stop reminding me that logan feels immeasurable physical pain every time he unsheathes his claws !!!!!!! i’m gonna fucking cry !!!!!!!!!!
#i wish xmen movies weren’t so inconsistent because i would have liked for them to elaborate on the body horror part of logan’s mutation#i also wish they would’ve went with the same reaction when logan sees the adamantium claws for the first time. in the original trilogy the#flashbacks show him absolutely horrified and terrified by the metal tearing through the muscles/ligaments/bones but in origins he’s SO calm#about it. i feel like they kind of erased a part of logan’s trauma in origins and i wish it wasn’t the case because his story is so tragic#and heart wrenching. i love the xmen movies including origins btw this is just. a thought#it hurts a lot but i also appreciate whenever writers on here really dive into the body horror aspect of it all#ignore me i just watched a short essay video on what stryker did to logan’s body
