one thing i'm trying to do is fight the urge to reply to comments and explain my entire thought process for doing things lol. i haven't gotten any bad/mean comments! but i'll see ppl theorizing and get the urge to jump in and overexplain exactly what i have planned and i'm like buddy. just hold your tongue. you can just wait and write the actual fic

#i am forcing myself to become comfortable with the idea that everyone interprets things differently #and i feel like overexplaining the thought process behind a fic is like explaining why a joke is funny #if you feel compelled to start elaborating too much on things that either haven't been revealed or are left up to interpretation then #you just gotta zip it!#let people think their thoughts and figure things out on their own #again i haven't gotten any negative comments lol #so no worries there
