I hate to tell y’all this but. Supernatural by HBO already exists.

It’s called True Blood. It’s about two siblings whose last living relative dies. One is a psychic whose in love with a monster and the other is a flirt whose constantly in trouble with the law. There’s even murder mysteries, though they usually take more than one episode to solve.
