This week I started to do things a little different. I took my coaching to a new level to help people more and to offer them something they really need and deserve. This week I started yoga at 6 am (2 things I'm not fond of) working out in the morning and yoga. I'm always up by 6 for my quiet time before husband and baby awake. Therefore I do my workout in the afternoon when baby takes a nap. I never really liked yoga because I get bored with it fast, but I realized it is going to help me get stronger alot faster to get to where I want to. I am growing fond of morning workouts now and yoga because I noticed that yoga seems to relax me in the morning. I started a zoom session of yoga at 6 am because a few ladies said they wanted to workout but need help with accountability. 6 am would be the best time for them to workout. At this point coaching is about helping people, that is the main reason I became a coach. I enjoy watching these ladies crush their goals one day at a time and at the same time they help me improve myself in every aspect. To some people coaching to them is all about money, not me I've never ever made money a priority, I chose to enjoy something that I love to do for little money over hating what I do to make great money. I love fitness, I love helping people and seeing them improve.
