deadlifting is so fun yay yay
#did 155lb today#by next week i will be deadlifting roughly the average weight of an adult woman in north america#'is that how youre tracking your progress' Obviously.#but seriously im doing this so i can pick people up. for fun but more importantly in the case of an emergency#if we are in a situation. (GRISPS u) im getting u out of there.#im still only at child lifting weight for squats tho. slower growth there
