Oh sweet! I love random asks game! ❤️ tx for this mutuaaaaaaaaall 🔥 hopefully I have some spicy stories to tell 💅
1. Hmm I'm still figuring it out! I def def think everyone should be called by a pronoun they identified with the most, it's just that I haven't really figured that one out yet 😉 ask me in a couple of years n maybe i'll know!
2. 23 (ik don't hate on me I'm not a Gen Z don't worry, I wasn't born as a crawling ipad baby and I def def didn't miss out on the backstreet boys era 🤌)
3. Ppl really say interesting shits for their fav colour but I actually just don't have one lol. I've been trying to figure this out for 3/4 of my life and I simply give up. SOME PPL JUST DON'T HAVE A PERSONAL IDENTITY OK 😭😭 lol but I think the reason for this is because I love creating art a lot (🎨!) and that means I love colour combinations! I like when colours mish mash n do wicked jiggly stuffs n not just be.. i dunno... GREEN. Isn't that boring? I mean LOOK AT THE POTENTIAL YOU COULD'VE BECOME
4. Ok lol look at hyperactive me answering questions that haven't been asked yet so yes I LOVE ART!! ❤️ Love all kinds of art, that means I draw, paint, make music, write poetries and whacky angsty heartbreakingly cliched short stories. I can also be found making music/wandering round the impressionism section in galleries very very creepily at around 9pm.
5. The golden child. Da boy. Da son of the sun. The- ok. You get what i mean right?
I actually like Rafa for a very personal reason because his work ethic and general outlook on life helped me get through one of the toughest, depression periods of my life around the same time he was also struggling the most in his form during his career (2015). He kept on getting up, kept on running, and won that bloody french open and that was the first time I actually thought you know what? Let's keep on going, let's keep on hoping, you'll never know!
6. I think my mutuals would know this haha. I'n the least judgmental person in the world and I honestly think ppl disliking someone just because of their 'vibe' or their habitual attitudes are just lame. That said I'm not a big fan of Djokovic. I tried so hard to respect and like him tho cause I genuinely believed some of the shits he received were just childish. But then I did my research on the war in Bosnia and the srebrenica massacre and his stance on that and just nope. Can't be bothered to care bout a pro-war crime activist lol.
7. I did! In high school I was ok enough to be able to play a bit of rally. I was absolutely and utterly shit in serving tho. I hit my coach in the face multiple times lol.
8. Ooh I have loads! I like Tarantino and Guy Ritchie movies and I realise this might say smth about my personality lol. But one of my favourite of all time is Rush (yes yes that Ron Howard movie of f1). I just loveeee real-life based historical movies. And you fedal fans will get an absolute kick out of it, rivalries and contrary human relations just fascinate the hell out of me n I know shits about f1. Trust me. Give it a try!
9. Take a little walk to the edge of town and go across the tracks...
10. Ah I look like the geekiest geek of geeks (trust me on this) but I actually used to play in a rock band lol I play pretty good bass/electric guitar 🤘
11. Ah. Interpersonal communication. I just. Need. To. Stop. Being. Horribly. Awkward. In. Social. Situations. Please. Thanks.
12. I'd like to retrace the full length of the ancient silk road! I'm a history geek lol. I'd say my dream is to backpack from around Asia Minor (Greece/Turkey) through central Asia all the way up to Nepal-Tibet-India ending up at its root in China and just to immerse myself in thousands of years of history, language, culture, architecture, and food! (Did you know that the reason we have so many dumpling-like dish across this region is due to the silk road??!)
I mean look at this gem from Samarkand in Uzbekistan
But yea prob might never happen anytime soon unless somebody wanna crowdfund me 🥺
13. Speeaaaking of dumplings.....
14. I'm a tropical peep lol I love my coconuts ❤️ I'd say alcohol-wise can never go wrong with a Piña Colada...
AND GETTING CAUGHT IN THE RAIN!
15. Ah see I pulled a one 180. Funny story I used to do archicture. But in archi school I also used to do my friend's paper (she was an international relations major) and started getting her rlly2 good grades and I thought hey wait a minute I could literally NOT DO IT FOR FREE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE?? So yea I'm an International Relations major! I did my masters specialising in Conflict Studies/International Security (all those icky2 war stuffs!)
16. Can't think of one cause NOTHING THAT BRINGS U PLEASURE SHOULD EVER BE SHAMED. AMEN.
Eat that chocolate. Watch that porn. Do ur thing lol.
17. Ah I really2 want to see the Macchu Pichu! I've been wanting to do the Inca trail across the Andes since forever and you know what I might actually just do it next year (while i still have the legs and the will!)
So wish me luck!!! Peru here I comee ❤️ (if the cost of living crisis doesn't kill my savings tho lol)
18. I'VE MET THE QUEEN, THE ROYAL HIGHNESS, THE EMMINENCE, and by that I mean...
The true queen, the one and only Dame Judi Dench ofc. She was walking past Covent Garden in London with a MASSIVE white fur coat and 2 aides holding her arms at both sides believe me mutuals I couldn't make this shit up even if I tried I'm not that creative lol. I think she just came out of a movie premiere or summat, we saw her when we came out of the theatre. My god was she majestic 👑👑.
19. I am very very ashamed to say this as I think this disproves my non gen z point very strongly but what can I say hey Tom Felton and Emma Watson were my bisexual awakening lol.
20. I love my job now! I'm an international political researcher/analyst/consultant-ish? (Not even really sure what my job title actually is lol) and it basically means when shit blows up (LIKE WHEN SOMEBODY DECIDED TO START A GODDAMN WAR IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC for instance) my job gets really2 interesting but also really2 chaotic and tiring! But i mean if i could have a restart... i'd like to be a beatle please...
21. My field comes with a very shitty-ly high treshold of language reqs sadly 🥲 so apart from my own mother tongue I can sort of speak French and Spanish. I can understand dutch but not really speak it (ik when ppl are talkin shit about me!).
But whether I speak english at all mutuals...
Now THAT is the question!
P.s. this is def the longest, most unnecessary ask answer u'll ever get lol i just can't keep my j-stor tendencies out of all my post SORRY S! (TX FOR THE TAG THO)

The Year So Far Book Ask
Tagged by @madamescarlette <3 thank you, darling!! (I DO SO LOVE TO TALK ABOUT BOOKS!!!!)
1. Best book you have read in 2021 so far?
HOW can I answer that!!!! Here is a top 10 because I cannot narrow it down!!
Middlemarch: read it twice this year (liked it the first time, LOVED it the second time)
David Copperfield: my new favourite Dickens. There is a lot of joy and compassion at the heart of this book, and I Loved it very much.
The Mill on the Floss: can’t explain the feeling I got from reading this book (tbh if you know, you know!! It warms your heart but it also makes you want to stand in the rain and cry)
The Queen of Attolia: a roller coaster. Very overwhelming. Was incredibly Shocked many times. (Also, who’d have thought?? Gen??? In LOVE??? Fantastic in concept and in execution)
The Adventures of Sally: a new favourite Wodehouse. You will laugh so hard tears will spring to your eyes.
Night Watch: this one stuck a knife in me and twisted..... but in a good way.
Anne of the Island: much-needed comfort read!!!
Leave it to Psmith: another new favourite Wodehouse. Modern rom-coms wish they could do rom-com like Psmith, Eve, and the umbrella that was Definitely Not His.
The Penderwicks at Point Mouette: A DELIGHT (speechless!!)
The Penderwicks on Gardam Street: ALSO A DELIGHT (still speechless!!)
2. Best sequel you have read in 2021 so far?
Ohohoho. All the Discworld sequels. (Especially A Hat Full of Sky, Night Watch, Thud!, I Shall Wear Midnight.)
Also, The Queen of Attolia. That book decimated me. Admittedly no one’s emotions are very stable at two in the morning, but I was an absolute Wreck that night (morning?).
3. A new release you want to check out?
I am behind on the times so my idea of ‘new’ is rather skewed.... I still really want to read Spin the Dawn, The Goblin Emperor, and Spinning Silver. And am making my way through Queen’s Thief.
4. Most anticipated book release of the second half of the year?
I... don’t follow new releases that much, to be honest. I am currently looking through the lists and don’t see anything I recognise s;lfdjsdlk;
5. Biggest disappointment?
The Hunchback of Notre Dame. I knew how it was going end, but i was still mad. (These days I like books with a hefty amount of Hope and that one.... definitely did not have that.) I also read Tess of the d’Urbervilles for the first time and remember being just... really frustrated with all the characters and about the lack of Hope in that one, too. I was also hoping to love I Capture the Castle and was a bit grumpy about the second half of the book!!
6. Biggest surprise?
The books I read because my friends loved them!! Such as The Blue Castle (Eden), The Man Born to be King (Magpie), Gourmet Hound (Eden), Queen’s Thief (Fran), Blandings Castle/Psmith (Rebekah), Discworld (I think I started reading it for the first time because of Fran as well)...... I also reread a bunch of old favourites (Lord of the Rings and a few Jane Austens) and they were even better than I remembered!! Which was just wonderful!! (though not very surprising, I guess!!)
7. Favourite new author (either new to you or debut)?
MEGAN WHALEN TURNER. I also have a new appreciation for P.G. Wodehouse (after crashing through all of his Jeeves books and most of the Blandings Castle audiobooks) and Terry Pratchett (after bulldozing through a good number of Discworld books, most of them two or three times) and Georgette Heyer (read my first few Heyers this year and had SUCH a blast).
8. Favourite new fictional crush?
In general: Ik-jun from Hospital Playlist (He’s not from a book sksfjkl ;sdfj k I wanted to mention him because I just love him a Lot)
In terms of books: Sam Vimes (sdlkfjs;kls) and Henry Tilney (I loved him before, but this year cemented him as one of the top, if not The Favourite Austen hero in my heart). I don’t know if Gen counts, because I feel very friendly towards him, and alternate between wanting to make soup for him and wanting to bonk him on the head with a cardboard tube.
Mal (from S&B) had some Really Good lines, too. Especially in the last chapter of Ruin and Rising.
9. Newest favourite character?
A whole PLATOON of them. Sasha and Lysander from @magpie-trove‘s story, Beatrice and Romeo from @imissthembutitwasntadisaster‘s story, Emilia and Lily from @itspileofgoodthings‘s stories, Tiffany Aching, Granny Weatherwax, Helen and Irene and Costis from Queen’s Thief, Dorothea and Maggie from George Eliot’s books, Sally from The Adventures of Sally....
10. A book that made you cry?
Literally cried so many times this year over all sorts of stories. But a few off the top of my head:
The Penderwicks (all of them): cried from sheer joy!!!
Seven for a Secret: there are so many lines in the most recent chapters alone that brought tears to my eyes.
The Keys of Fire: which is The definitive Fairy Tail fanfic for me. I just love this story so much. And i was surprised all over again by the forgiveness and the love and the grace and the healing in this story this time around!!
The Queen of Attolia/The King of Attolia: cried out of surprise and joy at nearly all the Gen/Irene scenes (not the beginning ones sl;fksdsdlfk jd but my heart did a great leap when Gen remembers seeing Irene dance)
Ruin and Rising: cried at the ending. Also because I was so happy. (There is no such thing as an ordinary love!!!)
Crooked Kingdom: cried at what Kaz did for Inej (couldn’t help it. That moment was beautiful)
(It has been quite an emotional year. The waterworks are triggered by the smallest things. But I’m happy to say that I’ve cried out of happiness mostly in the book department.)
11. A book that made you happy?
(Nearly all of them tbh!!! I have so many new favourite books from this year’s reading list alone!!!)
The Penderwicks series. Was in bliss for the whole week. I was also incredibly happy listening to the Discworld audiobooks, and reading new installments of Emilia and Seven for a Secret and The Stars Hold No Part In This!!! All the Wodehouse and Heyer books I read were delightful.... David Copperfield was so full of joy and grace and it made me want to prance in a field. All of the Anne books I reread were comfort reads. And of course The Keys of Fire, which kept me smiling for hours: I feel like a kid being handed an ice cream cone with three scoops and a cherry on top whenever I read it. Incredibly happy.
12. Most beautiful book you have bought or received this year?
The second-hand Vintage Classics Jane Austens!! :’) especially Northanger Abbey, which was in Excellent condition. Very floppy (unlike the longer Austens..... alas for Mansfield Park, which is harder to flip through) and fits comfortably in my hands.
And the Tundra Classics edition of Anne of the Island. (I liked the way the paper felt and the text was a really nice font and size!)
13. What book do you need to read by the end of the year?
OOH TONS. I’m still reading Anna Karenina (stopped because I thought: I need a happy story right now). Would love to keep reading Queen’s Thief (I’m taking it slow because they’re books that should be savoured), make some headway in Dorothy Sayers’s Lord Peter Wimsey books, read more Georgette Heyer, start on The Goblin Emperor and a Bunch of books I've been meaning to read for a while (The Eagle of the Ninth, Piranesi, Phantom of the Opera, Surprised by Joy, Crime and Punishment, War and Peace are the main ones. This is an ambitious list but I’d like to read at least two of them before the year is out sl;kffdksl;dfjslk;)
tagging: @imissthembutitwasntadisaster @soldier-poet-king @septembersung @lady-merian @called-kept if you would like to!! And YOU, if you think it looks fun and want to give it a try!! :D
#oh MAN when i get started on books it is so hard to stop sldfkj s;dlkj#thank you for tagging me eden!!! :D this was a LOT of fun!!!!#reading adventures#songbird again#2021 has been a very interesting reading year simply because reading is a way i Cope and the more stressed i am the more i tend to read#it sounds weird but unfortunately it is true#this year has been quite a year (i say this as we approach the end of july slkf;s js) so i've been reading ravenously#thankfully not about rocks anymore though!!!!!!

Fire Emblem ships that I don’t really get/ just not into it/ don’t like
I’m going to get a lot of hate for this one but this is my opinion and I want to stand by it. If you ship it, that’s fine because it’s your opinion, not mine.
But these are my opinions on the ships I dislike so without further ado, here’s my list of Fire Emblem NOTP:
1. Byleth x anybody in 3H- To be perfectly honest, I just don’t really feel for Byleth in general because not only are they just boring but any character in 3H who talks to them feels like they’re just talking to a wall. While FEH at least gave them some form of personality, it still didn’t change the fact just how boring they are.
2. Robin & Corrin x any of the 2nd Gen FE characters- Its kind of awkward as hell that you’re romancing your friend’s children and esstentially turning them into grandparents at such a young age.
3. F!Corrin x Odin/Owain- In their whole entirety of their Support (C-S), Corrin is just shown to be bothered by Odin’s/Owain’s antics and even when the Support progresses, she still can’t accept that part of Odin/Owain and in their S Support, she just walk away the moment Odin started doing his theatrics again. And no Corrin wasn’t portrayed as naive here but outright mean to him.
4. Corrin x any of the royal siblings + Azura- Probably because not is it awkward, but because Corrin (of either gender) sees both Hoshido and Nohr royal siblings as their family and I think Azurrin works better in a familial/platonic light. (Yes while I’m aware that marriages between cousins is acceptable back in ancient times where FE is set in, I still think Azura and Corrin’s relationship works better platonically)
5. Ike x Zelgius- Zelgius aka the Black Knight murdered Greil right in front of Ike back in Path of Radiance. I don’t think they would work out at all be it platonic or romantic. In my FEH playthrough, I headcanoned them to have a Teeth-Clenched Teamwork kind of relationship. Also Zelgius is older than Ike by many years and even if Ike is like in his 20’s in Raidant Dawn, that’s still a pretty large age gap.
6. Any FE villains x FE lords- Pretty sure that some or most of the villains are just plain toxic or just obnoxious in general and that the lord in any of their respective franchise won’t really date them from a canonical narrative POV.
7. Ryomarx/ Caminoka/ Leokumi/ Elisaku- Not exactly a NOTP but I’m just indifferent towards them. I also see their relationship in a platonic light (even though these four’s relationship is just cute in general)
8. Any ships that involve in*est
9. Any ships that has a huge age gap 🤢🤮
Thank you for coming to my presentation on the ships I don’t like or just plain indifferent to. Like I said before, these are my opinions of the ships I listed. If you ship any of them, that’s fine and you’re valid. Because you’re entitled to your opinion and I’m entitled to have my opinion as well.
Anyways have a great day.

Beatle tag (cause why not ✌💗)
I’m new to this fandom online, so what best way to present myself but doing this (plz don't kill me guys I come in peace).
But I do have to give an special to @sgt-revolver cause thanks to their post I decided to do it.
How long have you been a fan ?: About two years if I’m not wrong, but god it has been two intense ones. Long story short, this band never was part of my life (grew up in a different culture) until the day I was reading some fanfiction in AO3 and stumbled across one about them. I then found out they were the guys behind “Let it be” and “Here comes the sun” so I decided do dig even deeper..... (Now I’m here simping and crying to their music at 2am) 🙃
Favorite Beatle: Used to be Paul (man got a charm) but when I better discovered George as a hole human being, and not only a Beatle, I went 💥. Tho, sometimes I do get frustrated with him and stay on John’s side cause he was lowkey relatable and a big bi-disaster mood. (I suddenly feel bad for Rings.... srry bro )
Favorite era for music: At the beginning I didn't like the mop top era and practically only listened from Help! to then end, but now I appreciate each period as a part of the band’s musical history and can’t help to fangirl to most songs. (Tho I’ll always have a soft spot for 1966)
Favorite era for lewks: Each Beatles had its own I think. Ringo as a teddy boy (he looks like the bad boy of your dreams), George in 65` (longer hair but not to long and just overlay hotness) and Paul/John in 66`. (The perfect balance between early and late looks)
Favorite song: Guess it depends on my mood, but it’s surely a tight between “Strawberry fields forever”, “Happiness is a warm gun”, “Lovely Rita” “While my guitar gently weeps”, “Don't bother me” and “Across the universe”. (This is such an unfair question xd)
Favorite album: Honestly I just can’t decide.. Its prob either “The Beatles (aka white album)”, “With the Beatles” or “Revolver”
Unpopular/Controversial Beatles opinion: “Revolution 9″ is not an unlistenable song and has an actual artistic value. I mean, I don’t think is a song meant to be listened during a car ride, but I do think it encapsulates pretty well the chaotic and changing vibe of the late 60s. This song makes you feel unwell because it’s meant to. Despite that, I do believe it should not have been included on the album, but rather as a John/Yoko project. (Ik Geo had a input though)
A song everyone loves but you dislike: Never was the biggest fan of “Come together” or “With a little help from my friends”. They are not necessarily bad, but rather average for me
A song everyone dislikes but you love: “Run for your life”... I know the lyrics are quite nasty but its so catchy and I love George’s guitar in it. I also really like “Dizzy Miss Lizzy”, but I don’t know if it really is that unpopular among people
Your fantasy involving The Beatles: The PG one or the ??..
JK, but I would have love to meet them during their cavern/casbah days. Like about 1961, just to chat with them about rock n roll and even jam some songs. (Even if I’m not sure that I would love to do that as a girl or a guy). And I sincerely wish I could just have some deep conversations with George and John while we share a joint . I just wish I could have known them better...
Tell us about the moment you knew you were a fan: When returning home after a long school day I decided to look after some live material (At the time I only knew like 4 songs). I put YouTube on my tv, and found “She loves you” . I was not the same girl after watching that video. If I could explain how I suddenly felt so much joy and excitement looking at them that I even started singing and dancing. The rest is history 😉
Did you ever have a genuine ‘The Beatles suck !’ phase before becoming a fan?: Because their music was not around me 24/7 growing up, I never got fed up with their music. For me almost everything was new and interesting, so I never had a hater phase
Favorite Beatle’s book: Have not read any for the moment, but I’m dying to buy Cynthia’s and May’s books. (Also the autobiography “I me mine” by George)
Thoughts on the old generation of fans: Even if the few experiences I’ve had with them have not been good, I know most of them are chill people. I also love some podcasts made by first or second gen fans. The only thing that I dislike, is the average boomer who will claim they know more than you cause they were alive at the time, even if the only song they know its “Hey Jude” . (Or those who treat John as a saint, and blame the hole break-up on Paul... smh)
If Hollywood were to make a high budget Beatles biopic, what is one thing you desperately hope they include?: I wish they wont do it (We already got enough movies), but if they do something, it would be better if it was a series and not a film. If it had to happen, they better not forget how young the guys really were and how they were actual people. I know they were ground-breaking in so many ways, but they were also human beings with many defaults and even a bit naïve in some aspects. If you only give me a wife-beater (nasty) John, delicate flower Paul, silent George and dumb Ringo, the cartoon series has done a better job than you.
Do you read/write fanfic: One word.... Yes... *Hides her unfinished drafts*
Are you the only one in your family/friend group to enjoy them?: Sadly yes. I have to force my dad to play some Beatle music while driving cause most of the music he plays is raegetton, and even if I’m proud of my Latino roots.. I’ll do salsa or merengue anytime but not some Bad Bunny ok.
Are you a shipper?: Yup
Favorite movie starring/made by them?: Help!.. I mean I also love AHDN, but it’s just so funny to see them run around being high af as they play music despite Ringo being in mortal danger. (Also the visuals we get each song just give me such a MTV vibe. Its genuinely beautiful)
Do you believe in McLennon?: *smirks at the camera*
General opinions on McLennon?: Oh boy. The Lennon/McCartney relationship is one that seems out of my grandma telenovelas. From Paris to the breakup, their story is one of up and downs, but they never really stopped loving each other. Not even death could stop their link as Paul still dreams of him and thinks about John when composing songs. I understand that not everyone may be convinced that something really happened, but I think we all should be open to the possibility.
If you got to change ONE thing about their history, what would be and why?: Brian’s death. The beginning of the end was the moment he passed away. With Brian the band would still have broke up (All things must pass, even the good ones), but it would have been less messed up. No Paul trying to take the lead a bit too much, Apple Corps probably being better handled and no Allen Klein messing up everything. (And probably no Yoko in the studio but that may be a bit of a stretch)
What song has the best vocals?: As a group, “Because” it’s probably the one. Such a simple, yet perfectly well put vocals. The peak of their talent for harmonizing in my opinion. In another side “Oh Darling!” is prob Paul best and John’s voice in “This Boy” always get me
What song do you feel had no effort put into it?: Prob an unpopular opinion but “Eight Days a Week” is such a basic song. It’s not innovative, it just uses the formula, and I feel like around this time the guys were kind of tired and just fabricated the song to be a single. It simply not feels genuine, and for me it shows the biggest problem from the “Beatles for Sale” era.
What is a well talked moment in Beatles history you genuinely believe to be false?: The way Yoko met John. The most known story is that they met each other at a Yoko art gallery, but many sources (such a Cynthia or Brian personal assistant) tell us a complete different truth. I do believe she knew the band, stalked John and force herself into his life, despite of the romantic tale she keeps repeating.
What is something you KNOW to be true, but often gets erased in their history: John. So many things about John. Many see him as only a funny character and ignore so many cues that he was a man struggling with his own self esteem to the point of having eating disorders. Not forgetting his fluid sexuality, the fact that many think that as house husband all his problems went away or that he was a wife beater. John was more than the “Imagine” martyr or monster so many people (even some fans) make out of him.
Least favorite look from a Beatle(s): Ringo in the Help! movie. Horrible mushroom hair 😂
Favorite look from a Beatle(s): George Harrison in the “Hey Bulldog”/”Lady Madonna” videoclip. (I also want that cherry SG Standard so bad omg)
I really don’t know how many others have done it but here are my tags
@rocknroll-imagines @moreofthatdrowse @cultofbeatle @joan-deserved-the-silver-hammer
Thanks a lot guys !! ❤✌🥦🐘🎵😎

List 5 things that make you happy, then put this in the ask box of the last 10 people who reblogged something from you (if you want !! 💛💖)
Wow I rambled a lot with this but i can't add cuts bc I'm on mobile rn DHSISHSJ sorry :"))))
.
.
1. Ik Ik "haha how cringe are you" of me to say, but honestly? Homestuck. Homestuck helped me in a time of need and when i so desperately wanted something to latch onto. Finally, I caved into my friends telling me to read it-- and it's been a blast!! The epilogues / hs^2 make me feel kinda sad though, because so much of what I loved about the original was yeeted through the nine circles of hell and into the trash. I love Y/ffany's (I call her Yippi tho) design, the art is really pretty at times, Harry is a major dork, I LIVE for seeing Vrissy bc honestly?? Her design is 10/10, very early 2000s emo style and I also live for that. Tavros is cute and a nerd and I think that's swell!
But in terms of story and how any of this happens, it makes me sad to see it happen. If Vriska could return as Vrissy, why not OTHER beta trolls? Where's my Eridan fish man, writers?? Give me the boy or perish by my fury.
2. Also super "haha how cringe are you" but,,, murder cats (Warriors), esp the early 2005-2015 amvs and stuff. I remember watching Flightfootwarrior's "I Will Not Bow" Scourge amv for HOurs and having no clue what was happening, but all these edgy kitties were KITTIES! It's introduced me to a lot of music I still listen to to this very day (Imagine Dragons, Young/the entirety of Hollywood Undead, Breaking Benjamin). And yknow what?? This new arc is absolute chaos, but in the good way.
I'm an "OG Fan". I prefer the first arc, The Prophecies Begin, to almost any of the other arcs. I just could never get into the other arcs-- not to say I haven't read them, I HAVE and the Fire Scene was probably one of my favorite moments beside grumpy Jaypaw, god complex Lionblaze, and fear the gods Hollypaw. I thought the build-up for it was SUPER satisfying. Gray Wing is my baby and I fully embellish in the Gray Wing is Silverpelt theory.
This new arc is definitely something new for the universe. While I didn't read aVoS (but I may do that if i can find the files for it), and so I don't know the major events of it other than what I've seen M.A.P.'s (Multi-Animator Projects, for clarification,,, bc unfortunately that term is also something disgusting). There's fucking cat possession and all the Clans questioning their belief system, yo. Shit be on fire.
Also the Imposter is 100% Ashfur, that's canon now, yeah??? Also im sorry but fuck Root x Bristle that's the dumbest shit I have ever seen. Give me Root x Shadow or face the wrath of my dragon plushies.
RiverClan is my Clan and my gov assigned warrior name is Fireshell 🌟🌟
3. As much as I hate the author,,,,, Harry Potter. It's been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. I can never really remember why, but I've always just loved it- the movies, the books, the extra little merch that would pop up in my local Walmart. Of course my favorite character is Draco Malfoy. I could go on and on and ON about how I think his character arc was SHIT and JKR didn't have the balls to make him a confident gay man that was always implied through the text (at least, my lesbian ass thought it was implied but i may just be projecting, idk). I could ramble about Draco for HOURS and what I think his character SHOULD have been and how his parents are horrible (more specifically, Lucius bc Narcissa [?] Actually showed a few good moments), and a child should never have to pay for their parents sins.
Oh noo, Draco's a villain because he's a victim of major abuse and peer pressure? He's a villain because a literal child can be horrible and they'll always always always stay as a horrible little fiend?? Fuck that. He's a child.
Unlike manchild grease pan Snape, who was a racist piece of shit and shouldn't have became a fucking school teacher but it's okay because he was ~~~in love~~~. No, fuck you, he was a creep. James Potter n Co may have been a little posh bitch to you, Snape, but that's no fucking excuse to continue to bluntly be a little cunt all the way into adulthood. You're an adult who flatly changed your PATRONUS to imitate Lily's. You have no excuse. And Harry went and named his child after you LIKE JESUS CHRIST, DID RON'S SISTER NOT HAVE A SAY IN THE NAMES TOO?????
I also fully adore the idea that Muggles can run into Hogwarts and their patronus can 100% be a made up, fantasy creature. Imagine you learn the patronus spell and suddenly fucking ARCEUS comes from your wand. Imagine learning the spell and CHTULU (i did not spell that right but im so tired) comes from your wand-- an entire ass fucking Lovecraftian, Eldrith horror is just the embodiment of you. What if it was a fucking Homestuck character like Vriska? How fucking METAL would that be?? Hskajssowjjsjs get on it fandom.
4. Hee hee very evident by my url but Pokemon is another major thing of mine. While vespiquen isn't my favorite (that title goes to Hydreigon), it is definitely up there!
I've ALWAYS enjoyed the idea of Pokemon. You run around, training up these fight monsters and collecting them. I remember playing my sister's Ruby version on her flip-up Gameboy. I couldn't even read but I ran around catching god only knows how many of the same pokemon wherever she was. Apparently, I had fought for hours in the same area and leveled her Blaziken up to lvl 50 something and left her lvl 30s in the dust LMAO.
I got my first game when it was Pearl/Diamond. It was Pearl, and it still holds a very fond place in my heart. I could barely read, I could barely write-- I had named my Turtwig something along the lines of "MmorpHy" and my player boy "ZbsibJ". Yes I remember the names slightly. I really didn't get far-- I barely got to the first gym but I was just so happy to play it.
I eventually lost the game, as a 5 year old would do, but I can still vividly remember what was happening when the game arrived. I had just came back from the dentist and was quite tired from fighting the dentist bc I was super scared. Mom suddenly handed me a box and said it was mine-- my overseas (at that time) dad had bought me Pearl and my sister Diamond, because I lost my shit about it when he visited one time.
Well, tdlr, I played it for about five minutes while struggling to stay awake against the loopy gas they made me take. I fell asleep listening to Twinleaf Town's soundtrack. Every time I play a rom of Pearl and I get to where the player's house fades in and I hear that first tune of the song, I get a huge smile on my face and cry-- as.. Weird as it sounds.
A few years later, I had gotten Pokemon Black bc I liked Reshiram on the cover. Now, this one I could actually READ when playing, but I don't remember a lot of things about it. I probably lost this one too, as a 8/9 year old would do. I DO remember, I chose Snivy and my sister chose Tepig (hrmm there's a theme here of grass/fire goin on......) and vibing to the music. I was so amazed by the sprites moving, I just kept getting into encounters to see the sprites move (oh boy, no one tell younger 7-9 y/o me about Zelda......oh wait....)
Playing Pokemon NOW, as a 17 year old """gifted""" chick, I stil have very fond memories. I recently beat Pokemon Black again and GOD the OTS SLAPS. I fucking adore the soundtrack-- the track that plays when you battle a trainer, the low health dings being turned into a legit song that also slaps, the battle! gym leader themes-- and oh my gOd, the legendary theme is amazing? It really tells you just how glorious these pokemon are supposed to be. It's not intimidating like Groudon/Kyroge/Rayquaza's themes. It's not action packed like Palkia/Dialga's is, it's not filled with tension like Giratina/Arceus's is-- but it radiates the GLORY that the beasts portray. And I live for that. (Also, Kyurem's version is my favorite because it glitches in the beginning and that's rly cool)
P/D/P and BW/BW2's stories, imo, are some of the greatest ones. Yeahhh, US/USUM's is cool and I haven't played XY nor SwSh-- but the ones I can find memorable are PDP and BW/BW2. I love N. I love Barry. They're my sons. Ghetsis is fucking terrifying, Cyrus needs a hug. Giratina scared the piss out of me when I was younger, which was NOT helped by Giratina and The Sky Warrior.
I think my favorite movies are the gen 4 ones. The Rise of Darkrai having a tear-jerking theme for such a mysterious pokemon (i still tear up when i hear Ocarion), Giratina being spiteful is a mood and Shaymin was cute, Arceus being angry is also a mood. Yeah, Pokemon 4Ever made me cry my eyes out over Celebi, Mewtwo Returns made me again cry because Mewtwo accepting who he is, I remember how vastly different the BW movies are-
I just. I have a lot of memories with the series, even if Gamefreak and Nintendo kinda do the series dirty a lot (your top-grossing thing and you made That monstrosity for the Switch? How dare you.). It's comforting to be stressed and pull up my roms for the games and to play them. Mystery Dungeon is incredibly fun to play, Pokemon Ranger is really fun with the concept (Shadows of Almia continues to kick my ass to this very day and FUCK the Jungle Relic, I hate the Water Challenge fucking gyarados bullshit). I remember the pokemon I got for MD (I got Time, my sis got Darkness) was Mudkip, if that is any help.
I love my little fictional pixel monsters.
5. Yup, someone told tiny 7-9 y/o me about console games. The legend of Zelda. My first Zelda game was Twilight Princess on the Wii and BOY did I play the fucking SHIT out of that game.
Honestly, looking back and looking at playthroughs now-- I still love TP. Twilight Princess is still one of my top favorite Zelda games-- yes, even after playing OoT, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Skyward Sword, the anniversary four swords edition for the DS where you could play by yourself (Nintendo pls bring that back, I don't have friends to play it with ;-;), Phantom Hourglass- ect.
Something about Twilight Princess grabbed me by the head and yeeted me into the world. I can remember playing it for hours with little to no breaks. I, a tiny 9 y/o, had gotten the hang of the controllers and managed to get past the tutorial quite easily. And then, I was launched into the game and I wasn't stopping for NOTHING. Mom and Dad would have to force me to save and get off to go and eat dinner. THAT sucked.
I had done everything on my own up until the first temple, the forest temple. Not where/when you saved the dumb kid, but when you were saving the spirit's light. Theeeeeeennn I got stuck on the fucking Forest Temple for deadass six months straight. I'd play for hours, running around in circles, unable to figure out where to go, and because I didn't grasp the temple's purpose of being that way- I'd get angry and get off. It wasn't until dad looked up a walkthrough and talked me through what I was supposed to do that I learned how to get through temples.
I had gotten to the last little fight with Ganondorf before the Wii broke and i could no longer play. Despite the Wii being broke and we got rid of it, I was ADAMANT on keeping the game, and I kept that game for YEARS. It was an original copy out of a sealed box, and I eventually lost it when I left it accidentally at my now ex-friend's house.
She had a Wii and I went "hey I have a Wii game!" And I brought my Zelda over. Worst fucking choice of my goddamn life. Mom called me to come home and said I couldn't sleep over like the original plan was, and that was it. My ex-friend stashed my Zelda and I never saw it again. And, even if I wanted to-- I couldn't get it back, which makes me upset. We had a BAD falling out. She likely doesn't even remember it's there, or sold it to the local game junkie kid who buys ALL games.
But I still love the game. Midna was amazing, and I loved how snarky she was and she has a very cute design! The game's OST is fucking phenomenal. Midna's Desperate Hour makes me cry bc goddamn it really sells how serious that situation is. I love Hyrule Field's theme in this game. I love the Twilight Realm's song. Zant was fucking hilariously scary. Ganondorf's design in this game scared the piss out of me when I was younger.
Midna and this game's Link and Zelda are def my favorites. Yeah yeah, Sheik is cool and all I Guess but dhsushwishs Midna holds the special place in my heart. She was totally my gay awakening BUT
For other game antagonists, I adore Ghirahim-- let's go you funky little queer-coded villain. Skull Kid was great, I love the entire dynamic of him. Prankster lost soul stumbles upon Majora's Mask and the mask makes him act out due to powers-- which, I actually took very heavy inspiration from for one of my OCs. The moon falling to Hyrule was a fucking terrifying looming threat.
But the game series holds a place, and I've yet to be able to play BoTW-- although, I'm fairly certain I'll like it. The playthroughs I've watched of it are all fairly decent! I just. Gotta save up enough money to buy it haha.
Dang guess I gotta go watch a Twilight Princess playthrough again.
Honorable Mentions:
Avatar: the Last Airbender, specifically Book 3
my OCs definitely make me happy, they're my children and I'd ramble A LOT longer if given the chance WHEEZE
My friends, but I didn't add them here bc it's more fictional stuff, I presume
Baking. I love to bake cupcakes.
Painting is fun. I'm an artist and goddammit im going to use painting as an excuse to make a mess.
Fire. I rly like fire, down to a pyromaniac level. However, i hate the fires that happened to my home town, the Great Smokey Fires of 2016-- THAT pissed me off. How dare you burn mountain landscapes to the ground. Perish.
History. I'm a history nerd.
I'm also a science nerd.
But fuck math, I cannot comprehend math to save my life.
For some reason, I rly like learning how the human body works??? like did you know, organs are actually sticky when touched by a bare hand?? Did you?? How fucking cool is that.
Bakugan. I love Bakugan, esp the DS game. I love my Darkus Leonidas. Give me back the online world, you peasants-- I want my Darkus Dragonoid. (Also fuck all my friends from when I was in kindergarten- my theory that Alice was Masquerade was somewhat correct.)

Fire Emblem Awakening is actually an excellent game and not the weakest in the series up until that point. Fight me.
Now obviously I have some bias with it being my entry point, but whilst it is obviously different to previous entries, that happens every time the series switches consoles. Does Awakening have its flaws? Of course. All of the games do. Does it fail to achieve what it set out to do? No. Not at all. Actually, it might be one of the best at completing its aims.
I am not saying Awakening is the best game in the series. An easy way to explain what I mean is this: Fates looked amazing pre-release, right? And most of the rp community has at least one Fates muse, so we obviously enjoyed something. But almost all of us can agree that it was a game with a tonne of potential, which it failed to live up to. In terms of ambitions, perhaps IS only wanted to make money, which they very much succeeded at. But I believe there was some ambition there for the story, and it fell flat, hence why so many of us flesh out the concepts and go canon divergent. Good base, but failed to live up to hype.
Awakening, however? The story was never meant to be so complicated and grand. Rather, the team honestly thought this was going to be the last game in the series, and turned it into a celebration of all that came before.
What do I mean? First of all, they used the original protagonist, Marth’s world for the game’s setting, yet kept his story in tact by setting it far in the future. Yet he still turns up in the spiritual sense, through Lucina. It may not be him, but this was a nod to the series’ origins, that veterans would appreciate. And of course, we have Falchion as the main’s lord weapon, and his daughter’s too. We also have the presence of a grown up Tiki, which I’m sure many were wondering what happened to her post FE3/12. They easily could have chosen not to acknowledge her, just as Xane is absent, but she was likely the most popular of the manakete.
Okay, so this stuff may seem obvious for a game set in Archanea, but actually, there’s influence from other games unrelated to Marth’s tale as well. Whilst admittedly still the same world, there is a very obvious aspect taken from Genealogy of the Holy War: babies. I somehow doubt that the almost final game suddenly having a second gen, which hasn’t been seen in a decade and a half, is a coincidence. That concept was unique to FE4 (as 6/7 does not contain an inheritance system between files) and thus was brought into Awakening’s story as a reference. Same with S-supports, though we get actual conversations this time.
The avatar did not originate in Awakening, despite what many claim: Robin was a concept taken from FE12′s Kris, who is also customisable as a player insert. Yes, they aren’t as prevalent in the story as Robin, but it’s the same initial idea. Really, Robin’s presence made the game more accessible to newcomers as we became more involved in the world.
Bouncing off of that, the dev team clearly wanted the experience to be enjoyable for old and new. I’ve not even finished listing off the past game references yet, but as somebody who had never even heard of Fire Emblem prior to 13, I did not feel I was missing out on anything due to not having played previous games. Not only that, we had casual mode. Now I know some people don’t like this. Personally, even on my first, I did not use casual. If classic was something unique to the franchise, why not try it? I ended up loving the permadeath concept. But to compare, I have a friend who also started with Awakening, and she was too scared to try classic. She actually wasn’t a big fan of the gameplay, and entered the series thanks to the characters appealing to her. Without casual, she may never have joined this hell, and that’s true for many. Also, casual is a creation from FE12. Like the avatar. Yeah.
Whilst some complain that Awakening was too easy, they probably played on normal. Yes, we’re missing things like Fog of War (imagine chapter 13 with it i.e. the one where you recruit Henry) and the goal is always rout or defeat the boss, but lunatic provides a genuine challenge. When I did my no reset lunatic run, everyone died. Everyone. Chrom and Robin pretty much had to defeat Grima on their own.
The maps are simple to read, and that’s a good thing. Yes yes praise FE4 but let’s face it those massive things are not user friendly. Yes, I have played it - I’ve just started the final chapter. I started the game over three years ago so I think that should tell you how much I struggled to get invested thanks to the gameplay. So yes Awakening being simple was a good way to convince newcomers to try the franchise before it gets killed forever, whilst lunatic is there for those who want it.
My last point before I get back to Awakening being a celebration is the support system. It has heavy flaws, but the sheer number of supports (plus DLC conversations!!!) gives more characterisation compared to units from previous games (I forgot who Lex was before I googled him like why can I use the valkyrie staff on this stranger), more akin to what we’re used to from regular rpgs.
OKAY SO MORE PAST GAMES REFERENCES:
Priam. Ike. Yeah he made the continuity weird but hey he’s a 9/10 references and we know how obsessive people get over Ike. Also, his Japanese name is Paris which apparently was Ike’s almost-name? Then there’s the Einherjars who take almost EVERY MAJOR CHARACTER from previous games. There are free ones, and DLC ones. The DLC ones even get to interact with the Awakening cast. Do I really need to explain my point here?
Valm. Alm. I had no clue about that connection until Echoes came out, and actually that’s really cute? They could have kept it as Valentia if they wanted to but instead they directly referenced the ending of Gaiden by having the continent named by the guy who united the people! Okay Celica is there too but both of her names are harder to turn into a location.
We’ve got the archetypes that appear in various games such as Yen’Fey as the Camus (or I’ve seen some mention Mustafa, which is also valid even if he is more minor), there’s Cordelia being a Catria. Frederick is an Oifey rather than a Jagen, and then there’s Stahl/Sully who DIRECTLY REFERENCE Cain and Abel. The list goes on
Owain’s attack names being previous game titles. The 2nd gens’ birthdays being release dates. Anna being recruitable for once!!! Minerva the wyvern being named after Archanea’s Minerva.
The list really does go on. Basically: Awakening is a fantastic ‘final’ game that is chock full of references and gameplay mechanics from previous titles whilst also containing new features (such as pair up). At the same time, it is incredibly welcoming towards newcomers and thus absolutely completes its goal of being a new fan friendly celebration of a two decade old series. It may not be everybody’s favourite, but for the game is supposed to be, it is a GOOD game.

i put every single one of your muses that is listed on your page in so you can never call me a coward. we can now confirm pearl has exactly 104 muses.
1. takumi x ulster
honestly… i have no idea how that would go. they both kind of have straight-forward attitudes. ulster would appreciate takumi’s pragmatism @ corrin but would probably still be like well you can check if she’s actually family right via holy blood because you know.
2. xander x hugh
i hc hugh as aro/ace but even ignoring this… it’d be either really good or not work out at all. i’ve got a major weakness for goofball x serious dude but like i said hugh would just. never be interested.
3. joshua x elrean
elrean needs a lot of time to get into some one but i can see this one… working out pretty well. as long as joshua can put up with the whole tsundere act long enough.
4. stahl x tailtiu
idk about you but this sounds cute af?? stahl is just. good ship content always.
5. iago x elphin

Grinding Renown Made Fun!*
*Grinding for Renown in Fire Emblem Awakening is never really fun. Its tedious, and if you want to max it out it will take many, many hours. This guide is just to show you how I made it as fun as I could while still keeping it relatively fast and efficient. Maybe you will want to try it for yourself or make a variation based on what you like.
(also note that my method uses a lot of the DLC so if you dont have at least Lost Bloodlines 2 and Smash Brethren 2 for Dread Fighter and Bride then it probably wont work very well, but maybe you can modify it, I am not sure. It also would probably be nice to have Lost Bloodlines 3 for Paragon and I liked having all stats +2 from Champions of Yore 3 but those 2 arent necessary)
For starters I want to be very clear that everyone knows this isnt technically the fastest way to grind renown. The fastest way to grind renown is exactly what it says on the wiki: make a ton of money on golden gaffe then summon a weak/cheap character, pay to recruit them, then dismiss them, repeat 2000 times. I tried doing this on a file where I was at endgame and I found it terribly boring, which in turn meant it was not the fastest way for me to grind renown since it would take me forever to find the energy to do it.
So when deciding how I wanted to grind renown for myself I had a few objectives: fight the spotpass characters, not buy them, and make fighting them as quick as possible; minimize the number of spaces that a spotpass character could spawn when I summon them to cut down on walking around the world map; minimize the number of times that I go into the wireless menu to make it easier to multitask (basically it was harder to watch movies or tv in the background using the fastest method since its so menu heavy, so I wanted to cut that time spent down); if possible, completely eliminate the need to manage items on my units. I solved all these issues and these are the steps of my method (the Miester Method?):
Step 0: Grind supports before you even start grinding renown. Grinding out supports is much more interesting than grinding renown. You get new dialogue after most fights and a lot of it is interesting. Just make sure you are grinding on spotpass characters instead of risen since spotpass fights/purchases give the most renown, that way you are maximizing your gains for when you run out of supports to grind and are ready to move onto proper renown grinding.
Step 0.1: Pray your past self really loved playing Awakening. Just having played the game a lot normally will put you in a nice starting position. By the time I finished support grinding gen 1 and moved on to renown grinding I was at nearly 45,000 renown, close to half of the 99,999 max. I cant recall how much of that was support grinding on spotpass characters and how much was there from just playing a ton of Awakening, I forgot to check, but both helped.
OK, now on to the actual steps for renown grinding.
Step 1: Start a new game. You arent challenging yourself here so just go normal casual.
Step 2: Play the game up until Chapter 8 (but dont play chapter 8.) Also beat Paralogues 1 and 3 but not 2. This should have your world map looking like this:
The reason you want to do this is because it leaves your world map with exactly 10 empty spaces in which to summon spotpass characters. As 10 is the maximum number of spotpass units you can summon at once, having 10 spots on the map lets you spend the least amount of time in the wireless menu. Its also good to not allow more than 10 free spots because every extra square you add means more time wasted walking across the map. This is why its not a good idea to do this grinding at endgame: you could be on Donnel’s island and summon a bunch of spotpass units in Valm and vice versa.
Now, as for why I picked prologue-chapter 7 and paralogue 1 and 3 over other choices for my 10 map spots, it mostly came down to map layout. They are all small early game chapters that take only 2-3 turns to beat on auto battle most of the time. Paralogue 2 was much too big and would take more turns to beat and Chapter 8 is full of turn adding desert. Remember, youll be fighting MANY battles in these maps, an extra turn or two each time translates to hundreds of extra turns in the long run. That being said, I want to emphasize that if you havent gotten lucky getting second seals from the random shop annas, you should play chapter 8. Chapter 8 gives you Gregor and another second seal, Gregor is especially important because hes got armsthrift without using a second seal (more on that in a bit). I had already gotten 1 other second seal from Anna by the time I got to chapter 7 so I chose to not play chapter 8, whether or not you do is up to you. If you choose to play chapter 8 then you need to cut either paralogue 1 or 3. Paralogue 1 is a smaller map so will be more likely to give you a 2 turn clear over paralogue 3′s 2-3 turn clear, but paralogue 3 gives you a store with access to javelins and hand axes, two weapons that are very nice to have.
Step 3: Build an Army. Trust Armsthrift. Now its time to prepare your team. The maximum number of units youll need to field in any of these battles is 9. If you go under 9 youll need to waste time in battle prep deselecting units, and we dont want that, so getting to 9 units is important. To eventually get to a point where you never need to buy items for your units youll want armsthrift on your whole team. Unfortunately theres a few hurdles to jump to make this happen since we only are at chapter 7/8. First, we dont have our full team to pull from and second we cant buy second seals. Naturally we will need to get as many spotpass units with armsthrift as we can, but only 5 come with armsthrift: Malice, Linus, Ike, Roy, and Ogma. This means youll need 4 second seals to get a full armsthrift team. Robin, Cordelia, Donnel, and spotpass characters can reclass to mercenary this way. You will have one second seal from renown rewards meaning you need 3 more from anna shops (or only one if you choose to do chapter 8 and get Gregor and another second seal.) Chrom is a good temporary member while you train up your team since he has an unbreakable weapon, but sadly its only 1-range which is not going to cut it since enemies will always attack him at 2 range making battles last at least 1 turn longer than they would otherwise. As for the actual training, do Yore 3 over and over to collect all skills plus 2 for everyone and gain levels to be better prepared for Bloodlines 2 and 3 which are a bit tougher but also get better rewards (and youll be doing Bloodlines 2 a hell of a lot to get all the dread scrolls youll need to reset levels until everyone has max luck.) Bear in mind you will need limit break to go over 50 luck, but just capping it normally or even just pushing it into the 40s then giving all your dread fighters and brides a full inventory of hand axes or javelins will make it so that your stops at the armory are few and very far between.
(optional step: if you have golden gaffe then once your units are decently strong run it 5-10 times and then never think about money again)
Step 4: Setting up the grind. By now you are ready to fire up a couple of rounds of proper spotpass grinding. You might want to wait until you have a full team of limit broken armsthrifters but I recommend waiting a bit, I will explain why in a sec. So I will now give the rundown on the actual grinding that will probably become auto-pilot like for you before too long. Open the wireless menu, go to bonus box and bonus teams and summon 10. If your team isnt maxed out then I say pull the first 5 from one game and the first 5 from another, just to be sure you wont run into anything that kills you. You are on casual, so its not normally a big deal if a unit dies in this process, but if its Chrom or Robin its a game over, and even if its not thats stopping for a text box which slows you down. I recommend the shadow dragon and binding blade teams because there are no cleric/troubadour team leaders who slow things down by not killing themselves on your units and theres no armor knight leaders (and few armor knight other units) who sometimes add turns by not making it to your units as quickly in the bigger maps. Dont save after every battle, it adds like 3 seconds each time, just do it after every cycle (10 battles). If your units are over the 50 luck line give them their best weapons and let them go to town. If they are under 50 then give them a full set of hand axes for dread fighters and javelins for brides and they will last dozens of cycles before you need to restock their inventory. If you are still using Chrom and/or another non armsthrift unit then make sure they are at the 9th slot on your team so they dont go into most fights. Then just turn off and skip all animations and phases and set auto battle to blitz and auto battle every turn, forever.
Step 5:
Step 6: Break up the Monotony. This is the crux of the Miester Method. Summoning a full set of 10 spotpass units and killing them with a very strong team will take ~8 minutes and net you 500 renown. From 0 renown thats closing in on 24 hours of still very repetitive grinding (now you see why I recommend you grind supports first, if you can get close to 50k renown before beginning actual renown grinding youve cut that time in half). Some people might not find level grinding to be a sufficient break in the monotony but for me leveling up in awakening, especially if your units have Paragon, is very fast and fun and rewarding. I might even go so far as to say that building super units is the most fun part of Awakening’s gameplay. So what I recommend is every 15 minutes or so (2 cycles of 10 spotbass battles roughly) head back to dlc land and power up somebody. Get another dread scroll to reset the level of someone with a lot more stats to cap then run them through Bloodlines 3 solo to gain like 20 levels in 5 minutes. Then pop back to the world map and do another cycle of spotpass renown grinding. When enough of your units are close to max stats try and start taking on Rogues and Redeemers 3 to get limit break for everyone and start getting luck to 50. Once they are at 50 luck you can throw your ultimate bonus box weapons like book of naga and mjolnir on them and they will never break and you wont need to mess with their inventory ever again. Try to be going back and forth this whole time too: do a few spotpass cycles, then grab a limit break skill, back and forth. Once everyone has limit break on them go for capping every single stat on every unit. This will take a while because some of them really dont want to get points of magic and/or resistance. So back and forth now between cycles of spotpass and getting more dread scrolls and resetting levels to try to get that res. Everytime one of my units maxed all stats I gave them a forged weapon to celebrate. I ran out of characters to cap before I finished renown grinding so I then broke up my cycles running Infinite Regalia to try and get a ragnell for Ike and a second Gradivus for my second Bride. By the time that was done, I had less than 20k renown to go, and so I was ready to buckle down and sprint to the finish line. That last 20k wasnt even all that bad because I felt like only now was I really in a total grind, breaking up the monotony for the majority of the experience really helped make it more fun for me. Hopefully it makes it easier for you too!
Step 7: !!!VERY IMPORTANT!!! Once you finish Renown grinding you need to beat the game on that save file or it wont carry over on new files!!!! So do that. It will be....very easy.
I dont expect it will take more than an hour.
Once its over, congratulations! You are now W o r l d R e n o w n!

Countdown to #Eurovision - Yearly Reviews - 1984
We’re approximately three months away from the next edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, and while we’re waiting for more of the 2017 songs to be released before reviewing them (as we did last year), we’re going to revisit Eurovision song contests from the past and rank our favorites in each contest.
Thanks to Corinne Hermès, we are off to the small country of Luxembourg! Oddly, at that time, it was Luxembourg who led the pack with the most contest wins. At least, it feels odd, given that it’s such a small country. But for most of its years, Luxembourg never sent entrants from the country itself. And so it puts this Orwellian year of 1984 into context – the smallest of countries, despite being in the center of Europe, could have a big impact!
This was the last contest that I would argue “looked” dated, and I think that’s just due to a restricted budget. Can you blame a country that small? It’s not too much more than a stage in a concert hall, with the “rearranged backdrops” strategy that had been done for 10+ years. Booooooring! If you’re paying attention enough, you’ll also notice that the commentator’s booths are nothing more than paneled sub-sections of the balcony seating, with presumably all the wires running underneath and through the chairs. But you know what? It worked. RTL chose, in contrast, the very modern, 1980’s international commodity Désirée Nosbusch as their commentator; it is amusing for me, as an American, how seamlessly she transfers between languages. I don’t really have much else to say about the presentation itself, because as it is, it’s so stripped down and a bit forgettable – except for the interval act. Watch it! If you are a native Czech, you may consider the interval act your nation’s first ESC performance. And speaking of country performances, Ireland would return in ’84 following a resolution of their broadcaster’s strike, while Greece and Israel bowed out for various reasons.
Even Wikipedia has very little to say about the contest itself. So, to avoid having this edition lost to time, let’s talk a little about the nineteen songs that participated, shall we?
(Click the titles of the songs below to watch the full-length video tracks.)
youtube
------------
1. SWEDEN – The Herreys, “Diggi-Loo Diggi-Ley” (1st, 145 pts)
It’s admittedly awkward to start this year’s review by reviewing the winning song, but that’s how it happened in 1984. They could’ve just showed the first song and have been done with it! As for the song itself, it’s 80’s cheese at its finest. Goofy dance moves, goofy song title, colorful clothing, and they do create somewhat of their own atmosphere. Is it a perfect performance? No, but neither was UK’s 1981 win. This song isn’t something I find interest in downloading or listening to regularly (a clear sign of heterosexuality… right? Right???!?) but the fact is that they were there to entertain, and it carried them to victory.
2. LUXEMBOURG – Sophie Carle, “100% d’amour” (10th, 39 pts)
As for the host nation, they sent a native Luxembourgian! After all the fuss I made in my pre-review comments... was it the right move? Haha, no. Oops. Before I knew this fact, I remember watching this contest in full and thinking what an embarrassment Sophie must’ve been for her nation, as she’s so out of tune in that high register. Additionally, the broadcaster did nothing to boost her presentation – she looks isolated and squirmish on stage. You start noticing, with this performance specifically, how odd the camera angles are, and so you see Sophie Carle and nothing else - not even the backup singers. Not even the keyboardist who’s literally three feet to her right!!! Is this supposed to be cute? The only vibe I get is a nervous hot european girl singing and showing off her thin waist. “Avec le ciel, avec les gens…” lol. Fail. (Side note: There’s like a 3-4 second portion of her performance that seems to just be … gone. RTL fail?)
3. FRANCE – Annick Thoumazeau, “Autant d’amoreux que d’étoiles” (8th, 61 pts)
Oh. Well, I guess Luxembourg seems much more interesting now. This is the equivalent of sending Aunt Joan from down the street in her best dress (“robe”) to the music hall with some karaoke music. In addition, someone should have done something about fixing the microphone levels! Although, I will admit, after giving this a second listen, you can tell that Annick is musically trained and lightyears ahead in vocal talent compared to her previous competition. Eighth place is a reasonable spot for this powerful but ultimately non life-changing performance. (By the way, I’ve noticed we have “officially” switched from corded to cordless microphones. Yay!)
4. SPAIN – Bravo, “Lady, Lady” (3rd, 106 pts)
This is a nice and innocent-enough song, and there’s “somewhat” of a Spanish vibe to it (in sharp contrast to the 1983 entrant). I can see why this did well. But let me put it this way – we remember the 1983 song much more than we do this entry, at least if you’re not Spanish. Another side note - there are blondes from Spain!?! Wowza!
5. NORWAY – Dollie de Luxe, “Lenge leve livet” (17th, 29 pts)
About a half-year ago, I left a comment on Youtube to the extent of “How to lose Eurovision in the first five seconds” and I hope you’ll agree with me. To this day, I find that howl (scream?) from the woman on the left hilarious. She then proceeds to look high for half of the performance, not including the close-up of her cross-eyed lyrical delivery. And then you watch her during the second verse trying to adjust the microphone stand - and failing. I am happy, however, with this entry – it’s got the 80’s vibe and I think Norway knew they were taking a risk.
6. UNITED KINGDOM – Belle and the Devotions, “Love Games” (7th, 63 pts)
The dancing ladies of Norway were followed up by another group of dancing ladies! But, ultimately, a much more digestible group of ladies. At least, I believe so? Two reasons I say that: Belle’s backup singers hide for much of the performance, which is just bizarre to me… are they actually singing? Or is that person hiding off-stage on the left doing all the work? Second, this performance is known most (unfortunately) for the boos it received from some audience members upon completion, likely due to a stupid football match or something. The song itself sends us back to the Motown era, and whilst typing ‘era’ I almost typed ‘error’ because in the back of my mind I’m thinking how erroneous it was to wear those neon clothes. It was the era of Madonna, ladies and gents. This does have its audience of fans, but I think being Motown is what doomed it. Still a good entry, though. (Post-note: This song has been stuck in my head all day. I had considered switching out UK for Denmark, but this changed my mind.)
7. CYPRUS – Andy Paul, “Anna Maria Lena” (15th, 31 pts)
This, by contrast, is a major let-down. This man is dressed like the Greek Elvis. Ultimately I just don’t get this, and I have nothing to say about it. Like, seriously… I can’t even think of anything funny to say about it. Just... yawn!
8. BELGIUM – Jacques Zegers, “Avanti la vie” (5th, 70 pts)
You could potentially say the same for this entry, as the presentation is so lax and basic, but it somehow works. Which makes me question what makes it ultimately better than Cyprus, and the only thing I can think of saying here is that Jacques’ voice is powerful. Another well-trained vocalist. I also love those quintessential eighties-sounding zinger noises before a couple of the choruses. I feel bad for the lady over the left shoulder of Jacques whose face is hidden in shadow for half the performance. Let her have a moment in the spotlight, Belgium! Overall, a good performance. Also, good job dressing the group in the Belgian colors.
9. IRELAND – Linda Martin, “Terminal 3” (2nd, 137 pts)
Linda Martin’s best performance would not come in the year that she won the contest. Instead, it came in 1984. She looked so much more cool and relative to the direction that the contest’s music should have gone. She looks like a rockstar on stage, with that red hair, and the colors of the background are awesome - especially the flashing lights about halfway through the performance. They don’t do anything else like that for any other performer. This is the more awesome side of the 1980s, and that’s why I wish this would’ve won.
10. DENMARK – Hot Eyes, “Det’ lige det” (4th, 101 pts)
Hey, folks. Take a look at that face. The red-headed short lady with the gap in her teeth. Get used to seeing her in the future. Also get used to seeing her pregnant. Now that we’ve got that out of the way, “Det’ lige det” signaled something that the Danes would completely rely on for the rest of the decade – schlager pop. It worked in 1984, as it got them into the Top 5 for the first time in like… ever, and it’s a shame. There’s only a couple ways you can make schlager fun and memorable in Eurovision, and they succeeded at it, in my opinion, during this performance. They tried a bit too hard later in the decade.
11. NETHERLANDS – Maribelle, “Ik hou van jou” (13th, 34 pts)
And now for the most underrated entry of the night! Well, not quite - but given that there were some who believed Maribelle was a potential winner in 1984, 13th is a long way to fall. Upon first listen, this is a very strong ballad, but Maribelle just kind of stands there and sings, so there’s very little to latch onto. Someone’s messing with a microphone offstage and it interferes with the first 15 seconds of the song. There’s a bit of a Disney vibe to this, admittedly, and again – her stage presence sucks like none other. But it moves me, it pursues emotions, and I think it was written and composed well; it has a timeless quality to it. Not too long ago I watched an interview with Maribelle about her time on Eurovision, and she seems to have quite good memories about it, but upon being asked whether she would ever consider making a return, it was a resounding NO, citing that the contest has changed a lot since 1984.
12. YUGOSLAVIA – Vlado & Isolda, “Ciao, amore” (18th, 26 pts)
Why. Why?? I don’t mind that Isolda was in three straight Eurovision entries for Yugoslavia, I really don’t. Her voice is sweet and kind, and I love the opening parts with the twinkly 80’s synthesizer bits. But why did you match her with someone who sounds like he’s choking on ten cigarettes? Upon the first note I almost didn’t want to believe that it was someone’s real singing voice. This is remotely listenable when he’s not singing, and the ringing bells get in the way during the chorus. Too bad!
13. AUSTRIA – Anita, “Einfach weg” (19th, 5 pts)
There were no ‘goose-eggs’ in 1984, but this was the only entry to finish with less than 20 points. Honestly, it was so unfair. This is another “80’s” love song, but I love it because of the constant beat it provides. I don’t know how to describe it. The backup singers weren’t too great, so I can see why this didn’t move juries in 1984. Also, this song doesn’t exactly ring “Eurovision”. But I imagine this would have been the kind of music I would have listened to if I had grown up during that era. Come on… Anita didn’t deserve last place.
14. GERMANY – Mary Roos, “Aufrecht geh’n” (13th, 34 pts)
How about giving last place to this instead? I don’t remember this song at all, so I actually have to go back and watch it again… Now that I have, yeah, that’s right, you’re not misreading me. This is probably the first German entry of my reviews that I’m dissing. I guess you could say it was performed well, if you ignore the parts where Mary’s voice cracks. But if you’re looking for moving, powerful female ballads in 1984, France and Netherlands do it so much better. Maybe it would help if I knew the German language. I’ll put some effort into doing that.
15. TURKEY – Beş Yıl Önce, On Yıl Sonra, “Halay” (12th, 37 pts) Love! This is still a bit too quirky and disengaged from European music to perform well at Eurovision, but finally - with this entry, Turkey entered the 80’s decade! And they would begin to send some truly memorable entries in the next five-six years, for better or for worse. I’ve seen the national selection performance video of this song, which contains a completely different version – it used to sound even more Turkish, and so they revamped the song to do better for the contest. Both versions rock my socks, and I don’t even care that they look like turquoise Barbie and Ken dolls. Also, the short red-haired woman humors me, and the dark-haired man can’t stop blinking. This is the stuff you start noticing after ten plus listens.
16. FINLAND – Kirka, “Hengaillaan” (9th, 46 pts)
This song grates on me like none other. Another song that begins deep in the Finnish language with something like “Cocks get cocks, ya nail get feesh,” and “ride the cocks!” Am I at the Copacabana? Turn it off. I’m ashamed for Finland that this was their first Top Ten placing of the decade. Why, Europe. Why. The only credit I give this is that he whips out the harmonica. You avoid the Big Fat Zero for that, but you do get the Weirdest Backup Singers award.
17. SWITZERLAND – Rainy Day, “Welche Farbe hat der Sonnenschein?” (16th, 30 pts)
Instantly forgettable. This is about twenty years too late. I guess she’s a decent-enough singer, but how many times should I have to say this to cover up the lameness of a song? Next, please.
18. ITALY – Alice & Franco Battiato, “I treni di Tozeur” (5th, 70 pts)
This, on the other hand, is timeless. I love it. This, again, didn’t rock the juries back in ’84 (surprise, surprise), and the presentation verges on laughable (Franco needed that pen in his jacket during the performance for what reason?), but this checks all my 80’s classics checkboxes. Italy did it right by bringing music that wasn’t trying to be anything except itself. The ‘train’-like beat that persists through the entirety of the song, and the way they transition between lead, is amazing. Alice’s voice might have been the best voice of the night. While I may have replaced Franco with someone a bit more presentable, he matches well with Alice in the parts he plays. The backup singers elevate the song to cloud nine, and we finish off with some sense of romantic drama. Excellent song from Italy!
19. PORTUGAL – Maria Guinot, “Silêncio e tanta gente” (11th, 38 pts)
And while this entry also has an “Aunt Joan from down the street” vibe, I think Maria is much more believable as a performer, and this is another unique composition that doesn’t follow the verse-chorus-verse-chorus-bridge-chorus pattern - the elegance and orchestration is beautiful. It’s a piano-driven ballad, deep in emotion, perhaps similar in taste to Italy’s 1991 entry or France’s 1982 entry. And it looks like the Portuguese have blondes, too! It missed out on the Top 10, probably for being not contemporary enough.
If you look at the voting by points in 1984, it’s almost “tiered” – and I think that’s reflective of a largely unsure group of juries. Desiree does mention that the juries consist of ordinary people “like you and I” - the first time I’ve heard this, and so if that’s atypical of the system, well… coolio! Sweden was a surprise winner, and certainly not the favorite prior to the night of the contest. I think that Ireland probably should have won, but alas. My winner is a personal favorite of mine, and luckily, a lot of countries that had struggled in the last four reviews finally get their due deluge of points.
My votes:
12 – Italy 10 – Ireland 8 – Austria 7 – Turkey 6 – Belgium 5 – Netherlands 4 – Sweden 3 – United Kingdom 2 – Portugal 1 – Norway
The “Big Fat 0” award: Cyprus Honorable Mention: Luxembourg Worst Dressed: United Kingdom
And here is the overall count of points thus far. Germany remains on top despite not receiving points, with Belgium being closest to overtaking them. Greece falls out of the Top 5 – it’s hard to stay up there if you’re not entering the contest. And Ireland propels up to 3rd place. Switzerland has yet to enter my top ten – will they manage to do so in ’85? 1st – 38 – Germany (1982, 1983) 2nd – 30 – Belgium 3rd - 23 – Ireland (1980) 4th – 21 – Portugal 5th – 20 – Israel 18 – Greece (1981) 14 – Sweden 14 – United Kingdom 13 – Luxembourg 12 – Italy (1984) 12 – Norway 12 – Spain 12 – Turkey 11 – Denmark 10 – Austria 10 – France 7 – Cyprus 6 – Netherlands 4 - Croatia 3 – Finland

EPISODE TEN - “I’M THE JAIDEN WHISPERER “ - JC
Tribal council certainly was interesting tonight. I wonder what caused Samantha to use her onion necklace on me... I'm actually kind of pissed off that she did that, even though I had voted for her in the first place. It makes me think that that knew I had voted for her or something, which is what caused the vote to flip around. Isaac and Jordan and Andrew all really fucked up and Jordan paid the price for it. I kind of wish that someone had played their idol for Jordan just to see their reaction when Andrew ends up getting the boot, so now I'm pretty sure one of them have it. Jake missed out on a ton of stuff which wouldn't have been vastly different if he had stuck around instead of going off to exile. From now on, I won't stray from the alliance. It's pretty obvious that they all were going to wake-up and start playing only when it became convenient to them all, and that's why Jordan got voted off. They were going to use my vote for Zack against me in the future to help Zack flip against me or something? Power move, good job losers. I'm going to completely own up to voting for Sam B as soon as possible. I have no doubt that she got the same advantage that I had and checked to see if I was intending on flipping on the alliance. But wouldn't that have sent me out instead of Jordan??? Who honestly knows. It changes a lot in the game now and I'm pretty pissed off that this all went downhill as quickly as it did, because now I need to make a massive apology to Samantha for voting for her. I don't know what I'll say, but I'll need to think of something. And quick.
OK SO BITCH SO!! That tribal was i n s a n e! Zack approached me at like 9:40 telling me that my weird suspicions were right and that people were trying to make a move to take me out. Apparently Isucc/Boredan/AndrEW approached Sam Bussy asking her to vote me out. Now what worries me is that she did not tell me about them approaching her, Zack did. So she must have been at least considering it? Idk her and Isaac are relatively close and ik she was worried about whether or not Isaac would be mad at her if she voted Jordan instead of me. But anyways I'm like oh boo not today, not today! Like I was really unworried by their bumasses because I'm like girls, I have an idol, a vote negator, AND Sam told me about her blood bracelet that had to be played at that tribal, so I was just like might as well just get her to play that on me so I don't need to use anything. So like I got Sam to switch her blood thing from Jaiden to me after she used a vote sneak in order to see who Isaac really voted for and turned out he truly did vote for me! How cute. Like I don't know why these little boys came for me but they did, like I was not a threat I feel like my game has been shit but ok I guess just keep pushing me to be better huh?! Oh, and apparently Jaiden voted for Samantha to try to stir up distrust between Zack and I and cause rifts in the alliance. But then later he switched it to Andrew because he was getting nervous I guess? Idk I don't buy it but knowing Jaiden it's highly possible. But I'm like atm I want to take out Isaac/Andrew before taking out Jaiden because they both actually voted me with intents of getting me out and for that they need to go, especially as Isaac probably has an idol. Like I feel like he was gonna play it on Jordan but changed his mind last minute after Sam played her bracelet on me. and like now I'm worried because it's only f8 and I have a target on my back. Totally not what I wanted at this stage in the game! I have to really work hard to keep myself safe because my advantages don't make me invincible. I need to make FTC in this game and it's most likely going to be a f2 since jury started at f11 rifpp. I hate f2's! But yeah I just have to keep fighting and look at the bright sides, like I solidified loyalty and cleansed paranoia between my relationships with Sam and Zack, I still have an idol and I'm still fighting. My game plan honestly is to go to my sponsors and get them to buy vote sneaks for me because that would be heavily beneficial to see who's voting who.
Samantha is on my birthday shitlist, basically. I still don't trust her so I spilled the beans to JC about her maybe sorta considering voting for Zack. Also that she played the onion necklace on me. Regardless, someone knows that I voted for her. And now I'm out for blood! I will absolutely expose her vote at the next tribal council, AND I'll make I think my priority to send her right to the bottom of the alliance like she deserves at this point. Samantha if you're reading this and you're like, you're completely wrong Jaiden, then that's your fault for playing the onion necklace on me (envy) But I still love you outside of this whole game...but I still hope you get seventh place. Sorry not sorry. I'm going to CONTINUE to hammer in the idea that FLIPPERS NEVER WIN. If you flip on the alliance, enjoy losing solely because of a bitter jury :)
Me trying to escape the SNAKES who voted me last week and may try to again http://suprchnk.tumblr.com/post/152885516750
Later...
Omg poor Sam she's coming up with all these cracked out theories of where the idol could be that are actually kind of wildly accurate (she thought the idol may be hidden in the beach bc of the moodboard Amir made her having many sea themes, and it was in the beach), but the idol is in my pocket akxhxbabz. Maybe I should tell her...idk aaaa!!!
so to #catch up on my messy ass game, i was exiled for a round and apparently things got even more messy. i honestly barely understand what happened bc no one wants to give me a full story but yeah jordan lelft which was my contract thing?? no idol clue for me rip. but now i guess a lot of people want my vote which is nice. zack told me that jaiden was telling people that i was threatening bc of my comp wins in generations, neverland, and sarawak and its so annoying!! like bitch u think i have time in my life to dedicate to these immunity challenges like i could in gens when i had 24/7 of my summer dedicated to it?? bitch?? and u went against me ONCE in sarawak and look how that turned out. haha they never learn, do they? there's already talk about getting jaiden out and i'd be MORE than delighted to send his ass packing bc i literally cannot DEAL with him targeting me for no reason A G A I N!!!!! jaiden: jake won immunities in gens everyone: omg :O hes laying low… me: i literally just have no time to dedicate to this game god these fucking freaks. anyway i cant stand most of these ppl.. andrew is honestly my son and i love him so i dont want him to go. and it was nice to hear zack wants isaac and jaiden out back to back bc that protects lil andrew. i dont even talk to andrew like ever but for some reason hes the only one i trust bc ik he only has like isaac in the game. i dont trust either of the sams. especially sam g?? that girl is like killin it i feel like everyone is just following her around. have barely spoken to her but shes doing her thing. i hope i can get her out soon but literally no one wants to make a move against her. props to her i guess. i want JC gone soon, he's so transparent and fake and ldskjfghkj yeah i don't like dealing with it. i mean i'm fake right back so i mean dflksgjhdklfjgh me. unless i get lucky with immunities im gonna have to rely on keeping a low profile and telling people im doing nothing (which is partly true, i did do THAT at the allison vote). a lot of people are telling me they like me so... that's good! the more ppl who like me the better!!! i like zack a lot i hope the f3 is me zack and andrew but one can dream huh!
Soo last tribal was WILD! I was gunna just play my bracelet on Jaiden and say it was because he's always a target so to put his mind at ease for once blah blah blah but then like 15 minutes before tribal JC comes to me freaking out about people voting for him and he needs the bracelet blah blah blah, so I asked Isaac who he voted for and he told me Jordan. Then just to make sure I played my map of the arena and checked out Isaacs vote and found out THAT LYING SNAKE VOTED FOR JC!! So I played my bracelet on JC even though they only got 3 votes, Jordan got 4, and Andrew got 1. Also apparently that 1 for Andrew WAS for Sam B but then Sam looked at Jaidens vote and played her onion necklace on him meaning he can't vote for her until the final 6? Or after the final 6? Either way I was really expecting this to cause distrust in our 5 but apparently it still hasn't? I'm so shook that we're all still voting together but like maybe I'll be proven wrong tonight? We'll see. Either way we're al so dysfunctional and terrible at communication so I mean how are we doing this?? I was hoping to save Andrew and Isaac but apparently people want Andrew out. Hopefully he has an idol but he'd idol out Jaiden and not Sam B which kind of stinks. But anyways I'm waiting for more exciting stuff to happen this tribal because last time was the first exciting tribal in a while. This merge has been pretty yawn and frankly I'm part of the problem.
I wasn't going to talk about it but I need to post a confessional and the reason I'm feeling the way I am is tied into personal stuff and it won't make sense unless I explain it to you so here it goes. I've just been feeling extremely shitty about myself recently and just overall really lonely. Like in the past two weeks I've felt like my friends have been doing whatever they can not to talk to me. It's irrational but it's how I've felt. But Jordan and Samantha B were mostly there and they helped everything by just being there and talking to me. So yeah I've taken his elimination pretty hard. According to many sources Samantha B was the one who told Jc that it was them who was getting votes and caused Jordan's elimination and the idol play. I was really apprehensive about believing anyone because I thought there was no way she'd do that to me like we've became closer friends since this game started, but then she admitted to it. I'm not going to lie I'm hurt But this is a game and we're supposed to play to win so thank you Sam B for waking me up. I'm NOT going to lay down and die if I go out tonight I'll go out trying to get as far as I can. Is this the second coming of Despairsaac? Maybe. But Jesus Christ I'm tired of these people telling me what I will and will not do. Fuck them.
I've made it so far in the game without wanting to make any big moves, so tonight I'll make one. If I get rocked out, then #legend. If I get blindsided by the entire tribe, then so be it. But I had to stand up and do something, because fifth place just wasn't going to cut it. I wanna win, damnit. People can respect someone who went against the grain and made a move, right? I surely will receive Andrew and Isaac's respect if this doesn't work out. The plan is to vote for Sam G. If she plays an idol, Andrew goes home and I look like a chump. If anyone gets pissed, they will either flip their vote to her, or they will draw rocks and leave it up to chance. Either way, I get what I want. I'll be okay with leaving tonight if that's what happens, because at least I did something... I just dont want to go 7-1 because everyone was pissed off.
Okay so truthfully this game I've felt like I'm the Jaiden Whisperer. He's like completely wild and messy in this game but I feel like I've been able to direct it to things I want, or at least work with the insanity. But it's coming to the point where he's really rubbing people the wrong way, Zack and Jakey both want to vote him and Sam Bussy probably would too if she hadn't played the onion on him. Not only that but Isaac and Andrew both wanna vote him too!! That's 4 which is enough to tie, and jaidens dumb ass might vote for Jakey instead of Isaac!! Mess omg. I totally feel bad to be campaigning for Isaac/Andrew to go, but like what choice do I have after they came for me first? I feel like it'd be dumb to vote out either jakey or Jaiden because they're both good for my game and the others are most probably not! OMFG NOW JAIDENS TALKING TO JAKE ABOUT GOING TO ROCKS WHAT IN THE FUCK OMFGGGGG KILL ME. He needs to freaking rest before his ass gets sent home!! This vote is honestly the largest fucking mess, we have Jaiden who wants to vote out Jakey, Jakey who wants to vote out Jaiden, Zack who wants to vote out Isaac only if not Jaiden, Samantha who I think wants to vote out Isaac or Andrew and Sam G who wants to vote out Samantha later but Jakey now. KILL ME WHY CANT WE JUST VOTE ONE OF ISAAC/ANDREW OUT HNNNNG I TOLD JAIDEN TO JUST STAY SEATED AND TO NOT CAUSE DRAMA WHEN HE ASKED ME IF HE SHOULD MESSAGE PEOPLE BECAUSE I KNEW EVERYONE WAS ON THEIR LAST STRAWS WITH HIM AND WHAT DOES HE DO??? DOESNT LISTEN AT ALL!! OMG I CANT HONESLEE Like bitCH WHY DID JAKEY SEND ME THIS: [12/7/16, 7:32:21 PM] j a i d e n: but I don't think I can win against my alliance and I know they're coming for you once it gets down to it [12/7/16, 7:32:40 PM] j a i d e n: you, me, Isaac, Andrew vote for one of them, and they vote for one of Andrew/Isaac FUCK IT HES LEAVING TONIGHT EVERYONE WANTS HIS HEAD ON A STICK EXCEPT PROBABLY SAM B AND FHATS JUST BECAUSE SHE PLAYED HER ONION ON HIM UGHHH I LOVE YOU JAIDEN BUT WHAT CAN I DO YOU PUSHED IT
I feel soooo bad about lying to Isaac. I really want to work with him and get Jaiden out but there just aren't numbers for that. Me, Isaac, Andrew, and Jakey is only 4. All that would do is tie it. But Jaiden has been super messy lately, especially with jakey, so hopefully Jc will read the message jakey sends him from jaiden and will realize that jaiden is a horrible player. Like honestly I love jaiden as a person but he is messy af when it comes to spilling information. And not even information, its anything. Jaiden tells so many lies, for no reason it seems like. This is just super messy. As much as I love jc and zack, I think I want to work with Isaac and Andrew from now on. But I just hope they trust me enough to let me do that.
So way too much has happened/is happening for like a paragraph based confessional, so here's a lot of bullets of whats happened bc I'm an organized hoe. -Zack wins immunity and Isaac and I are like fuck what do we do -It seemingly looks like Isaac, Sam B, and I are on the outs -We find out that it's between Isaac and I -Sam G tells me that Sam B is the one who leaked to JC that they were going so that Sam G could play her idol on them and get out Jordan -Isaac doesn't wanna believe it but Sam B sketches me out -The 3 of us still decide anyway that we need 5 votes to take out Jaiden bc that's the easiest target -Zack and I have gotten surprisingly close and he doesn't want me going -Zack wants Jaiden out -I go to Jakey and ask about getting out Jaiden and he's down -I go to bed and we seemingly have 5 votes to eliminate Jaiden -I come home today to find I'm the name being thrown around and Jaiden is the one to tell me -Sam B is being very sketchy in the alliance chat -She then admits to Isaac that she told JC they were getting votes and apologized but has ultimately lost our trust -We now don't know what the vote is going to be and scramble -Jaiden comes to Isaac and I saying he will go to rocks for me if we can get Jakey on our side -He makes a chat and the 4 of us agree to vote either Sam G or JC bc Jaiden cannot vote Sam B -We decide on Sam G so that someone may be more willing to flip on her rather than JC in a tie vote -Sam G and JC suddenly wanna work with Isaac and I again and want to vote out Jaiden who wants to help Isaac and I also -Jaiden might be doing the rocks plan more for himself/to make chaos -Jakey also makes the point that Isaac, himself, and I will be in minority next week if we vote out Jaiden -I ask him if he thinks Zack would flip to us and he doesn't think so and asks if I would sacrifice Isaac next round -I don't wanna do that and ask if Zack might flip on Sam G and JC to break up the duo at final 7 So now I'm at a conflict. Jaiden wants to go to rocks for us. But that might be to create chaos. Idk where Sam B is voting but she might be voting me but now people wanna vote Jaiden. So if it does tie and we vote with Jaiden, then it could tie between Jaiden and Sam G and then they're safe from rocks of I flip on Jaiden. So Jaiden might be doing this to save his own ass because according to Sam G, Jaiden thinks I'm voting him anyway. So I have no fucking clue what to do. We all helped build a web of lies and now everyone is running up a different thread. And it's utter chaos. And I need to make the move that I think will help me advance to the end after this if I stay tonight.
Later...
Okay I also left out that Jake revealed the rock plan to Sam G and JC, so now Sam G knows she might be getting votes and Jaiden might play his thing on me to reveal my vote before he votes and if he sees I didn't vote Sam G, then he'll be suspicious. And he might have an idol so idk. I think I'll vote Sam G anyway in the case that either Jaiden sees how I votes and pulls some sketchy shit, or the rock plan actually goes down. I asked Sam G if she cares if I vote her so Jaiden isn't sus but she doesn't wanna be potentially idoled out. I'm gonna tell her I'm throwing to Sam B, but I'll vote her anyway. I just have to to be safe. Wish me luck™.
im voting for jaiden since hes a mess and my alliance wants him gone. I'll explain more in my next confessional. im gonna take a nap
