Shouhei didn’t seem at all bothered by the teacher’s words, just laughing them off as he came towards the empty desk next to you. You though? You were definitely much more affected.

Shouhei plopped into the chair next to you, tilting his hat up a bit and smiling broadly at you, tipping you a wink.

“Guess today’s my lucky day, I’d say,” he said, leaning into you a bit. “Project sounds boring but I’m looking forward to spending a lot of time with you. Take good care of me, eh, y/n?”
