I've been mediating on the love of the father this week and I'm almost overwhelmed yet alert like never before. It's hard when you grow up with a natural father with flaws and frailties who may or may not have a clue how to be a good father. Many people have good fathers but many have never known raw unconditional love from their father. As a result, relating to what might seem as a distant God who wants to be your father is challenging. It's amazing to me how that encounters in the presence of Jesus changes everything. Everyone wants the change but no one wants to do what it takes to experience the encounter that changes who they are and how they relate to their Creator. I wouldn't trade my encounters with the Father God for anything. My Daddy God is the best and to know His love more and more changes the very core of who I am. To be like Jesus and to love just like Him is all I ever want. Nothing compares to the love of my Abba. #ihavethebestdad #abbaslove #nothingcompares
