hi! this post is a bit long but at the end you’ll find prompts and requests that you are free to use if you’re a writing blog :).

hi there!! if you’re reading this, i hope you’re doing well and staying safe. i just wanted to say that i’m leaving this blog and i’m not sure if i’ll ever come back. the years i’ve spent being a harrie have been great and it’s been a crazy amount of time! pretty much since the x factor! however, for a long time it’s also felt like i’ve been forcing myself to be a fan of harry’s. i’ve put so much energy into being a fan of his that it hasn’t been fun for me in a while and neither has writing fanfiction, which is what this blog is mainly for. it’s felt very difficult to sit down and write a fantasy about somebody who i might not even like anymore and in hindsight it seems a little dumb, but i did stress over writing all the time. this isn’t really about anybody i’ve interacted with on tumblr because you’re all lovely but sometimes it feels as though harries don’t treat him like he’s a human being and instead like he’s a god. me, included. even though i know we joke about harry being the only man we’d let degrade us or destroy our lives or whatever, he is still a person at the end of the day! it took me a very long time to realize that and thinking of him as otherworldly or completely perfect was my way of thinking for a while and i think it was pretty damaging. the fact that so many people would literally die for him is sad because unfortunately, none of us are going to be on his “level”, so to speak. we don’t know him personally and chances are we aren’t ever going to. ahhhh please don’t be mad at me for saying this, it’s just something i’ve realized i need to change about myself and i think it’s something we should all consider about everyone we are fans of. 

anyway, the time and energy i’ve spent on something so ridiculous is exponential and i really feel like it’s time to put it in the past. i’m dedicating this year to self-growth and part of that is learning how to be my own person. feeling like i have to be interested in something or someone in order to be normal has been a common theme in my life and harry has been that someone for as long as i can remember. this isn’t his fault of course but i’m getting older and i don’t want to think of this time in my life as the era that i was obsessed with harry styles. instead, i want to form memories and real life experiences instead of using fanfiction as a way to cope with all of the things that i can’t handle in my life. it worked for a while but at this point i’ve been reading it and writing it for so long that it feels like i’m living inside my head, like i’ve become dependent on it (obviously this is very bad lolol). so, long story short, i will be leaving this blog because it just isn’t good for me anymore. thank you to everyone who has requested things for me to write and anyone who has interacted with my writing. sorry i couldn’t get through them :(. i’d also like to thank everyone i met through this blog because you’re all such amazing people and you deserve the world. i will leave my writing up but the sentiment still applies- i’ve worked very hard on everything i’ve written so please don’t repost any of it without crediting me, thank you.

i think the direction i wanted this to go in was kind of like a 40′s au? or just a long long time ago. not sure why i had this started seeing as i already have harry as a paperboy in a story of mine but go off ig

i had a specific plot i wanted where harry was in a car wreck because of a vampire who ended up biting him in like an alleyway. reader saves him and is a vampire herself! she nurses him back to health n teaches him how to be a vamp with various shenanigans along the way

3. hospital au?

this one i’m not too sure about but if you’ve seen the red band society you’d sort of know the direction i was going with this. there’s kind of an in-between for people in the hospital who are fighting death or going into surgery and in that in-between is a boy who has been in a coma for a long time. i pictured this as being angsty and for harry to be the boy who guides people in certain directions but he ends up falling for the reader while she’s there

4. ghost au!

self explanatory but i pictured harry as the ghost who kind of just wants a friend lol

5. tea au?

this would probably be pretty short, i just thought it was cute! reader has different kinds of tea all the time and it’s a surprise each time he kisses her 

6. strawberry farm au?

reader has a strawberry farm LMAO maybe harry buys them from her or it’s another vampire au, who knows!

You were only walking up the steps of your school door but you had already braced yourself for a certain cutie to ask you out.

Kim Taehyung, the school’s bad boy. He was cold but still seemed to gather everyone’s attention.

It’s not like you didn’t like him, on the contrary, you had a massive crush on him. Except so did every person in the whole school who swung that way. You sighed to yourself before walking inside.  

High schoolers, like you, were all bustling around the corridors. Some talking animatedly with their friends next to their lockers while others were sitting up against the wall trying to finish the last question of their english homework. And some daredevils were being chased by yelling teachers. To everyone else, it was loud and normal. But to you, it was quiet and weird. You didn’t hear his usual laughter or the stomping of his sneakers.

You walked up to your locker, wondering where he was, as you emptied some things out of your backpack and into your locker. You waited for a moment.

Maybe he would come out now? You wondered.

Him with his six other best friends, walking down the hallway like gods. Then he’d push out of his friend group and walk up to you. Slowly reach out and tap your shoulder before you would spin around and see that boxy-smile you adored. He’d say something cheesy, you’d roll your eyes and blush. Looking away and hoping that he didn’t know what effect he had on you, before politely denying his offer of a date.

You were scared. A bad boy wanting a date? Sure-fire trouble. You could only dream. And now him not even coming up to you?

Maybe he had gotten tired of you. You pathetically voiced in your head.

That thought threw your confession plan out the window. You knew you shouldn’t have let his boxy-smile, dyed hair, and confident but cute attitude get to you. But he was more than what others saw too. You thought that smile was only for you, those strawberries he said he got from his parent’s farm only for you, those funny puns he said to make you giggle only for you, that he was only for you.

But you would have to face reality and soon. Maybe then your heart wouldn’t ache when you saw him tomorrow, flirting with another person. Maybe you were just another person on his list. You cursed softly to yourself, thinking how you could you have been so foolish to allow your heart to be captured by him.

When you saw him again, you wouldn’t look in his direction. You had to be strong, but just that thought almost brought tears to your eyes. You wouldn’t be able to do it, you couldn’t forget that boy who had made his way into your heart.

You took a deep breath and straightened out your outfit before heading to your first class. Unfortunately he was not in this class, he wasn’t even in the same grade as you, being a sophomore and all. But that hadn’t stopped you from liking him, you remember the day it all started like the back of your hand.

It was lunch time and you were trying to find your group of friends. They said they were sitting on the grass but you still couldn’t find the right door, each door you opened was a classroom. You roamed around the halls before groaning in annoyance and going back to your locker, leaning your head on the door.

“Hey, are you new?” Someone said from behind you. You turned around and looked down/up to see a cute boy smiling.

“Um, I’m a freshman,” You replied, confused why a stranger was talking to you. You titled your head to the side, seizing up the boy in front of you. He was shorter/taller than you and had what looked like the fluffiest hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt under a leather jacket, paired with some striped pants.  

Taken back a bit, Taehyung hummed, “You look lost. The lunch tables are that way.” Taehyung pointed to the other end of the hallway where a sign read ‘LUNCHTABLES’. You mentally groaned, forgetting to check the boards in haste.

“Aw shucks,” You spoke quietly, after reading the sign.

Taehyung walked forward before stopping right in front of you. You looked down/up at him, he was smirking, but a type of smirk that was welcoming rather than hostile.

He laughed, “Cute.” Your cheeks flared up, your mouth ajar and stuttering.

“U-Um thanks. I-I better get going. I’ll see you around?” You replied, pushing a strand of hair behind your ear and walking to the door.

“Yeah, definitely.” He stated confidently, without breaking eye contact. He chuckled at your smaller/larger form and smiled.

“See ya later, cutie!” Taehyung said and waved goodbye while walking away to the other end of the hallway.

You walked into class with a binder in your hand and your backpack. You settled down in your seat and a few minutes later the bell rang. Almost immediately the teacher came into the room and started to teach the class a new lesson before assigning a pile of classwork to finish before the end of the period. You listened closely, taking notes and trying to forget the quiet morning.

Maybe he’s sick? Yeah, maybe that…Though, I shouldn’t get my hopes up. Maybe he’s finally decided not to care about me. Plus, its not like he likes me, right? Yeah. Definitely not.

Your stomach growled in between your thoughts and you remembered that you had packed favorite meal. You almost started drooling thinking about lunch. Maybe you’d find him then.

After almost two hours, the bell rang and your teacher dismissed everyone to break. You packed up your stuff, leaving you the last one in the classroom. Or so you thought.

“Huh, look what we have here!” a deep, scratchy voice said from the door.

You looked up only to see one of the dreaded juniors from your PE class, Chin-hwa. He was known to be mean to girls and beat up boys. His pale face, poorly dyed brown hair, and mess of a uniform made you sigh in annoyance. All of this year, he had sat behind you, tormenting you and trying to ask you out to only be rejected, not so politely after a while due to your annoyance. After a few times, he would backpack down or just glare at you from across the class. You didn’t like him and had made it awfully clear but he still didn’t seem to get the hint.

Rolling your eyes and looking back down to your backpack, you asked, “What do you want?”

He laughed, approaching where you were standing, “What do I want? I just want a date sweet-cheeks!” He sounded like a hyena and his two friends— if you could even call them that, they were more like his servants— laughed with him.

“Look, how many times do I have to say that I don’t—“

Chin-hwa’s eyes darkened and he looked down before slamming his hand on your desk, startling you. Your lunch that was previously resting on your desk dropped to the ground. The glass ware shattered into several pieces and your food was everywhere. You fell backwards while trying to block away shards from hurting you, until you looked up at Chin-hwa. He looked angry but didn’t raise his head. He was panting and closed his hands in a fist before banging it on the table again.

“I don’t care, you’re going on a date with me!” he screamed in your face, walking closer to you.

You stood up and slowly backed up until you hit the window behind you and winced before looking up at his face. You started to panic and look around only to realize that he had trapped you. His breath smelled like rotten fish and it didn’t seem like he had taken a shower either. He smirked, showing his crooked teeth. He looked at you like he wanted to eat you alive, and you whimpered, scared out of your mind. You wanted to get away as soon as possible and you moved your head to the side and closed your eyes. He grabbed your chin and yanked it up/down.

“Look at me when I’m talking to you,” He growled, before grabbing your wrist and banging it against the window. You hoped someone would help, you wish you could take him on, but he was too strong. You tried steeling your nerves and glared at him, but panicking on the inside.

What do I do now? It doesn’t seem like he’s going to let me go. I will never go on a date with him but maybe that’s the only option? If only Taehyung was here!

Your thoughts stopped for a second. You remembered what happened this morning and frowned.

O-Or not. He wasn’t here this morning and plus, why would he care? He’s a bad boy, he doesn’t have to help some girl he had been flirting with.

Chin-hwa looked at you one more time, drinking in your outfit like a rat before sneering, “Give up?”

Your honest opinion what do you think about this relationship? Tbh I think it’s just very superficial in my eyes and I’m very shocked to see Colson change all of sudden and have his business all out there on social media, its almost as if he wants to show off and be like other celebrities who seek attention 🤔 idk what it is but they won’t last long.

We are definitely on the same page here. I don’t know how to start and end because I have so much to say about this like a whole analysis in my head of everything, but I try to keep it as short and informative as possible. So sorry in advance ^^

First of all social media doesn’t reflect the reality at all. Especially not when it comes to relationships. She can call him baby and comment heart emojis as much as she wants, but I will never believe that their relationship is anywhere close to a deep and strong bond how she (or they) want(s) to portray it. Here are my 3 main reasons why I don’t buy it:

(Disclaimer: Just my opinion, I don’t know them)

1. This relationship involves everything that he hates: Capitalization on a relationship and calling the paparazzi.

Only last year he said in an interview that he never publicized any of his relationships and then went on with “maybe I just should have, because I see everyone publicize relationships and just go [points fingers up like skyrocketing] but it just seems so weird to me... so I don’t know”. Then he reveals he dated this one singer and they were papped at super random unknown places, so he felt like asking if she’s one of those people who call the paparazzi on themselves. He just seemed very irritated and annoyed by it. Again this was only last year! This year he released Hotel Diablo and says on Death in My Pocket “I lose a piece of my soul when the camera flashes”. It’s in his interviews, it’s in his music, heck it’s probably in his DNA, he doesn’t like to publicize his relationships, because he thinks it’s weird to use it as an advantage for your career and I respect him so much for that!

And now to him and Schantelle (Sorry, I don’t want her to find this post when she searches her name on Tumblr). He has never been papped more often in such a short time before in his entire career than with her at the MOST RANDOM PLACES like picking up clothes from a store (never saw him papped in that situation before) and walking towards his car. Paparazzi know which places are popular among celebrities, but you can also call them to “catch” you somewhere. There’s specifically one paparazzo who seems to get all these Insta famous people that no one outside of Instagram cares about, which you can tell by comments under other websites asking who that is and why they are relevant. Schantelle is of course one of them. I obviously don’t know it for sure, but I can imagine her calling the paparazzi and honestly in those pictures she seems a lot happier and relaxed than Kells, who absolutely hates it. Even Slim commented under a picture that the reason why Kells looked so annoyed was allegedly the paparazzi. The problem is that she needs media attention and people talking about her to stay relevant, because let’s be honest, her music alone is not popular and good enough to do it on its own. It’s very generic and I don’t want to go into too much detail because of length, but she has a history of staying relevant by attaching herself on famous men and getting papped. She social climbs like no other ^^!

Also notice how at the moment she isn’t papped by that one paparazzo at all, whilst Kells is on Tour? Maybe it isn’t worth it then, I don’t know, or maybe she knows how to get the attention otherwise, which brings me to my next reason.

2. IDGAF I’d date myself: Trouble in paradise?

There was an incident where he posted on Insta, that he’d date himself and a picture with “take a good thing and fuck it all up in one night” showing a middle finger. Schantelle posted around the same time a screenshot indicating that she cried. Kells doesn’t strike me as a person who likes to subtweet, so I assume they did have at least one argument so far. Looking at her Twitter history, it doesn’t seem that rosy either all the time.

I don’t know if you noticed, but this is kinda their dynamic on social media platforms and I’m aware of how silly the following sounds, but you can watch every dating advice video and everyone will tell you the same. He likes and comments a lot more on her page than she ever did on his, which makes him always look like he’s so much more into her than she’s into him and maybe that’s also why he keeps coming back to her (at least online), because she gives him attention only enough to keep him wanting for more, but not too much, so he won’t get bored of her because she’s always available.

Might explain why the moment he publicly ignores her, because he likes an independent woman who doesn’t always need him and he’s kinda busy dealing with his own stuff, she posts sad tweets/ likes sad tweets/ films her feet/ posts “sexy” pics, Kells comes running back with tongue emoji and likes until he doesn’t publicly pay her attention again and the cycle continues. At this point it’s predictable and this back and forth is getting boring, because it’s the same thing again and again and again. Before anyone wants to attack me that none of her posts have to do anything with Kells, sure they don’t have to, but she’s been long enough in this game that she knows that this is exactly how you send subliminal messages and be shady so that other people will notice it and show interest.

Thank God social media doesn’t reflect the truth tho. Therefore she can call him “king” and post “i love you bb” and comment heart emojis as much as she wants, but this isn’t his thing and I highly doubt he likes it, because...

3. ily bb, my baby machinegunkelly: The failed publication of their relationship

When I look at how he used social media when he was dating someone in the past he always kept it very low-key. Sure he liked photos and might upload a picture too, but it was never a huge love declaration, if it even focused on the girl at all. And now comes Schantelle.

She tried to publicize their relationship first by using a PAPARAZZI picture of them in his car with him showing his middle fingers and smiling. He didn’t react at first, she looked stupid, then he reposted it only to delete it immediately, what made her look even more stupid and then finally decided to repost it for good without adding anything HOURS later. No comment, no emoji, no nothing. Seems like he was very unsure how to react and if he really wanted to post it. I don’t know about you, but if I were famous and in a relationship, I would have a conversation at some point if and how we would make our relationship official to the public. I don’t think they had that one, looks more like she just made that decision for him by posting the picture, because why would he have deleted it if their love was already so strong and real and they BOTH wanted to publicize it anyway? Hate and unhappy fans were to be expected, therefore I don’t think that was a reason. If you want to see his middle fingers as a “fuck you all, we’re dating” then it makes even less sense to delete it because of mean comments.

So why is he so open about her?

I just think it’s hard for him to be different (I don’t care how often he claims to not give a fuck, we all do at some point and he’s a sensitive person) and to stick to his different morals, when everyone around him, sometimes even younger ones in the same business, have no problem to normalize the capitalization on relationships and skyrocket their careers whilst not facing any major consequences for it on the surface. I think because Kells isn’t in a great mental state, he says so himself and his career progresses rather slowly and he doesn’t get the recognition he deserves, which can be frustrating at some point, he was like fuck it and maybe wanted to see how it is when you’re more open about it. Like dipping his toes into the water and she’s the perfect girl for that. I mean she literally got famous because she was seen with Justin Bieber, which is a whole other topic on itself.

In conclusion, I think that their relationship is superficial too, regardless of how many heart emojis she posts and pictures he likes. I agree with you that he changed in this regard and seems like he wants to show this relationship off. However I don’t think he’s standing 100% behind it being so public, because of the picture he reposted, deleted and reposted and he never seemed to publicize relationships (see his behaviour when he dated Josie) in the past before. This change doesn’t mean at all “she’s the one”. I believe it has more to do with him and his general situation, his career and mental health than any temporarily presented woman in his life. And of course they won’t last. I don’t know how long and at some point I won’t care anymore, but celebrity couples rarely stay together. Why would they be any different?

I’ve been in the ER twice, the first time when I ran through a sliding glass door age 6 and the second time when I was rear-ended by a garbage truck driving home when I was 18 - I also did outpatient stuff for 3 months but idk if that counts

I do, I take an antidepressant, anti-anxiety meds and fish oil (ECH)

i am a ball of anxiety and almost everything is scary. but what scares me the most are heights, car accidents, and the fear of losing loved ones

 it’s kind of a curly bob type of hairstyle. i used to have long-ass hair but i got sick of it and cut most of it off last year
