the recommended posts feature on twitter can be so diabolical sometimes cause I do enjoy seeing funny iwtv posts but then other times it will recommend me such an absolutely braindead take that it leaves me seeing red and Its so hard to keep my fucking mouth shut on twitter but the racism that oozes outta the fandom surrounding this series makes me so Demonically angry

Like there's no way i saw someone unironically making fun of louis during the end of ep 7 while he was struggling to parse through the reliability of his own memories as Daniel instigated it in the most aggressive way possible. Like thers no way you're comparing loumand making fun of daniels reaction to his ex wife's pregnancy to louis reliving the night he and claudia kill lestat right.

Unfortunately some of my anger is of my own making cause I went to this persons page to be like Well maybe not all their takes are so braindead right. I was unfortunately a fool and bore witness to them hypothesizing that the loumand "teamup" against daniel would then to turn to either armand/daniel "teaming up" against louis or louis/daniel "teaming up" against armand. And i truly beg to god that white people be more cognizant of the shit they say and how they phrase it especially in regards to characters of color, but there is absolutely no good faith way to interpret that. "TEAM UP"? Now why in gods name are you hoping that the couple of color end up breaking off for one to go into the arms of a WHITE MAN, TO DEMONIZE THE OTHER MAN OF COLOR? Like what do armand or louis have to gain from antagonizing one another? ESPECIALLY to antagonize louis?
