12 pack cans of soda (name brand or off brand) in my area have nearly doubled in price just since covid began but please tell me how its a consumer choice issue and not a "lol we're raising prices because we can" + "why should we raise the minimum wage then poor people would be happier" issue

HIGHER WAGES THAT LET THEM WORK LESS #nevermind any issues about ingredient affordability!#if ingredients were fucking FREE do you think someone working three jobs to pay rent is gonna be any more likely to cook ???#also some people dont like cooking! and thats fine! they still deserve access to nutritious food in whatever form they want!
