As you began to drift off to a light sleep, you felt yourself yawning as you began to shift in your chair.

Having finally settled in a comfortable position, you begin to get lulled into a peaceful sleep by the surround sound of calming music in the lounge.

Illumina tends to lose track of time, like a lot. Sometimes, he doesn't even realize that you need to be sleeping and he would just love to spend time with you. He can't comprehend the fact of time itself; Day time and Night time are like hallucinations to him. If you were to correct him on such, he would utterly avoid any points you make or make counters, such as him tossing you around and ignoring each time you try to demand being let go. He is very bird-like, and you can tell by his very bird-like notions. Sometimes he'll accidentally knock into glass-sliding doors and be completely confused. What do you mean there was glass infront of him? There's nothing there! Sometimes, you might even catch his cleaning his feathers at his favourite past-time. He used to get really grouchy about, in which you understood. At the start of your guys relationship, he was quite private, especially taking care of his wings. Now, he's completely fine with you doing so, sometimes even asking you to help.

He'd get really overprotective with you sometimes when you get to meet new people. He likes to let people know you are his. He is not willing to trade for anything about you, and you notice this a lot. Sometimes he'll wrap his arms around you, his wings slowly rising beside him and you and his chin relaxing on your head. i had struggled with this ever since i began my spiritual journey at the age of 18. granted that at that age i hadnt understood or embodied sensuality or femininity, i felt like being spiritual meant letting go of all desire and going into monk mode and it stressed me out when i couldnt live up to that ascetic image

and let me tell u something, the male spiritual path is the ascetic one that refrains from indulgence and lives like a stoic monk. men live in a world where they're treated like kings, so it makes sense for their spiritual path to be one where they refrain from it and restrict their own enjoyment of things (there are a lot of things you're forbidden to do etc)

however,,, women??? we no longer live in an era of matriarchal cultures and global goddess worship,, this is a man's world that we inhabit. our spiritual path is more so about relaxing into our own energy and forging our path in this world by doing things our way, away from the limitations imposed on us by Yang energy. women already live restricted lives, the female spiritual path is one of immersion and expansion because the universe is Yin (energy of creation and expansion)

its REALLYYY hard to find spiritual wisdom and teachings that are specifically catered to the female path because mainstream understandings of spirituality is male centric like everything else in the world :///

but no you dont have to sever ties with your femininity and sensuality in order to be spiritual,,, women are understood as being innately sexual (men sexualise us for just existing),, since men are tempted by everything they see (be it power, money, glory or women),, they have to detach from all of it to find the peace or whatever

women live highly restricted lives because men/patriarchal society see us as being inherently sexual and therefore a target for abuse. we CANNOT sever ties with our sensuality the way men can with theirs because its not inherent to them because Yang energy is NOT the energy of creation, they just exist, thats all,, they dont have an inwardly expansive quality, thats why they go around conquering things and establishing dominance in other ways (rising up the corporate ladder to seeking control over mother nature etc) they have to externalise this because internally they are empty.

how he met fisher was he got attacked by a red lizard, but the electrical shock killed it before it could bring him to its den. fisher found him and patched up his wounds, and in return he let her stay with him and help him

he grew kind of fond of fisher even before he knew that she was moon

he cant eat more than the bare minimum (a couple bluefruits or batflies) because if he eats too much it will give energy to the rot, leading to it taking over his body

he is constantly starving because of my previous point. for reference, if he didnt have the rot, his kind of slugcat (similar to the kind arti is) would be carnivorous, and eat about two small lizards per cycle.

he can let out electric shocks with his tail while jumping, letting him propel himself in the air. the shock itself doesnt propel him though, he has to do that.

he can let out electric shocks strong enough to kill a small lizard if his tail is touching it. he can also create electric spears, though his are a bit stronger than the scavengers

he is constantly in pain because of his right bottom leg, and kind of feels hes a burden on fisher (and, eventually, the rest of the group) because he always has to stop and take a break.

WOWIE! im celebrating 250 likes with another fic for u lovely people!!! (this is for every spelling and grammar mistake I make with nearly every post :,))

Sloan would either be surprised to find out that you were dyslexic or they would see it from a mile away, it would mainly depend on how severe your symptoms are and how common they are whenever you are interacting with Sloan!

They would definitely think it's odd at first with how many mistakes you would make if the two of you were making casual conversations. But soon enough they would see more signs.

If you were assigned to read some mission logs for the team you would either slow down or speed up and stumble over words until it's nothing but gibberish...

Even if you were told to charge in a certain direction you would have to stop for a moment to either think or even do the hand check with the left making the L... (they thinks its kinda cute but the situation and urgency will vary of course)

Returning to base they realized that they had never seen your hand writing. And if they were to look back into documents where you had to fill out information. They would keep a secret of how awful and messy your writing is, of course, they also think it only adds to your character!!

Eventually, they find the time to ask if you have Dyslexia, you most likely were probably not diagnosed with the confusion on your face when they ask. So they would have to be the one to tell you and ask to get diagnosed. When they tell you it honestly adds relief since you always felt less smart for the longest of times it became a bit of an insecurity of yours.

Shortly after being tested, you were soon confirmed and officially diagnosed with dyslexia. Considering Overwatch's form of work, you didn't really feel all that worried other than getting embarrassed from time to time when you have those moments of your condition hitting during work hours...

But be afraid not! Sloan is there to support and be there for you!!!! When you were finally diagnosed they felt a weight being lifted off of their shoulders with seeing you finally understand these odd and frustrating moments in your life.

You know that some heroes will have certain voice lines after respawning.? Yeah, you fumble even those too. And when Sloan is there they can't help but correct you which ends in a small cute moment between you two!

They are at first pissed at why you suddenly let go but when you explain what you were doing their face soften and they break in laughter making you realize and also laugh with them.

Or when for some reason someone puts you of all people in charge of right the documents for a mission... Sloan being your grace helps you spell check it it isn't long to find the first mistake.

Junmin huffs as he watches jinsik tuck a pencil behind your ear, you hands covering your mouth as you burst out into a fit of giggles, one of your hands removing to slap him on the shoulder repeatedly.

"Maybe she just has a thing for younger guys."

"Maybe?" Junmin turns around, his chin resting on his closed fist as he blinks at the boy. "Minjae, thats your sister." He deadpans, taking another bite of his biscuit. "Cant you tell me something??~"

"No can do buddy." Minjae pats his shoulders, a reassuring smile forming. "Thats her privacy.. gotta respect that." Junmin could see a small smirk on minjaes face, as if he knew what was going on, yet he wouldnt tell junmin a thing.

"Gotta go!!" Minjae waves before walking away, not giving a chance for junmin to question the latter. Junmin sighs, he hated the feeling of his chest tightening whenever you were around jinsik but there was nothing he could do, like he was trapped in that feeling.

He gathers some crumbs from his biscuit, throwing it away as he decides that it was his time to go too. "Junmin!!" He turns his head to the cheerful voice as he feels like he was stopped in his tracks. There you stood, happy as ever as you waved at him.

He wanted to wave at you back, but it felt like something was stopping him. Oh yeah, jinsik. The sparkly glow in his eyes soon fades into a lifeless black as he turns his head, walking away from your now frowning figure.

Slipping an earbub in his ear, he begins to walk to his next class, hopelessly thinking about what it would be like if you were his. He felt replaced as soon as ham jinsik walked through the door. He already caught the attention from the other highschool girls and athlete guys, yet he decided to hang around you.

And there he feels it again, the lurching in his stomach as he tries to shake past the thought. He liked you so much, everyone knew — except you, from what he assumed. With a final ruffle in his hair, junmin rings the doorbell, tucking his phone into the back of his pocket as he waits for the door to open.

When the door finally opens he is met with a kinda short, fox like boy as he watches the latter open the door wider for him. "Hey hyung." The boy greets. "We are all on the couch right now.. minjae is currently in the kitchen and-"

"Where is-"

"In her room." Hyunwoo finishes his sentence as a small blush appears on junmins cheeks. Was he really that obvious?

"Thanks.." junmin smiles slightly before walking into the house, slipping off his shoes as he makes his way to the couch. The room already looked chaotic with the amount of screams and shouts from the two other boys, not to mention the various dice all over the floor.

"BOW DOWN TO ME!!" one of them, sumin, seem to scream, rolling 2 dices as he begins to move his figure forward on the board. The game seemed pathetic as junmin shakes his head, making his way to the kitchen.

"Oh hey hyung!!" The same cheerful boy from earlier jumps from the kitchen island, junmin letting out a silent groan. "You know, i dont think we talk that much."

"Mm." The boy hums, taking a drink out of the fridge, plopping in a seat near the dining room table. "You okay.."

Junmin storms off to from where jinsik was standing to your room, almost tripping over a step because he was just so nervous. Jinsik was your cousin?? This is what minjae was hiding from him??

Almost out a breath, he gives your door a quiet knock, stuttering your name out his lips as he knocks again, this time a bit louder. And when you finally open the door, his heart breaks into tiny little pieces as he watches you rub your slightly red eyes. You frown before closing the door on his face, but his feet slipped into the little crack.

"What do you want?"

"Can we just talk? Please i'm begging you."

You finally open the door, a tear running down your cheek. You were mad — you had every right to be. The only thing you did was welcome the boy into your life, yet he pushes it away like its nothing. Like your feelings for him was nothing.

You gave him the chance to redeem himself yet he stands there, like a cat caught his tongue. You scoff, wiping the tear away. "Look, i dont know what i did.. but im sorry. I hope we could work this out or-"

Junmin couldn't take it anymore. You were crying because of him, he couldnt bear to see you like this. So he cups your cheeks, lifting your head up to give you the biggest kiss you've ever had. There was so much passion that it felt like your breath was swept away, a hand crawling on junmins neck to lightly tug on his hair, leaning the boy closer to you.

In attempt to keep his balance, he steps forward, making you step back. The process ends when you let out a gasp, your back hitting the edge of your desk, junmins lips never leaves yours.

His arms trap you in place as he tilts his head slightly, passionately moving his lips with yours as a hand removes from your cheek and down to your waist, pulling you closer as your body curves into his.

"So pretty.." junmin mumbles into the kiss before breaking it, his forehead resting on yours as he tries to catch his breath, both of his hands that were on your cheek and waist drawing small shapes on your soft skin, making your breath hitch.

"I.. I felt so jealous whenever you were around jinsik that i lost myself in that void. I didnt mean to make you cry, i really didnt. I swear i can treat you better if you give me the chance.. but i understand if you dont i mean i wouldn-"

"Junmin." You giggle as you stop his rambles. "You know, when the boys told me that you liked me as much as i did, i didnt believe them.. but i guess its all true now." You send him the goofiest of grins, causing junmin to look down, his cheeks dusting pink as he nervously smiles.

"And besides, why would i like jinsik?? That weird toe sniffer, wont touch grass toucher-" now it was junmins turn to cut you off, pressing a soft kiss on your nose.
