You know how Disney Pixar has a universe? What do you think the Lovelink universe is? I do know Dr. Vile is connected to a match. The astronauts are connected to a match too.

tbh i think that its probably like. a bunch of very very similar but still different parallel universes. each chat has a slightly different version of the mc. like, iirc the mc for the student characters is a student themself, but the mc thats matched with dr vile says that theyve already graduated. not to mention that the astronaut story is that you and your match are talking from different universes, so it is canon that there are multiple universes

idk how that would explain the mc mentioning other matches in conversations though. my mc told dr vile that there were some hot astronauts on the international space station, which does kind of imply that pel is talking to both vile and brett at the same time (unless its meant to be seen as the mc interested enough in space travel that they know what the astronauts look like w/o matching with one of them, but like. aparently in felicia's route if youve matched w vile first you can tell her youve met the "evil moon daddy*")

so basically i dont really know whats going on in canon so im kind of just. doing whatver i want with my silly little fanfics which i need to axtually write down

*ok,dr vile is hot. and i do love him. he is NOT daddy. i would not call him daddy, pel would not call him daddy. vile would probably call pel daddy though
