The first panel shows Ambassador G'kar, a bipedal alien with black spots on his skin, holding up one hand to examine his long claws as he says, "You wanna fuck me so bad it makes you look stupid".

The second panel shows Ambassador Delenn, Commander Sinclair, and Ambasaddor Molari sitting at the counceil table. Delenn is frowning in reproach, Commander Sinclair has a deadpan expression, and Londo is looking down and sweating.

Commander Sinclair says neutrally, "I'll remind you that you are addressing an open meeting, G'kar."

The fourth panel zooms out behind G'kar's shoulders, showing the head table, as well as one of the rows of tables on the opposite side of the room, filled with ambassadors, with one empty spot. Commander Sinclair continues, asking, "would you like to revise the official Kha'ri position for the record?"

The last panel shows G'kar first holding one hand to his chin thoughtfully, then gesturing away with a shrug, saying, "The statement stands." Off screen, Commander Sinclair says, "Noted, Ambassador."
