It's been over a year since I made this post. Phys Traveler never really took off, not because I gave up on the concept, but due to a series of… derailments.

So.

I tried Phys Traveler, and then Cryo Traveler, and then one day I realised that I coulda just done my experiments on Zhongli instead, since he's already reasonably invested and levelled. And then, one thing led to another, as they tend to do, and, well...

...yeah. Phys, Cryo, Pyro, and Hydro Zhongli, in that order. Some of these builds are optimised for certain teams (the elemental builds are meant for mono cryo/permafreeze, reverse vape/forward melt, and forward vape teams, respectively, and the latter two are calculated with Kazuha), but the Phys one is genuinely my Zhongli's default state of being even to this day.

Me, at any given point in a day: I wanna build Phys Traveler… less artifact and weapon management, plus the amazing emergent storytelling of an outworlder who can use all the elements but refuse to rely on anything but the sword in their hand—

Also me: You already have four Phys-specced charas. Four. That's more than the amount of Hydro charas you have; Physical is practically its own element by now. Also the Pale Flame set hates you and farming will be horrendous.
