curiosity but after watching what seems to have been the entire Pokemon series in its original language, can I ask why you ended up watching the Kirby dub instead of sub? It's just incredibly funny in retrospect considering the usual opinion

oh i’m actually gonna be alternating between the dub and sub! i have a hard time focusing on subs, and while its easier for stuff ive watched before, i sorta wanna put this show on while i draw and eat and stuff (which was sorta limiting when i was watching the pokemon anime subbed. multitasking was a lot harder, i need to be doing something with my hands while i watch) so i’m saving some of the less important episodes/episodes i remember not caring much about for the dub. if only out of the hope that the dub is funny.

i’m actually fairly fond of both versions <3 the sub is better but i get a lot of dumb fun out of dub dedede. that being said, im extremely nostalgic for both.
