Latety I've been getting into the mindset of enjoying the moment. Even if it's driving down a highway or sitting on my couch. I said this because I find myself with the constant urge that something must get done. Otherwise I'm wasting my time and not getting closer to my goal. Even though I'm being constant with my habit reaching goals, I have a hard time keeping a balance view of my daily task and my rest time.
